This is one of the worst Denny's I have been to in the last few months. First of all we were seated at a dirty table that had a dried white mystery liquid. Additionally, my wife normally doesn't have an issue getting the bread substituted with fruit due to a wheat allergy. However, the waitress (Marlen G)wanted to argue with her about only having option was products that contained wheat and then wanted to up charge to substitute the hashbrowns with bread or pancakes. The steaks were also cooked incorrectly with old looking meat that was close to the best by date If you have a wheat allergy, do not come to this location. They don't care if they cause allergic reactions or shorting customers food. Do better, train better, clean better. Update: even though we informed the waitress of my wife's wheat allergy, she failed to tell the kitchen. They put pancake batter in the omelette "to make it look fluffier". This caused my wife to have an allergic reaction. read more

Haven't been to a Denny's in a while. Decided to give them a try with their new $5 slams and 7 under $7 deals. Building is new, lots of booths but sadly the same old problems. Not enough wait staff, one guy doing everything for the first 30 minutes. Nowhere in the restaurant but the phone app could we find the specials they've been running ads for.... We all pick off the Denny's deals menu off the app page which clearly states prices. Well come to find out only some of the prices match if you dine in, alas one item was twice the price listed on the app. All that ad money they spent trying to get people to give them a revisit after years of lousy service and mediocre food was wasted since they added a new irritation. Lesson learned. Burger was good, BLTE had browning lettuce and very little bacon, hash browns undercooked, fries were good. read more

I wish I could say that we had a good time. Our meal was fantastic, mostly. So nothing wrong with the food. However, the service was not the best. The lady was sweet, and handled the pressure of 6 people in the dinner alright, she was rushed the whole time we came in. Which was fine and we were understanding. She had a constant attitude with just me not the other person I had come in with. We asked for a side of shredded cheese for our order because we forgot to ask when we ordered for it to have cheese and she just questioned us. Then came back a few times in the span of 10 minutes, asked how we were doing, then poured water into my sprite. She did not come to our table after that till we had prebussed our table and looked in her direction for 5 minutes. After we got the bill we told her the issue with my sprite and she denied it, then we explained what she did and she just said that we should've said something when she came to check on us, but she hadn't. We had also asked if it was possible to modify orders even for an additional charge due to diet restrictions and she just shook her head no at us. The restaurant itself was very nice inside for a Dennys but probably because they don't keep customers in there long. read more

Now that I'm eligible for their over 55 menu I tried their eggs with cheddar, bacon, sausage, plus 2 pancakes for under $9.00 which given today's prices, was a deal! Everything was good served hot and with a smile. If Dennys has a playbook they kept to it nicely. Coffee flowed freely and I was happy. No complaints will be back for that over 55 menu deal!! We were able to get right in on Father's Day. It took a little while to be seated as the hostess had several customers in line checking out. The menu is okay. I think similar restaurants have more options. My son was disappointed there were no waffles. Prices are okay. Most items were around $10. The restaurant is clean. Our waitress, Karen, was very nice. My father and son had a stack of pancakes with bacon. My mom enjoyed her omelet. My crepes were okay. I ate the eggs, hash browns and bacon later. I'd go back. I recently went to this location and had good customer service at the start with my boyfriend up until our server was getting my order, I was very nice and respectful to her and told her my order making eye contact to her but she didn't seem to care all that much but looks over to my boyfriend instead with her customer service tone. I asked her if I could use a pen since they had an application available on our table, I thought she would give me a pen but never did and I see why I shouldn't apply. She barely checked on us at all but checked in on other guests more often and that's what annoyed me, she knew I was waiting for a pen but didn't care at all. She had 3 tables to serve that weren't far from each other but she instead chooses to check on the 2 tables and exclude my boyfriend and I, once the 2 tables left she then checks on us which was weird, I don't know if she was targeting me or she's racist towards Hispanics. The food wasn't great either I've tasted better French toast and once I was about to pay that's when then she makes eye contact with me all nice and sweet to me to get a possible tip out of me but I didn't tip her at all she didn't deserve it she was horrible in my experience and her name is Nicki. That location is never busy either so her behavior was very childish and unnecessary. I'll never go back to that location ever again. read more

However, it's becoming difficult to justify spending $16 on a breakfast sandwich there, especially when the service doesn't meet expectations or the portions aren't generous. My recent visit involved only two coffee refills and having to fetch my own napkins, suggesting that service standards haven't improved alongside the price hike. It seems like this increase is more about boosting the CEO's earnings rather than enhancing customer experience. The essence of Denny's appeal lies in its straightforward, quality food, but unfortunately, it seems that's no longer a priority. It's disappointing that Denny's seems to rely on its convenience rather than value, pricing a simple breakfast sandwich on par with a gourmet burger at another restaurant as well as their burger prices. Ate at this location recently with some friends and was very disappointed in the service and quality of food. We went at a normal breakfast time, around 10:30am and it was pretty busy. There was only one waitress working and she seemed pretty overwhelmed. It felt like we were being rushed when ordering and she never asked us how our food was or if we needed anything. We never got one of the items we ordered, but it wasn't on our bill so we didn't complain. My brother asked for another orange juice and didn't receive it until we were about to leave. My french toast was burnt on one side and I didn't notice until we were almost done otherwise I would've sent it back. This will be the last time we visit this restaurant. Every time it is the same thing. Long wait to order while we are left to basically wonder if anyone is going to take our order! They were not that busy either. My family and I finally left after no communication and again having to flag someone down at least twice! Earlier upon arriving, we noticed the store was packed. Fearing we would have to wait forever to eat we almost left, but with a hungry child we couldn't just leave so we decided to stay and wait for a table. Things took a turn for better. Our waitress Natalia was amazing. She was tentative, communicates very well, positive attitude, and keeps our drinks full. The food we ordered came out surprisingly fast and everything looked and tasted great so kudos to the cooks. In the end we had a great experience.
