We were in the area and found DeVivo bros on Yelp! We were looking for a casual breakfast place. The staff at DeVivo were so kind! We ordered at the counter, and they gave us a number plate. Once you order, you can sit wherever you like (making sure your number plate is visible). The food here was fantastic. Everything is made to order and tasted fresh. My fiancé ordered the blueberry pancakes (not pictured) and thought they were delicious! They used real blueberries inside the pancake batter. Although it was a counter order restaurant, there were staff coming around to make sure you had everything you needed! Highly recommend! read more

The egg sandwich came with a generous amount of fluffed eggs along with a few slices of bacon, tomatoes, and cheese. The amount of potatoes that came with this dish were massive! And every potato wedge was as crunchy as the next. I can audibly hear the crunch as I type out this post. So delicious! What's there not to love about DeVivo! BYOB, great food, and there's usually live music!! Bruschetta is delicious but definitely unique in the sense that they use cherry tomatoes instead of chopped tomatoes. It makes it a little hard to stay on the bread slivers but so so good!! My friend got the chicken parm and the chicken slices were so huge! It was very good though and perfectly cooked. I got the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and consumed it all before getting a picture of it! The sauce is addicting and super good! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. read more

Went to order a lunch asking if the Herb Roasted Salmon was throughly cooked and was assured. When the food arrived the plate was watery from the steamed broccoli. Mashed potatoes mingled with water. Not really that bad; however, the salmon not fully cooked. I flagged a server, she said it was cooked. I disagreed. She offered to take it back to recook further. I am sorry. You don't cook it right the first time ..... I cannot expect it to be any better this time taking it from me. I go to get a box to take the salmon home to further cook it. They offer me a pizza box to put it in. ????? The manager stops me to ask questions about the service Just long enough to hold me from returning to my table whereas the busboy dumps my uneaten food. $36 with a 20% tip for soggy mashed potatoes and wet broccoli - no entree. Two sips from a $4 fountain drink. Yes I get irritated raising my voice seeing food I am trying to take home dumped in the garbage - no cursing just loud enough stopping everyone else from eating. The manager follows pushing me out the door with the Leave, Leave, Leave, Leave stepping into me routine. No I am not going to touch him and get arrested for assault. Horrible experience getting more distasteful by the second. No refund offered by DeVivo just the bums rush out the door. My take away from this experience - Absolutely no tips until I see service. Show me respectful service, you will get compensation. Looking back on this, the manager had previous experience at this removal maneuver. Why could that be? read more

Great food, great service, and overall a great place to get Italian food. I've been here a few times for breakfast and dinner. The portions are plenty and the food is delicious. You order at the front of the restaurant and then go sit down. They will bring your order to you. It gets busy here around dinner time and on Saturdays for brunch. Went here with a Work colleague last week, I am from Seattle was travelling through. He mentioned this is a spot that him and wife love to eat, so we went there for lunch. We both got the burger, and hands down it was the best burger I have ever had. Now I have a high bar of things ai really rave about but, the burger was outstanding, and it goes beyond that, the process of ordering food to the ambience, all the staff (including the manager) where on point every step of the way. DeVivo's is my go to spot for lunch but now that they've expanded & upgraded their ambiance I need to branch out to breakfast & dinner. Their spot is beautiful now & the food is always fantastic. I keep wanting to try other foods but I can't get past ordering the half & half lunch where I get the kale salad & the Ruben sandwich. This place is so unique... we like the variety of food. The Reuben and fries with homemade ranch are amazing, and their red wine vinaigrette is awesome! I like the shrimp pasta... very rich. However, I am a bit disappointed in their marinara sauce as it lacks any flavor and needs some garlic. (Italian. Guilty as charged). I prefer Pecorino Romano instead of Parmesan as well. The spicy crispy chicken sandwich was cooked perfect, but too spicy for me and I didn't like the sweetness in it. Next time I'll try the bolognese. The bread is soooo good, too. Cakes are to die for. What has been an issue lately here are the young servers. When I asked for a house salad with my chicken parm (I prefer angel hair pasta, but it wasn't an option) she didn't ask if I wanted a side salad and they brought out the big one! Ummm no. They're very friendly, but they always bring out one plate at a time. So we're waiting on my husband's food to come out while mine gets cold. The side salad should come out first, too. The server needs to communicate with the chef or they should have proper expediting. The servers are all usually huddled together by the cake, too... We have eaten at Devivo brothers so many times over the years and I think I might have reviewed it before but tonight the shrimp pasta was absolutely delicious! So creamy and seasoned so well. If you didn't know it's BYOB so I grabbed a bottle of wine when my husband suggested we eat there Friday night and we sat in the patio and enjoyed a nice evening with local artists singing inside (we could hear it outside with speakers too). My husband got the hamburger and he said it was great too. Our usual is the steak Diane or maybe meatloaf. So glad I tried something different. This morning I ate the coffee cake I bought last night. The only negative I would say is that I wish they would serve a piece of toasted bread of some kind with the pasta so I could have sopped up the pasta sauce out of the bowl!!! My friend and I came here for dinner and were pleasantly surprised they had live entertainment. The singer sang, played the guitar and harmonica which added to the serene environment. I had the Nashville hot chicken with a side of sweet potato fries, made an Arnold Palmer and for dessert banana pudding. The prices are affordable and the portions are plentiful. The Nashville hot chicken was partly seasoned with parts of the chicken lacking flavor in other areas. The sweet potato fries were delicious, especially with ranch. The banana pudding was delicious, one of the best I've had, so creamy, not overly sweet and thick. My friend enjoyed her meal as well and we look forward to returning.
