This is my first time here as I am not a Nevada Resident. The place is very clean. Parking is great. Michael the Manager?, went above and beyond to treat us well. It's a very busy restaurant so I totally understand the wait. Don't come in if you are not willing to wait. There are tons of other people here before YOU (& me!). My experience with our waiter, Mona, was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever received. Her attitude towards us was completely bitter from the moment she greeted us. We had ordered the Zesty Nachos and Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich, and she proceeded to tell us she was going to add avocado to our food. I did not want avocado on my nachos so I kindly refused, however, my friend who had ordered the sandwich agreed to the avocado. What Mona somehow forgot to mention was that the avocado would be an up-charge on our bill. I found it extremely disrespectful that she tried to fool us into agreeing to the addition of the avocado by not asking us if we wanted any and instead telling us she will without mentioning the extra cost. I had ordered these items before at other Denny's locations and this was the first time it had ever happened to me. After she brought us the food we had ordered, she immediately gave us the check without asking if we wanted or needed anything else. The assumption that we were done was extremely rude and limited us from possibly getting desserts. She did not check on us a single time throughout the entire time we sat and ate, and we had to catch her attention in order to ask for anything since she would not come on her own. When it was time to pay, my boyfriend went up to the front and provided her with a 20% off the entire order coupon that he had gotten as a reward on the Denny's app. My boyfriend asked to split the check into two different cards and then provided her with the coupon code, which she then proceeded to tell him it would be very hard for her to apply it, which was not needed. She scanned the code and told my boyfriend it did not work and that she did all she could, although she barely did anything. A coworker of hers began guiding her through the process of how to apply the coupon, but she proceeded to not follow directions and not do what the coworker was instructing her to do. She finalized this interaction by applying the coupon to one of the two cards used to pay rather than the entire order the way it advertises it on the coupon. By this point, no tip was left on either card as we did not believe the service was worthy of it. We sat at our booth for a while longer waiting for her to pass by a final time so we could ask for to-go boxes, but she never came. My boyfriend had to get up and walk to the bar and ask another employee for to-go boxes and to-go cups. This employee, whose name was Ty, was a breath of fresh air at this Denny's. He was very kind and understanding and wasted no time to help us while apologizing for the fact that we had to get up to ask for it. When Mona saw us packing up our food after having to ask someone else for the boxes, she decided to check on us and ask how we were doing for the first time in our entire visit when we were already about to leave and had already paid. She came back one final time when we were getting up and told us that the tip was not included in the check. This comment felt extremely disrespectful and entitled as she had not done anything as our server to receive a service based tip, yet she stood in front of us and almost demanded a tip in a snappy tone. The food was not an issue at this Denny's. It was definitely tasty and overall enjoyable. However, I will not be coming back to this Denny's due to the horrible service and pure negligence we received from Mona. read more

Coming from California for a nice trip to Vegas, hoping for a delicious breakfast. Only to find that the service was not up to par. Our hash-browns were burnt, my omelette was lopsided, and our crepe were of a gummy consistency and were hard to eat. The food was delicious as usual, but the lasting impression came from the wonderful ladies working here! There were consistent check ins with our table and each time, we were welcomed with top notch hospitality. It was late on a Friday night and although these girls could've been anywhere else having fun on their own time, they were nothing short of amazingly positive. At one point, one of them even gave me words of encouragement when overhearing my conversation about how hard my job has been. The service was great! Susan was my waitress and ensured I made the best choice to accommodate my meal preference. She was really sweet and kind! My food was delicious as well. I think it's the best 24/7 option in town years ago there were lots of places you could go to but not now. The foods gotten better over the years and it's hard to beat grand slam so if your leaving a bar and hungry it's a good place to go read more

