My group had a rather amusing experience here. We went last night, 10 ppl around a nice table nearby the outdoor seating area. We were seated quickly and given menus right away. About 10 min later, the waiter approached, gently reprimanding a couple of us who didn't notice he was standing there, and proceeded to tell us the specials once we were all attentive. I was a little bit put off, mostly because I had already decided on what I was going to eat since I had the menu for a good 10 minutes or so. It pisses me off a little that an expensive steakhouse doesn't have a decent sequence of service down pat, and I'm forced to listen to his schpiel after I've already done my homework. Anyway, THE PLACE IS SO FREAKING LOUD, and a few of us had a hard time hearing him, and were a bit too intimidated to tell him so. He looked like he might not take kindly to that (check out the Key & Peele episode "Substitute Teacher"). When he started to come around for our orders, my boss asked him what the fish specials were. Bad move! "I've already told you the specials," our server announced in a matter-of-fact tone. Poor guy had to repeat himself. He was ok about refilling our water, and his service wasn't bad... our creamed spinach arrived when we were all about finished eating, so there were no takers, and a manager had to take it back to the kitchen. The side of sauteed mushrooms and onions never arrived either, you my knowledge, but portions were good and the food was really good, so we were happy. It seemed like they have us a free dessert for some reason, as I don't remember anyone ordering any, and small dishes were suddenly being placed by our sides. In the end, the server was either rude, or just kind of socially inept, as he repeated his dicky attitude a couple of other times throughout the night. He was OK... I had just expected a more refined show of behavior at a ritzy steakhouse with one of the best Lobster Bisque I've ever tried.. y'know? read more

Made advanced reservation for our 43rd wedding anniversary. We were told another 15mins. We sat at the bar and waited 30 mins. The bartender, a young African American was superb. Provided great service and excellent personality. The wife had a wine and I 18yr scotch while waiting. I left him with a good tip. Our table was by the window. The ambiance was pleasant though the restaurant was packed. Waiter provided excellent service. We had champagne. The only negative was the food. It was good but far from great. The wife had filet mignon. I had the 45 day aged rib eye. I requested my steak black n' blue. It was cooked perfectly. But the steak lacked the rich flavor an aged steak should have. We had reservation and was seated immediately upon arriving. We were given a table by the window so we had a nice view of the harbor. The service was definitely good. We saw our waitress a handful of times throughout our dinner and didn't ask once for water. The food however (other than the bisque and dessert) was too salty for our tastebuds. The lobster bisque was creamy and tasty. I could barely touch the mashed potatoes. The sides by the way are family style and can be shared among 2-3 ppl. I got the prime ribeye and although the meat was of good quality the marinade was just too much. The boy got the fillet trio and we both thought the condiments on the fillet were overwhelming. The butter cake is a must-get at the end. All in all with 2 glasses of wine the entire bill including tips came out to be around $220. Made a reservation for Saturday evening. Explained it was a special occasion 75th birthday and wedding anniversary and Alaskan King Crab Legs would be our choice for dinner . Of course I asked if they were serving and was told yes. Fabulous we were excited . Had a wonderful drink at the bar. Our table was ready (4:30) beautiful window table. We ordered dinner and our waitress returned to tell us no KCL. Well, we were totally disappointed. Its the only reason we went to DelFriscos. We are seniors and drove an hour into the city paid for valet parking. I know things happen but we are on a fixed income and my dear husband saved to make it a special occasion for my 75th. I did call to ensure they would have the AKCL and they said yes and would call me if the shipment did not come in because we made reservations for the evening. The manager came over and said "no shipment" . I explained our situation being a very special evening and that I spoke with someone to ensure they had the item. He never said sorry to disappoint you never offered us anything to help make it an enjoyable experience. He displayed a terrible attitude. So we left...... Doubt if we will go back. Del Frisco's Seaport Boston continues to be my favorite restaurant! The service is impeccable from the hosting station to the bar staff, servers, and management. The meal is always cooked to perfection and if its not to your liking, they will fix it right away! My favorite go to is the ribeye steak, crab meat (which is succulent crab and no fillers!) , uptown's del potato and no meal is complete without finishing with the BUTTER cake! It's to die for! Horrible experience. We went as a family to celebrate recent achievements of our teenage children. The girls were excited to wear fancy new dresses and we had it planned for weeks. We ended up spending over $1,000 on a terrible evening. First, the restaurant