We were seated pretty quickly and there was a decent crowd which is a good sign I usually have ordered the GrandSlam but decided on steak for breakfast. I opted for something different from Dennys. The service was friendly(ish ) I ordered the Sirloin and Eggs and a side of. (Medium with over easy eggs) with a side of biscuit and gravy. I came to Dennys on Sunday and it was very busy. I was seated automatically and greeted by the host. Our server was named Veronica and she was very attentive and sweet. We ordered a cup of coffee and she brought a pot of coffee. What more could you ask for! I ordered a build your own grand slam and it was delicious. Although the restaurant was full the food came out within 15 minutes. Everyone in the restaurant was attentive to us, even though they were not our server. It was really nice getting some amazing customer service from all the employees. The parking lot has lots of parking and it very clean. They maintain a clean and safe environment for customers. Valerie was our server and my fiance ordered the 'Cali Club Sandwich' however on the bread (both sides), meat, and lettuce had fuzz all over it. This is definitely one of the nicer Denny's. I brought my kids here for brunch. The waitress was very nice and everyone enjoyed their meal and drinks. Seba was an absolutely fantastic server. She anticipated all of my needs whether it be a need for napkins or where the restroom was. While the location obviously serves only Denny's standard fare food, their menu has undergone a significant face lift. (Though I would no longer say that the food is cheap, rather "fair" for the price, inflation has definitely hit the menu.) The food is above average in quality (meeting the above average price point of around 15 or so dollars a lunch dish). The ambiance was quiet around the time I visited featuring quite good Halloween decorations for the season but rather quiet due to the time I visited, around 10:30. I've been to this location in Redlands before and everything was great. Came tonight with a few other people not too busy Sylvia the server was nice. We started with a appetizer mozzarella sticks, but received our entrées. We forgot to say something in a half hour later she mentioned that they were they had to go to the freezer to get them, we kind of just laughed. We didn't really think they would even show up after almost an hour. They brought the cheese sticks and they did a few extra to be nice. I feel that they should at least discount it. I ordered asked for a side of hot sauce and salsa which she got me and then when I got the building, they charge me for it. I didn't see that on the menu anywhere, not a great experience at all. Probably won't be back to this location. Never did ask for a manager. I think they need a little more attention at this location. read more

It offers plenty of parking. I got a chance to try their lumberjack breakfast, which I opted for over medium eggs , turkey bacon , ham, red skinned potatoes, sourdough toast and pancakes. The food was very fresh and definitely hit my breakfast craving. Our server Alejandra was very attentive and friendly which made my dining experience pleasant. Denny's isn't a culinary delight, it still has place in the restaurant arena. Our food was served promptly, hot and was hearty. This isn't a particularly cheap meal. For example, coffee was $3.69 a cup. We arrived a bit before 8am on the weekend. The place was busy and the cashier/hostess was terribly behind - but all who were working were hustling. But moments after 8am, several crew members started their shift. The whole operation started to run much smoother - just an observation. We had the Loaded Veggie Omelet, with a side of fruit. The veggies were fresh (check out the color on the spinach leaves) and an ample amount. The omelet was cooked well (see pic). The fruit in the bowl was also freshly cut, with a nice variety and had plenty of fruit. We also had the Build Your Own Slam. Of the Slam options, this seemed to be the most relatively economical choice. You get to choose 4 different selections. I chose: 2 eggs, turkey bacon, English muffin and pancakes. From a customer satisfaction perspective, the pouring bottle for your syrup can't be beat - it pours syrup without a single dribble, no sticky fingers or table from this bottle - about time someone figured this out! The eggs were cooked to order, the turkey bacon was a great find (flavorful and smelled great even though it wasn't pork), the English muffin had tons of butter (which is good on a cheat day), and the pancakes were fluffy and filling (see my pic). On getting here, it's either on the side street (3rdStreet) or west bound on Redlands Blvd (there is a median in the street that you can't cross).
