Went to visit my local Denny's after moving to a new neighborhood with my family. We got seated right away but was overlooked by waiters. They seated three other tables after us and got their food out before even acknowledging us. Didn't get drinks or anything. They did not make eye contact with us but walked by our table multiple times. They did not look understaffed and we were very patient. About 45 mins in, we decided to leave and none of the workers looked our way or even said a word! It was two people with pink hair and some other people as well. The restaurant was not busy. I would give this place 5 stars if it were not so dirty. Everything seemed to have a coating of greasy film on it as though it had not been cleaned properly for some time. There was also a similar smell between the men's bathroom and the seating area of the restaurant. Other than the film of dirt on everything, the food was really good and the service was great. *sighs* I really, really, REALLY wanted to give them a better rating but alas I can't. I live within walking distance and was so ecstatic when it was built, but from the terrible attitude of the cooks to the quality of the food- this is literally the worst Denny's I have ever visited. Every single time I go I end up asking my husband, "And why do we keep coming back again??" The final straw was when we asked for a little more sauce on our buffalo wings. I guess the cook's thought it'd be funny to drench them to the point where we overheard the other staff asking "Are you really going to give them that?" It was like soup! Needless to say we were given a refund, several free meal passes and dessert coupons by the general manager who just happened to be visiting the location that day. And wouldn't you know it, even those meals were prepared incorrectly (SURPRISE!). I'd rather go down the road 5 minutes to the other Denny's that are nearby. read more

Told there a 10-15 minute wait for a table of 2. Got on the list had to wait outside in the heat. An hour later I got my cup of coffee. The service and the kitchen here are SLOW. I really should have cut my losses and did McDonalds. Lesson learned. Pros: Denny's is Denny's is Denny's. Cons: slow service, unorganized front with only 1 register being used at a time, slow kitchen staff, small tasteless portions, they ran out of creamer but did have coffee mate, staff forgot our toast, coffee was not refilled Lesson: don't stop here for a quick breakfast on your way out of Vegas. read more

I came in here on my day off after a gym session. It was like 5am but since I'm use to the graveyard hrs., 5am is like my lunchtime lol. I ordered the beyond beef burger & fries & it was pretty good & flavorful. It comes with a seeded bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, cheese & a sauce but you can just tell them to hold the cheese & sauce if you're not about that life. You can add avocado as well. Jessica is my server. She's the best. The friendliest person I've encountered with. My food was ready pretty fast too. Jessica said that they serve alcohol here too but I didn't feel like drinking that day. I met the other server Africa too & she seemed pretty friendly as well. I will definitely be coming back to see my girl Jessica. read more

Driving home from Zion, UT we wanted a spot that can serve us good food with fast service.. this Denny's did not disappoint. On my way to my table to the entrance to meet the rest of my party my server stopped me to greet & ask me if I'd like something to drink.. all before I even sat down! Their updated restaurant procedures aligned with the current Covid situation & made us feel safe & comfortable. This is a brand new Denny's that opened up in the neighborhood, so I decided to give it a try. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a hostess wearing a bacon and egg 'costume'.... LOL! I love it! That was just a visual example of the positivity this team exuded. I was by myself in this visit, and I was not in any mood to be talkative (at least not before my coffee!), so I went to the section that was pretty much away from the general area, but still in the view of the hostess area. About three minutes passed and no server was around to take my order. Another hostess (not wearing the bacon costume) noticed it and did a verbal verification that I was not helped yet. Normally in these types of corporate/franchise restaurants, the hostess would have just called for a server and went right on to her work. Not at this location! The hostess went over to me and took my order right away, and worked with the server (who was on break) to obtain faster service for me. Now that..... is awesome! And of course, let's not forget about the food. Today (November 17th) was my visit, so I took advantage of the festive menu. The meal of choice was cinnamon roll pancakes. Let's just say that I'll be teaching myself on how to make this at home. Overall, I would definitely come back soon. read more

No hostess to greet my family of 5 including myself at the door. Was told it would be a "short wait". That short wait turned into almost an hour wait. No heads up, no communication about the wait at all. For a good 30 minutes, there was no hostess at the front to greet or check in any other customers so we all just bunched up together confused as heck. Waited an hour just to watch a family of 5 get seated who arrived AFTER us. Hostess didn't even go off of the check in list! She saw them at the podium and decided to seat them before us. Hostess finally sat us only because I complained. She didn't even walk us to our table, she pointed and said "that booth over there" and disappeared. Booth was too small. Waited again. Server finally showed up to tell us that it would be another hour wait for the food. No apology or empathy at all for wasting our time. Worst Denny's experience ever. read more