There's a Denny's on Eastern and and another one up LV Blvd at Tahiti Village. The Eastern one is old, it's dark, and pretty small for a Denny's. They do have some friendly waitstaff there but it's pretty tired. The Tahiti Village Denny's is actually pretty good, it's larger, but it can be tough to park there and sometimes there are sketchy characters hanging out (or staying) at the hotel. Fortunately this brand new Denny's opened up in 2019. It's bright, big windows facing Las Vegas Blvd, cool photos, has a bar. Like every other restaurant, they are still trying their best to adapt to often-changing COVID protocols. Very early in the pandemic, they pivoted to an efficient take-out arrangement where they will bring the food out to your car, but they always respected and complied with social distancing and extra cleaning in the store. Now they have dividers between all the booths and it almost feels (this is now April 2021) like we're back to normal. The menu is classic Denny's, which means even if you think you know what you want, the massive number of options means there is a good chance you'll change your mind. I visit pretty often, so the manager granted me one of the coveted neighborhood loyalty cards, which I love to show off. Food is always very good and the staff is super-friendly and manages to recognize me, even with a mask on, just about every time. I was especially compelled to write this specifically because tonight, my "My Hammy and Cheese Omelette" was as perfect as any omelette could be. The eggs were fluffy, not burnt at all, the ham was crisp and hot, and the cheese was *perfectly* melted. It was menu-photo quality. By far the worst Dennys I have ever been into. We came in for breakfast and stood to get seated for about 20-30 minutes when there were only one customer ahead of us. After being seated, nobody bothered to ask us even just to drink until another 20 mins. The people after us already got their drinks and ordered and nobody has ask us for our drink until 5 mins later when I ask someone... Our waiter told us that our food is cooking 30 minutes into getting our order. Finally, 20 minutes later we got our food but the order was mess up. Holy crap, that's about 1 hour and 40 minutes we before we got our food. We'll we still have to drive back to California and now we will probably hit traffic. It is Denny's. The food is drunk food. It isn't awful but it isn't anything more than ok. The servers mimic the food. Just ok. The second time we visited, halfway through out meal, our server sits down at the counter and starts surfing on her phone. We ended up asking on of the other servers for some catsup and she informed us that our server was on her break and that she was our server now........ ummmmmmm how about letting us know or checking in with us? Just bizarre. As long as you know what Denny's is and what you are going to get, you will be fine. Sometimes I want to be nostalgic and have a grand slam breakfast at 3am after a concert on the strip. We didn't plan on coming to Vegas but hey! Who's complaining? Not me! :). We stopped by at this newly opened restaurant and it happened to be Denny's. I have to say the service was really good. The waitress was attentive to our needs. The food I ordered was delicious. The restaurant was clean. When I went to the restroom, it took a while for the sensor light to turn on. I was ready to go out when it turned on because it was really dark in there. I hope they'll fix the sensor. read more

Best Denny's I have been to in years. Menus are easy to read and very eye pleasing, has a very calm modern feel and the design of the restraunt is excelent. Lots of comfortable seating, clean tables and perfect lighting! Music is a subtle background filler and the food is great! Mia was my server. She was not very helpful, felt very judged by her. My family and I went to eat on a Tuesday night. Server brought the wrong plate out for one of my children he ordered pancakes and she brought tenders. No problem he didn't notice what did we care. Our drinks got a refill once after waiting too long for her offer. She forgot my husbands drink he asked for tea and she brought him water. I took my daughter and I looked at myself and after a day of moving homes in 110 degree weather and being 5 months pregnant I was looking pretty rough. Keep in mind we had no idea was kids eat free. We just thought Denny's sounded nice. Regardless she got a 10% tip which I never leave such a small tip but I also took the time to write this review. This Dennys is our favorite location! Staff is always attentive and very sweet, especially Susan she is always upbeat, friendly and always smiling! Food is great and hot off the grill, the coffee is always super fresh as well. The restaurant is clean and so is the restroom which is super important for me when visiting a restaurant. Also wanted to add when it's super busy you don't feel rushed it's always enjoyable because of the amazing service makes us want to come back every time.