was so loud we were literally yelling at the hostess for her to hear us and it was impossible to hear her. Our table was so close to the one next to us my son had to squeeze into the chair and couldn't move. We tried to nudge the table over a bit but it work. The hostess who sat us watched us struggle to squeeze in and didn't acknowledge it at all. The table we were practically touching was a very loud, rambunctious party so we were unable to have a conversation at our table without literally screaming. When we ordered drinks my daughter asked for a Diet Coke. The drink came all soda water as the syrup had ran out. But the waitress was clearly overwhelmed so we decided to just ignore it and she drank water. We ordered appetizers and they were fine. We ordered our meals and one of our sides never came so two of the girls had their filet with no sides. I ordered a filet medium rare and it came medium well and was so dry I couldn't eat it. The bernaise sauce I asked for on the side was cold and thick as mayonnaise. Completely inedible. The mashed potatoes we got had so much black pepper on them we couldn't eat them. We waited for the waitress to come back to ask us how our entrees were but the service was so slow everyone was almost done w their meal by the time she came so we decided it wasn't worth it. The table next to us had sent back most of their food so I believe she was just overwhelmed. When she cleared our plates she didn't question why the mashed potatoes and my filet were mostly untouched our ask how our meals were. She never acknowledged we didn't receive our side dish. We asked to order dessert and had to wait about 20mins for her to take our dessert order. We then waited another 20mins for our coffees/espressos. We watched a different waiter talk around with our coffee drinks for a good 5 minutes looking for our waitress to ask what table they went to. We eventually flagged him down and told him they were ours. My Cappuccino was supposed to have a shot of frangelico in it so he had to take it back to the bar. By the time I got it it was no longer hot. We then Waited another 15mins for our desserts. We were all aggregated, ready to leave, and I was about to just cancel the dessert order when they finally arrived. I asked to please have the check and had to wait another 10mins while the waitress took other orders and ran around before she remembered to give us our check. As a family we love fine dining and often visit Grille 23, Morton's, and The Palm. We have never experienced anything less than a wonderful dinner and great family evening out. However, last night we ended up wasting over $1,000 at a glorified sports bar and everyone left aggregated and disappointed. Never again. And yes, we were charged for the side that never came but we didn't want to wait another 20mins flagging down our waitress. Lesson learned. read more

I will make this very brief and to the point. Saturday night ...Ordered a Rib eye and a Tomahawk. (Waiter was not the problem). The ribeye came out in two pieces with water in my plate (said it's butter - no it was water) The tomahawk came out with a huge nerve running straight through the steak for $150.00. Manager came over was RUDE, spoke to us like school children "one at a time" took plates away and we said at that point we will just take the check, not sure who's expediting food out of the kitchen like this, lost complete interest. Sat there for 20 minutes at the table. No one came back to table, no waiter, no manager. We walked out. Fantastic! View is so great (settled in the middle of Seaport), the atmosphere inside is amazing, and the service is just perfect! There is literally a mill of people pacing around making sure you're as comfortable as can be. When we went, it was pretty loud though, so it's definitely not your private, quiet, romantic spot. Also, on a positive note, the lighting was perfect - not overly dim like some Steak was very tender, juicy, and cooked just right. The sides and apps were also amazing! Crab cake is a must get - large whole pieces of crab all lumped together. I barely saw the cake at all, absolutely loved it. Lobster mac and cheese wasn't too shabby either. As well as the other numerous sides we ordered and just can't remember. I won't get too much into the price - obviously you're getting what you pay for. To me, it's well worth the value and is very in line with other competitors so nothing wrong here. Overall, must try! Definitely up there on your premium steakhouses, and I thoroughly enjoyed the food, service and location. read more

