Used to frequent this location with my family as a child and just recently came here with a friend for a late breakfast. Came in and wished not even ten minutes and was seated and greeted by Connie. We had our drinks and food ordered within 5 minutes and our food came out in less than 10 minutes! This place was busy as there wasn't a seat in the dining area but their staff kept doing what they do, provide quick hot and freshly made food with a smile. My friend enjoyed his country fried steak and eggs. I enjoyed my lumberjack breakfast! Our drinks were topped off without asking and we were checked constantly. Not sure why I haven't been here in a while but I will definitely come back again. Thanks for keeping me and my friend full without breaking the bank. Ah, Denny's - that reliable diner standby that's open 24 hours, no matter the occasion. My mom and I had come here this past Mother's Day after going to the movies due to her wanting some coffee and dessert at a place that offered table service. With me being the good, dutiful son that I am, I obliged... even though I hadn't been to a Denny's location in years. My mom got a slice of apple pie a la mode, and I went with a half order of Zesty Nachos (topped with sour cream, pepper jack queso, ground beef, pico de gallo, and cheddar cheese). While my mom liked her pie and caramel coffee, the amount of toppings on the nachos made them soggy to the point where I couldn't finish them. But the reason this Denny's gets a 4-star despite my soggy nachos and the lack of wi-fi (we actually saw a group of three leave because there was no wi-fi or outlets available) was because of our server Leigh. She sat down with us and before long we were sharing stories of customer service and her experiences at this Denny's and the other locations she works at (she's a head server - her expertise shows). The story she told about how one of her servers had seated an off-duty cop and his date next to a bunch of stoners on purpose totally had me laughing! (And no, he didn't bust the stoners.) Comfy seats, decent food, and one heck of a great server - yep, I'll be coming here if I'm in the mood for a Moons over My Hammy! Came here Saturday morning for the first time and it was amazing. Usually Denny's is just OK however this location was fire. The food came out and it was super hot and just what we ordered. We didn't have to wait too long and our server was very attentive. The food was really good and had a great price. I would definitely come back to this location. I placed an order only said ready for pick up at 12. we got there at 11:50 and told a women at front that we were picking up and told her the name it was under. she walked away and i assumed she was going to get our order but we waited for 30 minutes and nothing. finally when we got up to ask again the guy goes to the back and gives us our order. Obviously the communication lacks at this place, it makes me assume that they don't make their online orders until we arrive to pick up and make us wait while they make the order. then again why wouldn't you give it to us knowing we are here. this has happened multiple times experiencing placing online orders. the whole point of placing an online order is to pick up and leave quickly. please fix this problem. read more

After spending the day at the county fair, I was tired of all of the expensive, fried hell that was being served up there and craved something a bit more affordable, but without being too healthy. I had originally planned to grab a torpasta at Devine Pastabilities but they weren't open on Sundays so I had to rack my brain to come up with something. Well, Denny's special $3.99 Grand Slam popped into my mind and the comfort of the inexpensive and greasy fare was committed to my mind. My friend and I split the Grand Slam special and a Grand Slamwich, which is basically the original Grand Slam sandwiched between two slices of potato bread. What makes the sandwich really special is their maple spread that makes the greasy meal taste like one of McDonald's McGriddles. In fact, that's actually what it is, which is why it's so great. The Grand Slam was good too and was a great bargain at their special price. Even at full price, I think they're great values, and I always seem to have trouble finishing everything up. While some might shun the savory stuff that Denny's serves, I've always been a fan of this place, especially in the middle of the night. Their staples might all be a remix of each other, it's everything you could possibly want in the middle of the night. For me, there aren't many places to go out of the way for very early in the morning or late at night. Fortunately, you never have to go far to find a Denny's since there's always one nearby! Dont take EBT , can't