I have never been this disappointed in a Denny's before. It's obviously not fine dining, but everything is usually consistent at least. Not the case at this location. It was terrible. We ordered a large to-go order. Two chicken sandwiches, pancakes, eggs, bacon, fries, onion rings, tots, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks... The first thing we noticed was most of the sauces we ordered were missing. Three of the four, to be exact. Whatever, it's sauce. We'll live. Every single item that hit the fryer tasted absolutely horrid. My teenage daughter even said the oil flavor was sticking to the back of her throat. Gross! The chicken tenders and the chicken on the sandwiches was WAY overcooked and stringy, the tots were borderline burnt and the mozzarella sticks smelled like fish. I get Moons Over My Hammy almost every time I eat at Denny's. The sandwich I got tonight was just sad. There was ONE slice of ham on one half of the sandwich, and two-and-half slices on the other half. The oil it was cooked in tasted really weird too, so I had to take the bread off and just eat the eggs and the sad ham. My husband's eggs and bacon were edible, and the pancakes were okay. We will not be returning to this location. We ordered from here only because it's a mile closer to our house than the one we usually go to. I'll drive the extra mile next time. read more

Juanita is one of the best manger I came across in a long time. I've dined at many Denny's in my life time, and I had made some complaints in my past. I was ready for someone to dismiss my worries for a lost cell phone. She was by far the most attentive and shown me empathy to my daughter losing her phone during her late night breakfast. When my daughter came home, she was too embarrassed to go back into the restaurant to ask, so I was left to go back and look for her phone. Teenagers! The first time I walked in, the young lady did what she was taught to do, and ask if anyone seen it. Of course, there was no phone left at the cashier, so I was left to to track the phone myself. I went back a second time, I got another server, and thank goodness I did. Ms. Africa was accommodating, polite, definitely went beyond the call of duty, and didn't give up to help me find my daughter's phone. With no prevail, we still had no phone, so she got her manager to help. Ms. Juanita, also took more steps to help which she could of left it alone, because it wasn't her problem. It was mine to deal with! Well, guess what, I have my daughter's phone back. Ms. Juanita took my information, and she told me she would call me if she found it and she did exactly that. Thank you Ms Africa and Ms. Juanita! For now on, I will only visit your establishment for breakfast, because you guys know how to take care of your patrons! read more

Went to this Dennys for the first time in about two or three years and the service was great we came here at night and Jaunita was our server she was spot on with the refills and our food was great we even asked for the cooks name and Johnny is a maestro with the pancakes and we will be coming back here again hungry for more. read more

The kitchen here was so backed up it took nearly 45 mins to get our food. Our server was lovely but seemed embarrassed that meals, not just ours, were not coming out. Server did not come back to our table to explain & give us the option to go somewhere else. Several diners complained & a few walked out. We visited this location twice in 2 days, not because we didn't have other options, far from it, but because the food and the service were that good! Great flavor, good portion sizes and value for money! The gem to us were the staff, Mike the manager and his amazing staff really make every guest feel welcome and valued. It took 17 minutes for somebody to acknowledge our table and ask us for a drink by then we were ready to order the waitress forgot one of the drinks, and she never came back the next time anybody came back was a food runner when the food runner came. I asked her for water and a coffee, she said sure no problem that she would get that. I also asked her for straws since we had a kids drink that needed a straw to poke through the top and order drink it. The waitress went to another table and then went and sat in a booth on her cell phone and never brought the water and never bought the coffee nor the straws, the manager walked by and I asked the manager for coffee, water and straws. The manager decided to tell somebody else who then took their sweet time to bring coffee, water and straws. By this time I was done with my breakfast, and my son could not even eat his eggs because there was hair in his eggs and on his plate The omelette was the size of a mini omelette. It was missing ingredients and was terrible. They no longer have a variety of toast. Your choices are English muffin, seven green toast the waitresses sat and argued over people taking their tables instead of helping their customers they were rude to each other and rude to customers it took over an hour and a half from the time we walked in to be seated to get our food to get our check and it was not even busy.
