Our waitress was such a caring and friendly person. Her name was Elizabeth B. I can't say enough how thankful we were to have her as our waitress she gave us exactly what we ordered. My wife also commented how perfectly down the omelet was done and how nice and cheesy it was not like other places, as for my breakfast it was done perfectly too. First time stopping in since they completed the major remodeling, and I must say we were very impressed. Manager on duty was looking sharp, professional, and attentive. Our server Gonzalo was SUCH a gentleman, his hospitality, etiquette and tableside manner were above and beyond. Food was great, never any complaints in that department. I love Denny's food. However, the last two times we placed an order, we were missing a meal each time. When i called up to tell them, they stated "i could come pick it up, but they couldn't deliver" after me posting delivery fee and driver's tip! When i told them i couldn't pick it up and to refund my money for the missing meal, they then state i need to call corporate to get a refund "! We were outside Denny's on the strip Sunday evening. My wife wanted to grab something to eat. When we went inside there was a note to come to the bar to order. The first side was empty while the booths/tables near the bar was a bit packed. It looked like a lack of staff, my wife says we should go to the location near our home. So I said listen to your first mind and headed to the Lake Mead location. We were served by Vanessa who was nice, polite and attentive to us. She asked us did we need a high chair for our daughter, we declined but she presented us this high chair that converted to hold our car seat which was sweet! My wife ordered Hot Chicken Melt $12.79 + Seasoned Fries $0.99 and a Mango Lemonade $3.99. I ordered the "Build Your Own Burger", I chose the Grilled Chicken Sandwhich (added mayo and bourbon sauce no extra fee) $11.19 + Onion Rings $0.99. I only received about 5 onion rings, at first I was disappointed but it was enough when you eat everything. Total + tax $32.46. The food was good enough for us no complaints. I noticed the bathroom needs some TLC. I never see that many people at this location it shouldn't be hard for the upkeep. read more

I haven't been to a Denny's in years but was craving breakfast foods so bad I had to go. I was impressed with our server who seemed to be doing literally everything except cooking. It wasn't crazy busy but busy enough and she was on top of it. Cheap dinner for two people and the food was ok with portions. The only thing i wpuld like to see them to improve on was, that our server never really checked back on us after we got our food. read more

This used to be our favorite. Ordered the turkey dinner. No dressing available. Turkey looked like a five year old hacked it into chunks. No taste or flavor Cranberry sauce no more like jelly to thin no flavor. Last review wasn't even read. No more this location. Our waiter, Miguel A., was very kind about the wait and let us know it was due to a lot of orders that came in. The only reason this store is getting 2 stars is because of the server. She was polite and cheerful. The issue with todays order was the lack of ingredients in a $15.00 Philly Steak omelette. 5 small chunks of steak, a small sprinkle of onions and 1 piece of bell pepper. So I asked the manager to compare the picture on the menu with the food on my plate and his only response was to tell me to move the menu away from his view. So I refused to eat it and sent it back. They did take it off the order but never suggested bringing me the rest of my ingredients. So they would rather comp the food and take it back, rather than cook $1.00 worth of ingredients and make the customer happy. Truly a sign of piss poor management. Waitress did not speak English well enough to understand my simple but explicit instructions. I asked for my salad first with enough time to finish it before my food came. She totally forgot my salad, finally brought it as I AGAIN said I wanted time to eat it before my food came out. She said yes, repeated it back to me and then actually brought my food within two minutes of bringing salad. She could not understand why I was upset. So I said I didn't want the salad since I didn't have enough time to eat it before my food came. I got Corn instead. So now I have four plates for my I plate dinner. My fries had to go back, because I ordered them crispy - but they came as half cooked mush. I even had her repeat the crispy part when I ordered. So i finally had my meal ( not as I ordered or expected), but I was not in a good place at the end. Worst part, we watched other people around us ( with different waitresses) get their food as they ordered it, while we had a total meltdown. If you come here, make sure to get a waitress speaking excellent English so she will understand you. read more

Decided to come in for a visit for some breakfast since the wife wanted something to eat. Our server's name is Christina and I found her personality to be very warm, friendly, and welcoming.