substitute any thing, wich would suck for a person who doesn't eat meat , so if u wanted to substitute your sausage or bacon for a hash brown , you can't, you have to pay an additional 4$ for a freaking hash brown instead of substituting. Oh my goodness.... what has happened to this franchise? The food is terrible in late evening. Not mentioning the service is extreme low standard. I ordered the "chicken Fried Steak" and it looked so nasty as if it was frozen and they defrosted it in the microwave. The fries were also so soggy. Overall, not good food at all and the service... well, let's just say most of the employees that work there don't want to be there. I came in today on a Tuesday evening with my sister and walked in realizing that it was Kids Eat Free that night. It wasn't too busy or empty and gave a nice atmosphere. I wish I kept my receipt to remember our waiter's name, I believe his name was Patrick. He told us he just got off the clock but was very welcoming and caring as a waiter. He explained us how the deal works and was understanding. There was no pressure to order or eat quick and it helped me enjoy my meal. I ordered a 12oz medium rare sirloin steak with cream corn and fries. I was feeling a meat kind of night. They made the steak a little more rarer than I expected, yet my meat cravings where satisfied nonetheless. My sister also enjoyed the kid's meal, especially the ice cream, which offered more than what we expected. This particular location always does a good job. I came here after working the night shift with my buddy and the food was good. I had the crepes and my buddy jad the pancakes. I frequent this McD's because it's near my house and I have a weakness for McD's fries and chicken nuggets. But 3 out of the last four times I've been there, they have not given me any chicken nugget sauce (and eating plain McD's chicken nuggets SUCKS). Today, I SPECIFICALLY asked the girl at the drive through window when she handed me my bag if the hot mustard sauce was in there (becuz I was tired of not getting my sauce, and All I can do is ask to make sure it's in the bag). She said yes, it definitely was, and I'm not the type of guy to hold up the drive thru line while I check my bag, so I won't on my merry way. Lo and behold, I get home and there is no sauce. AGAIN. Came here for an early dinner. Seems like my husband likes coming here. LOL! There were parking spots specifically assigned to Denny's as we pulled up to park. When we walked in, it took a few minutes for someone to seat us. The waiter was nice. He sat us down to a booth in a corner. He gives us menus and takes our drink order. I always get an iced tea. There was a lemon wedge dropped in my tea. I immediately take it out. I actually squeeze the lemon juice in my tea. I decide to order a full plate of nachos. I should have ordered half. When it came, it was a huge order of nachos. Wow! The meat had a little spicy kick to it but it tasted great with the cheese, sour cream and chopped green onions on top. I could not finish it so I ended up boxing it up. It tasted great! Service was a little slow as they were not too busy. The waiter was good about refilling our drinks. A waitress came by with a pitcher of iced tea and refilled mine and the girl who sat at the booth behind us. Husband asked for a cup of soup but it never came. I guess the waiter forgot but he did give take home cups for my daughter's apple juice and my husband's soda. Very nice. Seems like all the Denny's we go to aren't busy and seem slow. Staying across the parking lot at the Holiday Inn Express this was the easiest to access. Connie was amazing. Great energy and a smile that even a Covid mask can't hide. Late lunch after a long drive this was fast and enjoyable. I haven't been in a Denny's in probably 10 years. This location is worth it. Went back for breakfast the next morning. Worst customer service hands down period. I went in about 3 months around 7:30am, was only in the area for a few minutes so had to order To Go. I'm a really simple person and order really simple as well. I order a of mozzarella cheese sticks as well as a cheeseburger plain with only cheese, simple enough. Well needless to say it took quiet a while to get my order, but that was not my issue. When I arrived at my job site I found a "cheeseburger" that looked like something you would find in a natural history museum. I wish I could have gone to talk to a manager but I was already across town. I contacted corporate and they followed up with a "we'll look into it" and "please send us photos". I did, got a "we're looking into it" email. And have never heard from them since. So I'll post some photos and maybe this freezer burned burger that looks worst than most fast food restaurants... read more
