The food was fine, and our server was great, but the reason I gave 3 stars only is because the inside felt like it was 90 degrees and in fact it was only 79 outside. Waitress was polite and took the time out to answer our questions on the menu. She checked on us frequently asking if we needed anything else. The meal was hot and very good. We ordered off the 55 menu. I had an omelette and my friend ordered chicken fried steak. Excellent !!! Plan on coming back soon. The Dennys in Brentwood though brand new was horrible my plate hash browns were oily and hardly any eggs,worst my wife found hair out her plate we complained to manager did not pay for our meal. Went here Monday for lunch. Not too busy at all, only 7ish tables had people. Waited 10 minutes to get seated. Then got seated, and still waited 30 minutes and no one. Then we got up and left. No one helped us, thought we would try a new restaurant but turns out, it wasn't worth it. read more

I just want to say that Dennys has always been a place I enjoy going to but this review is more for the server I had today big shout out to Chantel she was amazing she has the best customer service in a restaurant that I've seen in a long time she was very friendly and patient and just on top of it our drinks were always full and the empty plates did not stay long one things I appreciate when it comes to eating out and having a server who is aware of their customers and Chantel was 100% on top of it not just for us but for the other customers she had as well. read more

We were happy to see Denny's coming close to us in Brentwood! We've gone twice and my review is just so so. The first time it just took too long to get through the meal. There were not enough people to make the restaurant run smoothly. The second time we went was 5/21 and we entered and there were several people waiting as well and there were many tables available. We waited for about 4 minutes and saw people ahead of us just leave. We saw the hostess? running around getting drinks for some tables and she said she would be right with us. Other waiters walked right by all of us and just ignored us...We continued to wait and I told my family they're understaffed, and we're out of here. We ended up walking across the parking lot and went to Chipotle. Hopefully this review will be helpful. I know it's a struggle these days staffing and making a profit but this is the restaurant business. read more

We had the best service today that we have ever received at this location. The name of our server was Chantel.She took excellent care of us. Brought our food promptly and came back to see how we were doing. A very friendly young lady. I had other waitresses at this location and the last time we were there my husband decided he would not return because of bad service. I just went into the brand new Denny's that just opened the other day, and they were amazing! Just an amazing environment, everyone was helpful, and caring! We had a female server, if I remember correctly, I think it was Mirage maybe?? But, she served us, and did such an amazing job! Came here for a nice Saturday breakfast. Service was not the best , took a while just to get our drinks. Both glasses had old drink residue and lipstick on them. Brought new glass and still was dirty but rather not ask again. Food finally came , eggs had shells in them, bacon was raw, toast was burnt. The best part of the experience was the clean napkins. My family and I are so glad that a Denny's opened so close to our house! We've already gone a few times and every time has been so wonderful. The food is great, the environment is so inviting, and the service is beyond friendly and helpful! Every single person on the wait staff is so pleasant and works so hard! Loveleen today was especially sweet- very attentive and kind to us the entire time! Made sure to get everything right, checked on us regularly but was never overbearing, and always had the sweetest smile!
