The food was fine, we had traditional breakfast choices, eggs, bacon/sausage, etc. We've had less than stellar experiences at some Denny's, so we appreciate each one has its own management/staff, and this staff was great and the busy restaurant seemed well-run and clean. read more

Fist time coming to this location. Never again waited for my food for more then 45 minutes. They only had 1 waiter and he kept running all over the place. The manager on duty and especially Jasmine (sorry if I spelled your name wrong lol) havd such a wonderful service. She was very attentive and sooo patient with us with ordering. She checked up on us even though they were busy made sure we didn't need anything else and refilled our coffee without having to ask. She was the best!! The last Denny's we went too at another location was not the best and server was not happy to be there and you can tell. Location restroom was clean and orderly. The food was also good! HORRIBLE waitress named NORMA. She messed up the order and proceeded to blame us for the mistake instead of just fixing it. Then when the check came she messed up on it too. When I was going to pay I simply told her to fix the mistake again another unnecessary comment "well it's only a 50 cent difference but I'll change it." My sister told her to stop being rude and she started arguing with us. The only good thing about this place is the manager. He was apologetic, something Norma failed to do both times she messed up. When I'm craving pancakes in the middle of the night and I'm too lazy to whip some up myself. I go to Denny's. They serve the usual breakfast fare all day. Somehow I like their pancakes better than the other breakfast giant. Service can be improved on as much as they can. We were left waiting for someone to refill our drink glasses. I had to ask for water twice. We were supposed to have dessert but the slack in their "service" made me want to leave ASAP. Ambiance? Definitely needs to be updated. Parking lot is kinda dark in some places, hopefully they will add more lighting so it won't be a source of apprehension for women who dine alone at night. read more

Her customer service skills are superb and will be an instant pick-me-up, I felt like I was in a Southern restaurant with her slight accent and Southern hospitality. She mentioned all the deals on the value menu (2,4,6,8) and got our drink orders at ninja speed. When she came out with our food, she brought extra sauces without us having to ask. The hash browns were not slathered in grease BUT still remained perfectly crispy and flavorful. She even gave a bigger scoop of ice cream for my pancake puppies than I usually get at other Denny's! Sandie will address you very dearly and will check up on you VERY frequently. I have been coming to this Denny's since I was small. I love this Dennys and each time I come to this location. The servers are always happy to see customers and are really friendly. I especially came here on my birthday and wanted to see if I could get a free meal which was a GrandSlam. And it was true. The server was really nice to me and had given me a GrandSlam within a few minutes which was pretty fast. Pancakes were great (IHOP and Dennys have always the best pancakes), scrambled eggs were perfect and not over cooked, and same goes for the sausage links and bacon. I enjoyed my first meal of the day and was full already. The server also took my Drivers License and took it somewhere in the back while I was enjoying my free meal. Then she came back and gave me my license back and told me that I was free to go when I was done. (Dennys or IHOP usually gives you a receipt to pay while you're eating and I didn't, which was great) I gave the server a tip, then I proceeded my way to other places to get free food. :) I love this Dennys and would recommend it to anyone. read more

Came here because I was craving greasy breakfast food. I ordered the sausage slam, and dug right into my pancakes. As I went to eat the second one, I flipped it over because the bottom of it had gotten soggy. And boy, am I glad I did. There was a long female hair (longer than mine) twirled and intertwined throughout the bottom of the pancake. Yes, it'd somehow been cooked into the underside of the pancake. Now I normally don't mind a little piece of hair that may have fallen on my food because hey it happens. But COOKED INTO my food? No thanks. I completely lost my appetite. The waitress replaced the pancakes and that was it. I didn't end up eating the rest of the meal. As for comments about employees looking miserable, I didn't experience that. The food I must say was not so bad. The portions were small. The prices too high for what we ordered. The waitress was friendly, but sneaky. Our orders were not extravagant. So, we place our order. However, before the waitress finished taking out orders she asked if we wanted "Pico De Gallo or A Jalapeno." She never once told us it would be $1.29 charge for each jalapeno. She simply asked if we would like some. We assumed they were part of the meal. She was Sneaky at best! The menu is written in such a way and along with pictures that if you do not read the very small print you will have to pay extra for fruit etc. This is deceptive advertisement. I brought these issues with the manager and she gave us a certain portion of our money. The waitress had agreed that she did exactly what I said She didn't do. She said this to the manager. Make sure you check you bill. And there is one more thing. The waitress added an extra water to our bill. She wrote down 3. There was only two in our party. Busy as usual for close to late night, went here with a friend for desserts and drinks and conversations. We were seated right away and we had someone else come by asking us for drinks. When our drinks arrived, we then had someone else take our orders. A strawberry sundae since their strawberry pie or other things weren't available. My friend had the apple pie ice cream thing. Sunday morning so expected a little wait. Get there and put name down for party of two, was told 15 minute wait. Boyfriend and I both thought we heard our name (only name, not "___ party of two" like everyone else) but immediately after host Nina said it, she then started telling the other employee that if a different party wanted another waiter they would have to wait to sit on the other side. We were in the mood for some pancakes. our waitress was pretty nice. We were seated almost right away because there was only about 4 other tables there.
