Our dining experience at Morton's was exceptional! From Garry's warm and friendly greeting upon our arrival and surprise birthday setup at the table, to John our waiter who I can say without a doubt provided the best service experience I have had in a while. John was attentive, friendly and professional. The meal and the dessert were amazing! Ambiance was great as the music was not to loud and enjoyable. I had the Morton Greek Chopped Salad, and the Wagyu Stroganoff, which was more like a ravioli and both were delicious. My friend enjoyed her Caesar salad, pork chops and the mashed potatoes, and to top it all off you must try the Legendary Morton Chocolate Lava cake. Sydney the manager also extended a greeting and followed up with us on our meal and experience. Everyone here was so professional and friendly. I appreciate the effort they made to make my friend's birthday experience one to remember. I will definitely dine there again. 10/10 read more

Great Friday night at the bar. My husband dropped me off while he searched for parking and there was a large group if pipers in front of Mortons. I watched for a few minutes before entering Mortons to find 2 bar seats. Shortly after, the pipers entered Mortons and played inside the restaurant . The bar scene was lively and packed, but service was amazing as a few people joined the bar staff to help out. Servers were friendly and attentive. I asked of they still had the 3 course special they used to have and learned of 2 options in addition to the menu, one that was $55 for a 3 course for restaurant week, salad, filet and homemade key lime. I opted for that with a lobster tail add on and my husband did his usual ny sirloin off the menu with some shrimp cocktail to start. Food was great and we left satisfied. We arrived at the restaurant to celebrate a new job, having made a reservation for 8 pm. We arrived a bit early, and since the restaurant seemed to be slow, they were able to accommodate us. The service was impeccable, and the timing was perfect. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortably warm. What impressed me the most was the number of managers who greeted us and made sure to check in throughout the meal. They brought us in and immediately got us water and the most delicious bread I've had in a while. I ordered a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon, which was perfectly paired with my meal. We started with a dozen oysters, which is always a great appetizer in my opinion. For the main course, we ordered the tomahawk ribeye medium rare with garlic butter to split. It was cooked to perfection, and the flavor was absolutely amazing. The plates arrived hot, blazing hot, which was amazing to keep our meal warm while eating. However, we definitely didn't forget that they were hot... proceed with caution don't touch them. As sides, we ordered the sour cream mashed potatoes loaded and the charred broccolini. The loaded mashed potatoes were delicious, but they could have had more toppings. The broccolini was okay. It was probably too charred for how thin it was, and the portion seemed rather small. I wish we had saved room for dessert, but there was simply no way. As for our amazing server he was so friendly and attentive, and really made an effort to connect with us and made the celebration dinner that much more great. read more

We were there Sunday for my sister's birthday ... we were treated so special... The food was absolutely delicious, everything cooked to perfection. I can't say enough about the service, our server Stacey, was Superior. She was very professional, explained the menu perfectly. If you're on the early side, sit at the bar area for an amazing bar bites menu (in addition to the regular menu) including mini filet sandwiches, awesome short rib tacos and many more. Surprised to see all of the negative reviews after our experience at the Boston location. We used to go to the Reston location before we moved here and our experience was the same as it always has been, wonderful. Food was delicious and service was top notch by David. The outdoor/shaded seating is a nice touch. We will be back to this location for sure. read more

Great service with validated parking ($18 for 3 hours!). While this may not be as posh as some other steak places, one thing this place has is good service and great prices (for a steakhouse!). Items we ordered as of 6/2025: - French Onion Soup - $13 - Good flavor and size is appropriate for the price. While not the best we've had, still quite good. - 14oz Dry-Aged Ribeye - $65 - Absolutely delicious! Extremely tender with a fantastic beef flavor. I would definitely get this one again especially at this price point! They also had a Wagyu set when we went (for ~$80 if I recall) that came with 2 cuts of wagyu beef, 3 wagyu dumplings and a Szechuan green bean side. The 2 cuts of wagyu beef were marinated with a soy based sauce (I think) and were delicious and tender. The dumplings were also a huge hit with a great filling. The Szechuan green beans were alright as they were more sweet than spicy. Overall we were happy with the special and would recommend if they have it when you visit (avoid if you don't enjoy marinated beef!). Also of notable mention, their complimentary onion bread is AWESOME and one of the better breads I've had at a steakhouse! read more

we went to Mortons last night absolutely fabulous time the weight staff went above and beyond my expectations the manager came over several times and spoke with us. The food came out promptly delicious. I been in a long time and I cannot believe how much they have improved everything generally when I go off for dinner, I am let down. This was not the case here. We had reservations but arrived early so sat at the bar and decided to just eat there. It's a beautiful bar, is stocked and the bartender was lovely. We opted for the filet and it did not disappoint. My husbands was a tad overcooked but he didn't complain. The key lime pie is exquisite. Drinks are strong and delicious. Expect to pay around 100 a person for a meal. read more

Morton's in Seaport is a franchise steakhouse. Which is a red flag when reviewing a place already as most franchises lack innovation. Yet I still went and what followed was nothing short of innovation. I went once for my birthday and have gone twice ever since. The greatest part about Morton's is the customer service. I went twice and despite being fairly young I was still called Sir. The ambiance is quite nice as it's a casual dining setting but nothing like a TGI. Fridays. I recommend going here if you are looking for quality affordable dishes or a nice celebratory meal. read more