Ok if you have read my other reviews of Steak Places you would have read that up until recently I compared everything to Texas Road House... THEN, after some work events & going to Nicer Steak Houses I feel like TRH is the McDonald's of Steak. So my co worker had been raving about this place for months (after going to Mooo several times) she raved & raved, so off we went... Got there & the place is nice, the view is great, although Im sure nicer in daylight. The ambiance in the place is lovely. Waiter comes over and is a little eager at first but hey whatever, they are like Car Salesman I get it, they are told to push & push... He was very knowledgeable & friendly and even talked us out of something at one point, which I SUPER appreciate. I would rather be told honestly Nope its not too good then the fake "ooh its great" Calamari was just ok, the peppers were a nice touch but the rest was just meh. The meals comes & OMG - Pet Peeve #29875, dont plate my food, Im a big girl I can serve myself, I get it - thats their thing. But DONT! The steak to me was good, but I wasnt WOWed... The mushrooms were just ok, The potatoes were GOOD, I mean really good I just really cant eat them anymore. Everything was good and I would def go back, It just wasnt the best steak I ever had, however, the other members in my party were WOWed... I just dont know. I would def go back again for another try because maybe it was just me that night.. In the event of being "Wowed, Ill update"! The service here is amazing and the food is consistently perfect. The staff makes you feel like you're at home and the GM, Tomas, is exceptionally amazing- one of the best. Ordered half a dozen oysters for my appetizer and the third one I ate tasted a bit funny. It was only after I swallowed that the stench of raw sewage hit my nose. My group of friends and I arrived an hour before closing time, so maybe that played a factor. The restaurant has a spacious interior & a great view of the harbor. I definitely recommend getting a table facing the water for an excellent view. The service was outstanding. Our server, Travis, was personable & provided us with excellent recommendations throughout the night. He was genuinely nice & helpful, which was highly appreciated! During this year's restaurant week, Del Frisco's offered a 3-course dinner (starter, entree, dessert) for $38 pp. They also offered entree upgrades & entree enhancements for an extra fee. The food was definitely high quality! The crab cakes are an absolute must. I'm certainly craving them as I write this. The classic caesar salad was good, nothing too crazy. I ordered the Filet Mignon (6oz - medium) topped w/ Alaskan King Crab Truffle Butter (additional $22). This meal was beyond delicious! I anticipated every bite . It was juicy & seasoned pretty well. The chateau mashed potatoes was heavenly . For dessert, I ordered the raspberry sorbet which honestly was too sweet for my liking. But the cheesecake was delightful & a great portioned size. Also, their VIP martini is awesome! It's Svedka Clementine vodka infused w/ pineapple. It's definitely a great pick if you're looking for a smooth cocktail. Disclaimer: This place is pretty pricey . My wife and I had dinner last evening at Del Frisco's. Nicolas, the manager was wonderful and gracious to us. He stopped by our table and really made us feel welcome. Paul was our waiter. He was very pleasant and served us efficiently, but was not overbearing. The food was wonderful as always. If it isn't, Del Frisco's will make it right. Wow! What a disappointment We had eaten here before so thought it would be the ideal spot to host Chinese business colleagues for lunch. The "business casual " suggested dress code and elegant atmosphere was what we expected for a business lunch overlooking the harbor. Instead, we had discordant and loud rock music, completely inattentive service despite our reservation request that this was a vip lunch. We waited 20 minutes for our oysters and then another 30 minutes for our lobster rolls-- which arrived with ice cold French fries. No server inquired about the meals so I left the table to find someone to request hot ones. All in all a very disappointing and - as hosts- embarrassing lunch. A few months ago I visited this location for the first time in years. Great experience, so much so my partner wanted to go back for her birthday. Let me just say this last visit was honestly a 2 star. We arrived and it took almost 10 mins for someone to even come take our drink order. Mind you the restaurant was empty vacant tables everywhere it was 8pm on a Sunday. Calamari was good but they threw more peppers and mess on ten plate than actual calamari, if you ran out just say that lol don't give me a pile of shit. Putting our order in was the literal last time we saw our waitress. I couldn't even find her to tell her I'd like to do a happy birthday for my partner I had to do to the front and see the host. This is not a place to go if you're trying to make someone feel special on their birthday. They came out with this bite size piece of cheesecake I can't even make this up. That was their attempt at rectifying a horrible night of food and service? Manager didn't even come over and see if everything was ok. Last time we were there the manager came over just to see how we were and there were no issues. I don't like them left a bad taste. While in the Seaport District, after dinner at another restaurant, we stopped in to Del Frisco's to sit at the bar and enjoy a few glasses of wine. We ended up sitting, sipping and chatting for a couple of hours. The bar was comfy, but extremely busy! So busy that it really did affect our ability to receive good service, as the bartenders were frequently too busy to keep an eye on us and our need for refills. They also charged us for the wrong wine, one that was higher priced, which I didn't know until after we paid. They do have the most incredible wine list though - WOW! They even have Coravin service, offering many amazing wines by the glass... including Screaming Eagle! Their house red blend is actually pretty good! Prices are rather high though, especially when considering the service. The view from the bar area over the harbor is beautiful and the restaurant itself is really nicely decorated. read more

