For a Denny's it's really good. We went in after 9pm. The staff really worked hard to get us our food and drink refills.

Dropped off the hubby's car for repairs last Wednesday morning so we decided to go to breakfast on the way home. Haven't been to this Denny's in a couple of years so we thought we would stop in and grab a bite. We were greeted and seated right away. The server came by, introduced herself, and took our drink order. A minute later someone else came by the table to ensure our drink order had been taken. Socorro, our server, came back with the coffee & juice and took our order. Nothing fancy here but the food was delivered within 5 minutes and was hot!!! Having food delivered hot will be rewarded with 5 stars every time. Our breakfasts were simple; eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, and toast. The food was good and filling. What I liked about this location is the manager greeted everyone and appeared to have a number of regulars. The feel of the restaurant had more of a feeling of a diner not so much a chain which always seems to be impersonal. The staff was very friendly; Socorro was a sweetheart. The staff all seemed to be bilingual. Reasonable prices and discounts provided to veterans. They cant cook a steak to save their lives! Ordered a Medium Rare New York. It came out Well Done both times! I just ate it since I was hungry. I let them know both times, and they didnt even offer to take it off the ticket. The server forgot the crepes. Heard her say, "Ill pit them in right now" to the kitchen. I arrived at 11:30 am on Friday Oct 7, 2022-- their parking lot was full. They restaurant was bustling and I was quickly seated (I requested the counter) I was quickly greeted by Edgar Uriel, who took my drink order, within seconds my Ice Tea was in front of me with all the fixings. Edgar kindly helped me navigate the menu for my specific choices and within 5 minutes I was eating. The staff if mostly Hispanic and I found everyone working in perfect unison as a team, speaking respectfully and helping each other complete their orders. The food was good and we'll priced. If my little angels face doesn't breakdown our experience, then that is what I'm here for. Walked in feeling ok, but left with a smile from ear to ear! I recently gave up on ihop, I for tired of paying $34 for 1 dish. Denny's has top knotch quality and best pricing in the market. The whole experience though is on a whole mother level, have never experienced such a fast service and staff is so pleasant (besides harumi). I had a very pleasant experience coming into Denny's on this Halloween. The workers were dressed up in costumes (with proper work attire) and were all really nice and polite. Asked for masks when I came in and the manager was super friendly and asked how many I needed instead of being rude. Overall everyone seemed to be in a good mood and I received amazing service the food came out pretty quickly and was all really delicious. No place is perfect but in a world of staffing shortages and ridiculously priced food, this place is awfully good. Always well-staffed with hustling servers, seating is quick and food comes out quickly. Prices remain good and servings are almost too much. I've never been disappointed here and have to congratulate the management for making everything come together like this. read more

Had Grilled cheese, the cook that day didn't know you're supposed to butter the breat before you grill it, nothing like dry grilled bread. Don't they teach anyone how to cook anymore or do they just not care? Still out of a lot of things, so why don't they stock better? The manager at this location needs a ton of training. After the horrible experience we had over at the other Denny's Nugget Avenue location; we decided to come try you before heading home....so glad we did! We were greeted and seated almost immediately after walking in. Within a minute of being seated, our server Yolanda took our drink orders and was quick to bring them back and then took our food orders after giving us our drinks. To our amazement, our food was brought out to us hot and fresh within 15 mins after she took our order. She checked up on us but not too many times to the point of being annoying like other restaurants tend to and made sure our drinks were always full. never get right my order, the restrooms are always dirty even poop in the bathrooms floor and makes wait a lot of time for my food

