A great day at Denny's, I was kindly greeted by Adrianna with a smile and seated. My server Ariel was pretty busy but was on top of my water refills and remembering small details of my order that I had requested she even introduced me to her sisters who just happened to be having lunch there at the time. Andy the cook prepared my double slam burger just the way I like it and Loui G was leaving had already clocked out but took a few minutes to talk to me about the Playoffs. I went to this establishment this morning and the waitress handed my 8 year old son a hot plate in his hands instead of setting it down on the table. I just barely left the ER 8 hours later and he has 2nd degree burns and his hand is wrapped in bandages. We came in on a busy Saturday afternoon and got seated in a couple of minutes which was amazing , Our server Natalie was super friendly and great overall too! All the food we ordered was super good from the classic pancakes, strawberry crepes, and OMG the green smoothie was so delicious the perfect amount of sweetness! I highly recommend the Bourbon Chicken Skillet it's super flavorful and filled me up. A super lively place to have breakfast and brunch! we are older locals and was excited to try the new Dennys on washington-senior menu time!!! The first time we tried this place they had just opened and we kept an open mind when there was only two servers but we had noticed there was what appeared training in the back room. No-one came to help. Service was slow, inattentive,and the food was cold. so why did we come back? Again only two people -same very very very slow lady from the last time. One gal was working so incredibly fast but just couldn't compensate for her partner. It is so bad people are walking out we feel like we are never going to get out of here!! We were at this Denny's a few weeks ago and had a wonderful meal there at this newly opened restaurant. Tinesha was our server and she was just fantastic and very personable. Order a breakfast burger ate half of it and the last bite was very salty really bad in the middle. It was like eating a spoon of salt. What a huge disappointment. Came here opening week for dinner. Food was salty. Arrived cold and there is no reason for any of this when there was at very least, 12 people behind the bar and in the kitchen we counted 6 so why was our food cold? The server was nice. Chatty but nice. When our food arrived one of us had to enjoy our food alone while the other was re-cooked. Not worth waiting it would just have made things worst. When we told the manager; his response was I'm so sorry I'm going to take care of it. That's it. Now we are not looking for a free meal but to just say this and not offer anything was reason enough for us not to come back here. If your looking for great service and food that's not salty don't come here. If you are ok with bad service and salty food then I recommend this place. Not for us. And from what we witnessed that evening we were not the only ones who felt this way. It's dennys so you can't expect 5 star service or food but cold food is unacceptable regardless of where you dine. For that we stay at home where we know our food won't be cold and service is amazing. Zero stars for this place. Huge disappointment! read more

The breakfasts at Denny's is a mainstay for me. Hadnt been in 4 months. Had breakfast which was ok for a Senior menu but next day I fell very ill for 2+ days. Had link sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs & pancakes. I think the sausage couldve been tainted badly. Service was good, yet only 4-5 tables w/people. Very slow. Why? My wife and I went to this restaurant on Sunday May 26th at about 5:50 pm. We waited a few minutes to be seated, by a nice gentleman, and then after that he must have gone on a break or something. We were at a booth for over 15+ minutes, not acknowledged even to be asked for drink orders or water, let alone food. And another booth was seated right next to us after we had arrived. We had our menus closed and everything. We were ready to order, but the only working and visible waitress there ( again, the gentleman had disappeared), she entirely ignored us. So we just quietly got up and walked out, and no one said anything to us or acknowledged us on the way out, either. Awful.. we went for dinner around 5:30 pm on a Saturday evening! We walk in and right away we saw only ONE SERVER! We observed that there were three tables occupied with a told of seven! The waitress told us to seat ourselves and she would find us! She did good getting us a menu but that was all! She informed us she was the only server! While we loot at out menus 4 other tables filled up and they were told the same as us! After bring there for 10 minutes WITHOUT even a glass of water we left! The gentleman in this pic brought us coffee. The sever then took our order but then when it arrived it was all cold. It then took a while to come out. The manager came to our table to ask if everything is ok and what he could do. Honestly nothing at this point. If this is a representation of what's to come of this place it's sad. Locals waited so long for something other then IHOP to open up just for it to be worst then IHOP. Huge disappointment! The server couldn't be nicer. She was the only good thing about our visit. This place just opened and it is clear it has a bright future. We went on its first full day of business. One would expect the staff to be rushed and frazzled and the food to be mediocre. Not so when my family went. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and quickly seated even though there were plenty of customers being helped. Yadira was a fantastic server, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The skillet was great and the burger was great and the pancakes were great, and....you get the idea.