Great dissapointment. I should be giving zero star but the one-star is the fact that my dining experience happened on a sunny Father's Day, the view and the food itself was not horrible. Regardless, like all busy restaurants during these special days, Del Frisco's has gone down in service. They have been open for several years now and they should already have special and busy day protocols in place. Firstly, I called ahead and said I want to sit on the patio...sure enough when I arrived with my husband and daughter, we waited for 15 minutes. We did not get our seat on the patio but considering we were hungry, we were able to still see the view from inside. Once we were seated everything seems to be going okay besides having no silverware when the welcome bread was served. But in fact, things were just downhill from there. First my Pinot Grigio had to be replaced since there was a piece of wine foil in it. We ordered the oysters and we brought two of them to Sophie's, our server​'s, attention since they did not look like oysters. In fact, they look like oysters that were already eaten by the seagulls. She was trying to justify them but eventually said she didn't really know much about oysters. Okay.... so she said she'll bring this to the chefs attention. Then one of the manager​s, Alyssa, asked how we were doing. I said two of the oysters were really funky and she's said, "I'll go ahead and order a new half dozen of oysters and it will be on me." So I was really happy because I thought things might be going uphill. Let me just say it was a 45-minute wait for a $69 RARE steak, salad, side of mashed potatoes with lobster that was probably pre-made, steamed asparagus and an already made tuna tartare which I requested that the soysauce be put on the side. Sure enough, it was not served on the side but in a pool of soy sauce. We brought up the long wait time to another manager walking by. As much as I was miserably hungry, he did bring our meal out within 3 minutes and we were properly served. After we ate and the food quality was alright, I did not want to sit around for dessert. What was even more sad is that our server took another drink order which was never served. I almost forgot to mention that during the 45 minute wait, a server from another table, drop a huge greasy onion ring on the empty chair where my purse was ... there was no apologies or wet naps offered. We got the bill and the oysters that were supposed to be comped, were not. Our server excused her manager by saying, "she's pregnant...she probably doesn't remember." Um, did I need to know that? Seriously, I just feel that this was a big letdown considering my husband I came in for our 10th anniversary when they first opened up. They did an exceptional job then and even though today was Father's Day, like most busy days due to the location, the management was poor and the food quality was okay.. the only thing that they did right was Knowing how to say sorry and talk the talk...but action speaks louder than words. read more

My ladies brought me here for my bday dinner last night, and sad to say we were a bit disappointed. Parking of course is crazy in Boston so we did valet for $21. Had reservation but still had to wait to be seated. Sat for a while with no bread served. Asked about it and waiter said it's coming soon. After another long wait, our appz came before the bread. He said they had to make it fresh from oven, it was cold . The broiled oysters were a bit salty, but the tuna tartare was good. Brought out our meal, but was missing a side dish so had to wait for that. Scallops were also salty, and the way they presented it was not appetizing. For a place like this and the prices, you would think it's good presentation. Tomahawk for two was rare when asked for medium. Lamb rack was small and super salty. The sides were okay. The dessert was alright. Another long wait for our after drinks cause the bartender couldn't find a certain liqueur. I had some time to kill after a meeting before heading to the airport, and someone at my hotel suggested I take the water taxi to Del Frisco's for Happy Hour. It's definitely the place to be for Happy Hour. If you don't get there early enough, you won't get a seat at the bar, but there are plenty of tables in the area around the bar. The bartenders are great, especially Kimberly, she's sweet, attentive and funny! There's several menus, so if you don't see what you want on the first one they give you, make sure to ask for the food menu. The warm banana bread pudding is amazing!! read more