Went here for a bachelor party dinner of 10-12 (older guys, not younger degenerates). I ordered a steak medium rare and it came medium well/well. I took a bite or two and mentioned it to the waiter. Now, maybe they do so much business that a $50-$75 steak isn't a big deal to them. But I have young kids, and my wife and I don't go out as often as we used to. And when I do go out, I certainly don't order a $50-$100 steak unless it's a super special occasion. The waiter was polite enough and offered to either take it back or comp it while also mentioning it would take some time if I wanted a new one. It was a saturday night, so I get it. I said comp. But then we get the check, and the steak was still charged. So basically the waiter said they could make me a new one or comp it, kind of discouraged me from ordering a new one, so I chose comp, and then charged me for it. I'm already seeming like a stick in the mud for not liking how my steak is cooked, and now I have to hunt down a waiter to tell him he didn't comp the steak? I looked for the waiter and couldn't find him and left with the rest of my friends. At that point, it would have been weird to make that big of a deal about it. The apps were solid, the drinks were great. Tell you what, though, I wouldn't recommend going here with a party and expecting to get what you pay for. Crappy experience. read more

From waiters, bartenders, hostess --attentive. Excellent. Both parties ordered the porterhouse special--advertised for 2, sides and salads for table. Nice bottle of red. The Brussel sprouts came out--totally raw. I was stunned--where's the QC? Replaced with--undercooked asparagus! I was dying for a great steak--extraordinary in fact--this is Mortons! Prime beef! Our steak came out--cooked perfectly but was way small and the quality suspect. Lots of fat-- so that we were lucky to get 4 oz of meat apiece. Bear in mind--this is a $500 meal! One, though being a native to Boston, had not been here before, & commented: Oh, this is nice, it reminds me of a supper club !! Truly Lovely, it was.. Then, came our dark haired hostess, a perky girl, cheerfully smiling in welcome!! With the ease of an auctioneer, the extensive menu for the evening, slid right off her tongue!! We ordered, almost all she'd mentioned it seemed. As we waited, for our food to arrive, we chatted, as I stared at the sea, right outside the window! Spectacular Views, for sure!! We celebrate our anniversary every year at Morton's and they make it so special - from the custom menus, to a printed picture of us to take home to a complimentary dessert of your choice, we always look forward to dining here. Waitstaff was excellent, servers were attentive with refills and the changes to the menu are great. The salads are definitely big enough to share between 2 people, but we opted to get the Caesar and wedge salads because they are both so good. The dry aged ribeye is a new menu addition, and it's worth a try with one of their specialty butters on top. Thank you for such a special night! read more

Consistently quick and friendly service, serving massive menu portions in their poppin dining room. No really, if you come at dinner time on a weekend, the dining room is packed. This adds to the fun when it's buzzing in here. I've come during off times before - when it's super quiet - and it changes the experience. I get the Chicken Christopher every time and it's so so good. They've nailed down the perfect creamy sauce it gets served in, and it comes with a lemon on the plate you can squeeze on if you'd like. The sides are big enough to feed 2 people so it's best to order a bunch of sides for the table and get a taste of everything. As it is, the onion bread they give you before ordering is so delicious that you might even get full off that. :) The French Onion Soup takes the cake as my fav starter. Although every time I come, someone gets the iceberg wedge salad and they speak so highly of it. So I'd suggest going with either. I'm not a steak lover but they certainly know how to cook a mean steak given how people always rave about it whenever I go! read more

As soon as we walked in the General Manager Gary welcomed us and remembered my husband name along with his second in command Fendi which was so genuine! Every single dish we ordered exceeded our expectations and were really flavorful. A must try dish would be the king crab whipped potatoes if you love seafood. The potatoes were really creamy and the king crab added a great flavor. The food took longer than expected. We stayed in the restaurant for two hours but regardless, it was an enjoyable wait. If I could give more stars, I would. This Morton's is consistently great. We have been going for around 10 years and they never disappoint. The food is always delicious and cooked perfectly. The decor is warm and welcoming. But, what sets it apart from so many other top quality restaurants is the staff. We were so lucky to have Sydney as our server. Hope we get her all the time. All night, she consistently checked in and went above board to make sure we were so happy. It was my 9 year old granddaughter's birthday and Sydney and Gary Boss, the general manager, made her feel so special. Gary checked in a bunch to make sure everything was perfect. And, it was. We were in Boston and no reservations for lunch I figured Morton's was open for lunch but no it was closed. We spoke to the general manager which he felt bad to send us away, was such a nice guy when he saw we were members he said I'll let you in and I can make some apps for you. He went out of his way to make us happy, we were celebrating my sons bar sworn in and we wanted to go eat somewhere at seaport. We had the whole restaurant to ourselves and they made us feel special, thank you to Gary Boss the general manager he was awesome and made sure we were well fed and happy... we transitioned from lunch to dinner at 4 pm the food was delicious, can't wait to go back for the wine tasting...and the bartender was also amazing! Went to Morton's tonight had a reservation for two we were greeted in a very friendly manner . Everyone was exceptionally friendly. The service was exceptional the waitress was very friendly . The food was great had the rack of lamb with spinach & mushrooms , my husband had the fillet mignon with mashed potatoes and crab. The food was incredible. The restaurant was very welcoming. to top it off we had dessert. It was delicious. Gary, the manager was very accommodating and very attentive to all customers very sociable. Gary also very friendly.
