I had the pleasure of working with Maily recently to lease a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude edition, which is a limited run w/ black accents. I had to have a very specific set up for the SUV and Maily was able to locate one and have it delivered to me without any issues. I vetted her against another broker where I reside in San Diego but he didn't have the level of connections that Maily had. As a financial planner, I am driven by the numbers and Maily gave me a no-nonsense run down of all the important figures that impacts the bottom line... the monthly payment. I ran the numbers across true car to get a good gauge of the agreed upon price, residual, money factor, etc. and found her asking amount to be fair when I ran the numbers against a lease calculator. Maily also promptly mailed out a $25 check for the dealership running up an extra 100 miles for delivery to my residence with no questions asked. $25 may not seem like much money to be throwing a fit about but it's the principle that matters. It's evident that Maily values relationships more so than turning a quick buck. Oh, and there's one other thing I have to mention... I have never met Maily in person. I was referred to Maily by a friend up in LA but I reside in San Diego. We got the entire deal done via phone and e-mail in between my appointments with clients during the work day, which made the entire purchasing experience extremely convenient. After battling various douche baggot Toyota dealers over pricing of a 2013 Prius, Maily, my rep from the Dealer's network got me the car for $1878 less than my best price I was able to negotiate. I couldn't believe how smooth everything went. The thing that impressed me the most: Follow Up. I never had to reach out to ask her anything because she anticipated my needs by keeping me informed before and during the purchase and then made sure pick up was smooth afterwards.