Amazing as always. Del Frisco's has always been my go to for a proper steak. They take their commitment to making the perfect steak very seriously. The 45 day aged ribeye is amazing and tastes like butter as soon as it hits your tongue. The Fois Gras appetizers are unforgettable. Very hard to find a place that properly makes a Pan Seared Fois Gras but I would come here over and over again just for it! Also a little side note... for ANY steak, ask for the Goat Cheese Cabernet sauce. This is the ONLY location I've ever found that has it and it's a hidden gem. Also, the views not too bad either. Valentines Day FAIL! For Valentines Day you would expect a romantic quiet ambiance. Here you get a head thumping club noise level experience. We asked for the music to be turned down several times but nothing happened. They put make shift tables up and had the chairs situated so when you went to sit down you smashed your knee into the huge table leg. I still have a bruise on my knee a week later! The staff was nice. The drinks were good, but took forever to arrive. The filet medallions were good but it was a small portion. I think the "age steaks" are false marketing. As they didn't have the flavor or texture you get from a dry aged steak. Also, they make you cut into the middle of the steak to check it's cooked right when it first arrives. Shouldn't a steak house have better confidence in there cooking? I also don't like starting my steak in the middle. The potatoes were way over seasoned with pepper. The Brussels sprouts were yummy. Since the dry aged steak seemed to have been misrepresented, and the ambiance was terrible, I would say the food was way over priced read more

We have gone to every steakhouse in Boston except DelFriscos so thought we would try it for a very special birthday. We had a party of 7, 2 children and 5 adults and we're seated on time. Although they have no children's menu, they were very good to make nuggets and Mac and cheese. Now the really bad part!, Two of us ordered steaks medium rare. Both were extremely tough and tasteless, one well done the other extremely rare. Now this has to be one of the most expensive steakhouse in Boston and I've never had such bad quality steaks. When I complained (since it as a party I didn't want to make a lot of noise), three different people came to talk and finally took off the price of one steak after much discussio. It's no mis-steak to check out Del Frisco's classy location in Boston's trendy Seaport district, especially if you are a serious carnivore! I had the pleasure of dining here a few days ago with the family of a dear friend of mine that recently passed. We had an early dinner here following a memorial celebration of his life at our alma mater, and I was extremely impressed and delighted with the level of service and attention to detail throughout our wonderful meal. We were a fairly large group of about 12 people, and were given a private room with lovely views of the skyline and surrounding urban area. The dining room was gorgeous, complete with wood paneling and white tablecloths. Very fancy, and yet, it didn't feel stuffy at all. We started off the meal with some appetizers that were passed around the table - freshly caught jumbo shrimp with zesty cocktail sauce, semolina Italian bread and butter (it wasn't hot, though. Womp womp), and the crown jewel of our starter course - the homemade maple bacon, which resembled pork belly, and arrived in thick slabs of sweet and salty goodness. Heavenly. The professional and attentive servers attended to our every whim, offering expertise on wine pairings, steak recommendations, and more. The menu is large, and it can be easy to get overwhelmed by all the mouthwatering options. However, because of the helpful staff, we were able to make some great decisions for entrees. I settled for an 8 oz Filet Mignon with Hollandaise - don't mess with the classics, right? We also selected a bevy of side dishes, which were served family-style in handsome sterling silver bowls. The highlight of the starchy accoutrements was the Lobster Mac N' Cheese, which was flavorful and cheesy, and packed to the gills with sizable chunks of fresh lobster meat. I could have had that for my meal and been satisfied. Other standouts included the loaded Scalloped Potatoes, drowning in cheddar and bacon, and the creamy Mashed Potatoes, an elevated take on a steakhouse staple. I urge you to order sides if you get a steak. The steaks are top notch - mine was melt in your mouth tender - but the plating is blah because they are served a la carte. No sides, no nothing. The extra money you shell out for some potatoes will go a long way, though. Trust me. Kind of bummed that the plating wasn't more impressive, though. What a view and what a dinner! We were able to get reservations at the last minute and we're lucky enough to have seats with a view! The bread is phenomenal; perfectly seasoned. What a LOUD experience! I've been here prior probably back in 2013 and i had the trio filet sampler and that was awful, so i haven't been back since. This time around I came for Restaurant Week and got a real taste of the 8 oz filet. Our server's name was Charlotte and she was very nice. She came to check on us a fair amount and other servers would assist if she wasn't around when they saw me frantically trying to make eye contact with ANYONE. The bread here is great, very soft and the butter was soft. So the reason I said it was loud was because...first of all you cannot even hear the music, you can probably hear the distant buzz of it but the noise from people talking overrules that. It was packed! There was also a company party of some sort happening in their private dining room which made going to the bathroom a very chaotic experience, as the people were lined up right outside the bathroom doors with their fancy cocktails. Oh by the way, get the VIP, most delicious cocktail at a hefty price of $15 but oh so good. So when I mention loud, i mean loud as in our server is practically having a shouting match with