This particular Denny's location is just across the street from the Orange County Convention Center's South Concourse and provides a mice alternative to the "food court" in the Orange County Convention.Center and the rather lackluster and downright expensive food that is there. Walking in, the place has the ambiance and vibe that you would expect from a Denny's. It was bright and cheerful and a nice enough place to enjoy a meal. Our server was definitely a gem. She was friendly and upbeat and honestly, was an absolute joy to have her serve us. I ended up going with their spicy chicken skillet. We also got an appetizer of onion rings. The food came out pretty quickly. Honestly, it was okay. Maybe if okay was a grade, it might even rank an okay minus. But it was a far superior choice than to what you get inside the Orange County Convention Center. While there, we fell into a conversation with an older lady from Ireland who absolutely loved the concept of Denny's. I guess it is all about perspective. I might have given it three stars, but that lovely woman from Ireland made me decide to up my rating to four stars.

July 19/2014: Breakfast with my Al. I ate here 3-4 years ago during a trade show. It's a Denny's. What can I say. Typical factory food that's reasonably prices in a family friendly restaurant. The service was adequate for the environment.

Hash browns, scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage- part of a pancake platter.

Oh my goodness!! Wish we came here at the start of our vacation!! A+ service!! A+ atmosphere!!! A+ Food!!! 10 people in our party- All satisfied!!!

Slow, slow, slow service. The waitress is unpleasant, probably due to bad management.

The parking lot was not full when we got there and was able to park in the first spot next to the outdoor seating area. We were greeted upon entering and told we could sit anywhere. Savannah (I hope the spelling is correct) came over and took our drink orders. We ordered OJ and coffee. When she returned, she told us about the specials, what some of her favorites are, answered any questions we had, and took our food order. Mom ordered the 1 Pancake. 1 Egg with Bacon and and Sausage. I had the Beef Short Rib Hash (Scrambled Eggs). The food arrived quickly. Jason delivered the food to our table and chat with us for a bit. My hash was served deconstructed and not mixed together like I expected. Everything tasted good. I especially loved the Grilled Biscuit that accompanied the hash. Grilling the biscuit added an additional texture and flavor of buttery goodness. Jason and Savannah were attentive and checked with us periodically to make sure we were good. Coffee refills were available. By the time we were ready to leave, the restaurant was almost full. Thank you Jason and Savannah for the good customer service and care. I would definitely return for that Grilled Biscuit.

On a Saturday morning, my boyfriend and I dined here around 9am. We were lucky to score one of the few parking spots since there isn't many and parking is tight. Upon walking in, I was fairly surprised at the size of the place inside since it looks much smaller from the outside. Service was pretty decent. Not overly personable, but had what we needed. I ordered a scrambled egg plate with patty sausage, home fries, and a blueberry muffin. The blueberry muffin was my favorite, it was really good. The home fries were less desirable. I wish they were crisper and maybe had onions with them to add more flavor. My boyfriend ordered his breakfast with an extra order of toast and we had to ask our server to bring it out because it was forgotten about. The food could of overall used more seasoning. Also for the quantity and quality, I thought it was very expensive.

I knew I'd been here before, but I couldn't remember what I'd ordered, so I happily started from scratch with their wonderfully extensive menu. I settled on the Reuben with French fries, and it was exactly what comfort food should be. The corned beef was sliced just right, piled high beneath a blanket of melted Swiss cheese and tangy Thousand Island dressing, all tucked into perfectly grilled rye bread. The fries arrived hot and crisp, and the entire meal made it to my table surprisingly fast. A quick tip: lunch service ends at 2:30 p.m. before they reopen for dinner, so plan your visit accordingly. Parking takes a little patience since the café sits along the charming antique district on a busy street, but once you step inside, the search for a spot is quickly forgotten. As someone dining alone, I never felt out of place. I was greeted with genuine warmth, the kind that can't be scripted. One waitress worked alongside her sister, and one of them even had her two young daughters there, giving the whole restaurant the easy, welcoming feeling of a family gathering rather than a business. It's the kind of place where you're treated like a regular, even on your first visit. The atmosphere strikes a lovely balance between cozy and spacious. Exposed industrial ceilings are softened by an eclectic collection of beautiful light fixtures--everything from elegant chandeliers to vintage-inspired pendants--creating a space that feels collected over time rather than carefully curated. Every corner seems to have its own personality, inviting you to look up, look around, and linger just a little longer. Sometimes the best part of a busy day is finding a place that encourages you to slow down for an hour. White Wolf Café did exactly that. Come for the Reuben, stay for the hospitality.

We got a dirty martini and negroni to start. Awesome presentation and they came out pretty quickly. We were also given a free glass of prosecco, which was an excellent touch. For appetizers we ordered the Crispy Bang Bang Lion's Mane, which had a great texture and was extra crispy, and the Citrus Spiced Carrots. This sat in a bed of ricotta cheese and hot honey. The perfect balance of sweet and salty. I'd order this 10 times over again. For our mains we got the Fresh Grilled Fish of the day, which was a snapper with mashed sweet potato and broccolini and a pan to pour a lemon sauce over top. This was a perfect portion, the fish was grilled perfectly, and I could have eaten an entire bowl of their sweet potatoes. My husband got the Bronzed Florida Grouper, which had a risotto with shrimp in it. Both of these dishes were INCREDIBLE. To finish, we got the Sky High Citrus Meringue Pie. This kind of played on a key lime pie. It was rich, the portion was HUGE, and a great way to finish our meal. Overall, great food, great vibes, and great service.
