I typically always order as takeout from this location but whenever I do I am always given a reasonable wait time to pick my food up. The times that I do dine in, I always have a good experience. The service was decent, considering I got there at like 2 or 3 am after a music festival. The waitress was attentive and made sure our table was ok with refills. The sizzling plate I heard wasn't that great according to the hubby.... But I enjoyed my Banana and Salted Caramel Pancake breakfast. I appreciated that they are open 24/7 amidst COVID times... The customer service at this location is amazing. From the wait staff, server, to the bus guy. Brenda was our service for myself, husband, and 3 kids and she had the best service! My wife and I arrived to Denny's at around 12am in the morning after a long hard day of moving. The worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Came home late from a music festival and was looking for food because everyone was hungry. Got in as one of the only tables, besides one other one that was already eating their food. Ordered quickly, and one of the people in our group asked for extra cheese in their omelette. Ended up with no cheese and more mushrooms than eggs. Hashbrowns were clumpy and tasteless. Only good thing was the pancakes, which were good because of the syrup. For me, I got a BBQ Bacon Chicken Sandwich. Chicken was dry and resembled a precooked chicken patty you microwave from the grocery store. Seasoned fries were a lie, paid an extra dollar for those btw. Not seasoned one bit. Toast was fine but let's be completely real. Toast? Toast and syrup being your only good points is appalling. Not to mention it took 45 minutes to get something other than water. Gave our appetizer to another table that arrived 15 minutes after we ordered. When it comes to diners and restaurants, service could be a hit or miss. Fortunately, my experience at this Denny's has been great. I came here with family on a weekday during lunch time. A lot of people were there, and there was a line. My family and I waited for about 10 mins until we were seated. Our hostess, Leonora, was super courteous and sweet. Some of my family members were impatient and needy, but she took her time and accommodated to us well. Our food came promptly-- about 10-15 mins afterwards. Food was cooked to the T, or I should say to the D.. for Denny's. Taste was great. Appearance was great. Overall, good experience, ideal if you may call it. I recommend if you do need service, to keep an eye out and immediately call for the waiter/waitress. Inattention is definitely frustrating, but don't let them keep you hanging. My boyfriend and I are regulars at this Denny's, but Not after today's incident. We found a pubic hair melted onto my boyfriends cheeseburger !Unfortunately he had already ate most of the burger. I immediately got up and went to speak with the Manager on duty, and her response was " Would you like another burger?" WTF! There was no apology, if anything she seemed upset that we pointed out the fact we found a pubic hair on our food! We said no, we don't want another burger. I was driving by and decided to stop for a quick meal. I was greeted with a rude "I'll be with you" by this older lady at the cash register. I waited for about 12 mins and was never attended to until I spoke up after a couple walked in and were given a seat right away. I inform the gentleman that I have been waiting to be seated for a while. He told me that I can chose wherever I wanted to sit. That rude lady could have said that but chose to ignore me. I have to admit that I was impressed how that gentleman went above and beyond to make up for the lady that ignored me with a lack of customer service.