whomever she is serving. So off the RW menu I ordered the classic caesar salad, they were not serving the De's salad as stated on the restaurantweekboston.com site, so don't be too disappointed when you try to order it. They had a better salad with vinaigrette dressing so nothing lost! I had to cut up the caesar salad as the lettuce were in huge chunks... And for dessert there is either LEMON CAKE or STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE. DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT order the lemon cake unless you want diabetes. The strawberry cheesecake was fantastic though. My filet was cooked a true medium rare as Charlotte stated but the cut had like chewiness alongside of it, i think it's like a vein of some sort so I can't state that it's one of the better steaks I've had unfortunately. I mean we can definitely blame the cow for that, but Del should have higher standards when ordered steaks. She offered that we can get the sauce for steak on the side so we ordered the truffle butter $8 but it was only on mines so i had to scoop it onto my friend's plate afterwards as I'm not sure who would want that much butter, yikes! Before i forget, we also ordered the steak tartare $18 and it was not impressive at all, so spicy and I enjoy a little spice. Charlotte said she told the chef who would try the steak tartare but then we never heard back about it again after that follow-up. Overall it was a good RW dinner and I may return hoping that i won't get a veined steak again! read more

I really cannot say enough good things about our first experience here. I came here for my anniversary with my boyfriend and we were treated so wonderfully by everyone, especially our waiter, Jorge A. Food was amazing- not just the steaks which we didn't even snap a picture of because we were too busy eating them! The lobster mac and cheese was legitimately the best thing I have ever tasted in my life. Until they brought out the butter cake for dessert, on the house for our special occasion! We weren't even going to get dessert because we were so stuffed but once we tasted a bite we ended up eating the whole thing! This place is all hype. There are so many other more worthy steakhouses in Boston, including upscale chains. Unfortunately, this was my friend's choice for his birthday dinner. The food is mediocre at best but at least we had stellar service unlike what some have sadly reported on Yelp AND we didn't see any mice. Yikes! I do think certain staff members tend to be on the pretentious side. I've been in finance for 20+ years and know some of the most brilliant Ivy League Minds who are beyond wealthy yet they are so down to earth than some of the pretentious staff at these so called upscale restaurants. It's freaking laughable. However my thoughts on this place - 1) the noise level from the finance guys getting liquored up after a long week and 2) the pathetic women wanting to snag those guys are reasons enough to never go back no matter who requests it in the future. read more

Came here during lunch time for dine in Boston to celebrate my anniversary! I had amazing service at the restaurant. Everyone was very welcoming and congratulated us as they walked by, really cute. They put rose petals on our table! The food was delicious! The lobster bisque was light and creamy. The crab cakes were exceptional. And the cheesecake dessert was yummy as well. By the time I got to the dessert, I was really full and couldn't finish it. That being said- they do provide appropriate portions! The only reason why I took away one star is because of the lady who stands at the downstairs lobby who does coat check. She wasn't really pleasant when I was waiting there for my significant other and wasn't friendly at all. When I walked inside to tell her I had reservations, she gave me an "ok??" look and didn't respond to it. She should've told me to go upstairs to where the actual seating is. Im a strong believer that you have to call out an establishment when if you are a paying customer and get less than satisfactory service and product and also reward them when they provide great service and product. In this case I'm a new Del Frisco's fan and they will have me again and again as a customer. So this was my first visit and it was a Sunday family dinner for party of 12 no special occasions just had visiting family from Guatemala in town and just to gather family style. From entrance greeted and directed to the rest of the family. 3 spent over 3 hrs and not one ounce of pressure from the staff. Service was A plus and the food as well. So highly suggested so got 8oz filet medium rare and cooked exactly as requested, creamed spinach and chateau mashed potatoes, Cesar salad was just delicious. We had reservations and they made us wait 20 minutes to be seated. Our reservations were made far in advance yet they seated us in the bar area. We waited almost an hour to receive entrees. They didn't let us know or even check on us during this time. The meat was good quality and I enjoyed the filet with bernaise but the sides were awful. The creamed spinach tasted like overcooked collared greens. I typically dine at Ruth Chris and came here thinking it was comparable and it's not. The manager apologized later on which we appreciated and compensated us with desserts but by this time our experience was already a bust.