I came in between 12:00 - 12:10, was sat at a two seating table which is fine, as there was only two of us. Our waiter Crystal, got our drink order, and brought it to the table. She checked on us to see if we were ready, but we were not, she came back took our food order, and within 5 minutes had it at the table. My boyfriend ordered a skillet of the spicy chorizo, the skillet wasn't even hot, and he took a bite of it and said it tasted horrible, and instantly spit it out. I ordered the country fried streak and eggs, the eggs were cold and hard to even puncture. We will not be coming back to this location again. Though it says "one star" if I could give no stars. There is never really a good story of why anyone would be sitting in a Denny's at 2 am. It involved a long, complicated story with missed flights, a blizzard and severe hunger pangs. I chose a basic burger with fries and coffee to keep me from sliding down onto the floor. Food was decent, nothing unusual there, but service overall was slow. I had to ask for water. I ordered the super slam to go, I asked for my hash browns to be a little crispier. When I got home I couldn't even eat the hash browns because they had put them in the fryer. They were crispy critters. Not good . I don't know what they were thinking. I was very disappointed and will probably not go back to that location for any to go orders. I don't usually rate chains so highly. But we had such a great experience here, passing through Reno. Our server, Luzelena, was delightful and efficient. She suggested avocado for my senior veggie omelette. We never get that in PA!! Husband also ordered off the senior menu, the senior French toast slam, which he enjoyed. If I were the li the reviews before I came there with not went there, but yo-yo your customer service was awesome managers and corporation. You need to check out your employees. The dress codes are very tacky. One of the ladies up at the counter look very like sexual boobs all out stomach all shine. What is this? Is this a restaurant And they wipe the tables down and it was soaking wet and then they're like Russian seem like a flirt with their friends come in they were very flirtatious and everything else yo-yos the older lady. She was doing the run in a tablespoon as much as she can make sure everybody was satisfied your younger crew it's like it's a club tech out. I don't know I'm not a racist cause my husband is Latino itself, but the very ladies are really flirtatious with the men and stuff. It's not something clean, very dirty and utensils, flies and just nasty. Went there to have dinner and had seen the menu and wanted post roast with mashed potatoes and corn . Well when i got my plate it looked like someone had already. Eaten from it the corn was old looking and very very very little pot roast and mashed potatoes were like if they were taken from another plate . I was anti-Denny's for years cause I think their food is nasty. Today that changed! I love how a restaurant follows trend, healthy and fit eating. They have a few dishes that are lean and healthy. I had an egg white omelette with mushrooms, tomatoes, and spinach, the veggies were cooked to perfection. It also came with a side of fruits and turkey bacon. Even hubby was surprised I finished it. I'm really an iHop guy, but my wife is a southern girl at heart and loves her eggs and grits. We found 2 places that does them right: BJs BBQ in Sparks, and this place. I ordered the 55+ starter with egg, sausage, sourdough toast and red potatoes for a cheap $5.49. You can buy 2 big buttermilk pancakes here for $2...that will fill you up too. Orders came out quick, we were checked on several times and we ate every bite. They don't have flavored creamers like iHop but I made my own with a touch of maple syrup. The placemats advertise the new pancake recipe with fresh buttermilk, real eggs flour and hint of vanilla...they are noticeably better, though a bit tougher and not as fluffy as iHop. Very friendly Hispanic crew, starting with the manager (?) who we heard giving a warm greeting to everyone. Wifi is free and fast. Restrooms and everything else spotless clean. Nice touch: a lowered shelf, like a desk, for the handicapped to join folks at the counter. And the TVs in the corners all have close-caption on so you can read the news while you eat. Almost 1 star down for my just slightly warm/almost cool sausage link, but for the incredible crew and value...I just can't ding them!! read more

Ate here the day after Thanksgiving. Just wanted something easy and close. I ordered a burger and fries. My son order the cheesy totts and the peppercorn sirloin. My burger was fine. I wasn't expecting much just something better than a fast food restaurant. It was. Only odd thing is bun was toasted but cold. Other than that it was fine. The cheesy totts were ok, but not great. My son's sirloin was awful. It was a bad cut to begin with. I will add it was cooked correctly though. Told the waiter, he told the manager, and it was removed from the bill. They even offered to make a new one. So the service was great. Even without fixing the bad steak. Because they fixed it without issue, I'd give service 4 stars. Service was excellent by Ivone and other staff. The food came out in a timely manner. Only issue i had was that there were 3 of us who ordered different items. I ordered the $4 breakfast meal while another ordered a different very similar meal but nearly $8 more because he wanted hash browns and toast instead of pancakes. Their prices needs to be looked over a bit. My daughter had a meal just like my $4 but it had cranberry/orange sauce on top of the pancakes as it was one of the breakfast being advertised but again nearly $7 more than my $4 just because of the sauce. This place does NOT work with its customers. I wanted a chicken strip meal, which I thought comes with fries already , but was charged extra for the fries when I thought it was a meal. The iced tea tasted as if hadn't been made fresh like usually. Very old. We had a monthly 20% off coupon we use every month, and they denied us to use that as well. Where do I start? To say this place is FILTHY is saying the least. My husband and I were ushered to a table and I objected to that particular table because it had stuck on food. I asked for another table and it had a stuck on patch of ketchup. We ended up at the third table that appeared clean until I noticed a bunch of crumbs behind the condiment holder and salt/pepper shakers. The waitress was extra nice because she was highly embarrassed. I was appalled. The food was apparently good because my husband loves Denny's overall. My coffee was ok. I prayed I didn't have to use the restroom because God only knows what that looked liked. Also please pick up the small specs of trash in the fake grass outside.
