It pays to be white. Come to this locations, tell them you're in a hurry and they will seat you, give you your menu, take your order and bring it out faster than anyone else. I saw this happen in front of my very eyes. The manager said he didn't mean for that to happen and apologized but it doesn't change the fact that it happen even after I mentioned they were sat down before other guest, order was taken before other guest. Just to add their (2 meals) order was taken and out in five minutes before ours (1 adult, 2kids) yet somehow our food came out almost 20 minutes after theirs did. NEVER ORDER FROM DENNYS.COM! Ordered online from this website. I got a confirmation email and a tracking link that showed the order should be delivered by 7:25pm. By 7:45 the tracking showed the order was being prepared but still hadn't been picked up. I called the restaurant to see what was up and no one picked up after 12 or so rings there was a beep and I left a msg. I called 7 more times and no one picked up the phone until 8:05pm. The mgr told me he had a number of complaints about this problem but that I had to order through grubhub or doordash and they're not allowed to deliver orders. REALLY?? We live within walking distance of this Denny's location, but it is now on our Do Not Go list. After working hard all day, very tired, hungry, and thirsty, we came in and were seated right away. After being seated, we waited, hoping to get some water and iced tea. And waited, and waited. Three waitresses serving seven tables, counting us, and each one of them was in and out of the kitchen at least four times without ever even acknowledging our presence. After about ten minutes of this, we got up and walked out, stopping by the register to let the manager know why we were leaving. It was also far too hot in the dining room. Horrible experience every single time I go, but the experience yesterday was actually the worst. Me and my two daughters came for breakfast only to be seated fairly quickly but waited 40mins for someone to come to my table and take my order for my drinks and my order for food. They stated they had too many call outs and not enough staffing? Unacceptable don't seat people down if your unable to have a server out to take the order. Sadly the employees here dont want to work. You walk in and theres no greet. It's not busy and they still just look over to the arriving customer and ignore. It takes about 3 hours to get your order and it's cold. They laugh and actually seem to want to do it on purpose. It's quite sad that all of the employees here work this way. Idk why it's still open. Came in for soup and sandwich. I ordered the super bird and then they came and told me they were out of Turkey so they offered ham. Sandwich was terribly presented. A few very thin slices of ham, 1 sliver of cheese, 2 pieces of bacon and thick slices of non-ripe tomato. Had to ask for crackers. They brought 3 packages. If I could give zero stars for my visit today I would. My family has been coming here for years, but the arrogant manager they had working today for Mother's Day lunch coverage was aweful. Me and my mom waited an hour to be seated to find out they crossed off our name. When talking to the manager he said he personally walked out and called us. We were there the whole time. He never left from behind the cash register, so how could have he walked out to call us. We went to this location with a party of 12 people and it was about 9pm. It was a cluster f***. They forgot my husbands food altogether, cannot cook a rare steak if their lives depended on it and when I complained about it the manager or supervisor decided to stand directly behind me to see if I was going to complain about it being overcooked. My grandson and I stopped in for lunch after what had been a long day driving and alot further to go. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door and seated immediately. Our server was Frankie he is Fantastic not only was he very efficient he was a joy, both my grandson and I enjoyed chatting with him. Sébastien also checked in on us to see if there was any we needed also to make sure everything was to our liking. We enjoyed chatting with Sébastien and Frankie so much that my grandson wanted to know if we could rate the restaurant and the staff, because everyone was so good that they all deserved to be acknowledged, including the chef because everything was so good and the staff was welcoming and friendly. He has never experienced staff in a restaurant like this. We really enjoyed a relaxing and enjoyable lunch which we needed before getting back on the road.
