The food was great. There was a wait time, but it was lunch time. Anyways, the ribs were tender as they should be and it was satisfying; however, our first time there, they got our order wrong and failed to tell us we had to grab our own BBQ thus my ribs were BBQ-less. The dry rub was good but I woulda liked some zesty BBQ. I heard after the trip they give you free soft ice-cream, but they failed to tell us this too. Our first time here didn't live up to the hype. We came here expecting some amazing BBQ and hardly got that. They were sold out of ribs, chicken, some other meat ( don't remember which else). One of our sides was wrong and our food was cold , you could taste the grease In the jalapeño cheddar sausage. We didn't even bother eating it . The meat was chewy (we got the edges of the brisket served to us). The only good thing there was the free ice cream. The employees were eating in the kitchen right where customers food is prepared. Decided to finally check this place out now that they have an "A" grading. Went during the day and it was pretty empty. Was greeted by the staff upon arrival. I decided to order a two meat plate. Smoked sausage and the pulled pork. My two sides, Waffle fries & Mac N Cheese. The food was made to order and the waffle fries were fresh out the fryer. With that said the food was really good, especially the BBQ. I must say, I can do without the biscuit. It was way too buttery. I was very satisfied with the food and service. Please keep in mind that I went during the day when it was empty. The reason I am giving this place 5 stars and not 4 is because it's a little on the pricey side. The price is decent if you're sharing with someone otherwise it can get a bit expensive....like most BBQ places. I ordered the giant potato with everything and shredded pork....$10 The baked potato WAS giant and I could only eat half. The potato wasn't seasoned and you would think it wouldn't need to be with all the stuff on it but it did need it. It would've been a bit less bland if before throwing everything inside the potato they sprinkled a little special seasoning or something on it. The pork was subpar. Not as juicy or flavorful as it looked. The BBQ sauce that I added from the condiment table is what helped save my lunch, but even that wasn't very special or mind blowing. I would think this large chain would have something special going on with their sauce or seasonings, but no. The meat was good. Not a fan of seeing it come out of the warmer wrapped in plastic, a bit off putting though they say they smoke on site, I wonder when it was smoked. Macaroni and cheese tastes like it came from a box, the green beans taste canned and overcooked, the potato casserole is glorified mashed potatoes and just ok. I had to ask them to empty the trash, and it took a full 7 minutes to figure out who was going to open the beer case and get a beer. Also asked for no extra sauce on ribs and had to stop them before they overloaded it. Lots of help, but young and inexperienced. Didn't seem to be an adult calling the shots. read more

Everyone raves about their mac and cheese, but honestly el pollo loco's (in the same lot) is just as good. Best thing, hands down is the price (you thought I was gonna say the free ice cream at the end didn't you). It's not CHEAP, but it's more than fairly priced. The daily specials are the way to go! $10 for food, drink, two sides, and ice cream? Not bad for good bbq! Oh, and they'll let you sample the different meat options. My first time here. Very good! My fiance and i shared the westerner with a side of bbq beans and baked patoto casserole. So good!!! The bits of bacon inside the mashed potatoes made my tastebud jump for joy! We had a mixyure of brisket and pulled pork on the sandwich. Next time I'd do double brisket and skip the onion. The customer service is right up there with the food. Everyone is super sweet and helpful. All in all, great experience! Oh and you get a free ice cream cone. read more

I had the rib plate it came with a bread roll and 2 sides, I got bbq beans and green bean. The ribs were bbqtastic! The beans were bomb but the green beans were not a favorite, they tasted pickled. Everything was well portioned, I shared the combo. I bought a corn bread muffin for 70c and it was delish! I was very excited to see that they had a free self-serve soft serve Ice cream machine and then quickly saddened when I saw a sign that said out of order. Overall the staff was great and helpful. This place is poppin. Their customer service is great. I wanted to order a Mac stack with chicken instead of brisket and they were totally fine with it. I even asked for some Buffalo on top and they did. The chicken was juicy and and Mac was creamy. read more

So far do good. I've only had the pulled pork sandwich and some chicken, both of these items are delicious. One thing I like is that you can add as much or as little now sauce as you like. The also are very generous with their portions. Service is also great. read more

We used to come here every Sunday. After a few months came back and wow the place has really gone downhill. They were out of chicken and turkey. The ribs were crazy dry, the brisket was well on its way to be beef jerky and the pulled pork was also dry. So disappointed to see how far downhill this has gone and you can see the changes just walking in. There is definitely no quality control and the place seemed poorly managed. Great service, place and food. I am a big fan of the Dickey's BBQ chain. I took two friends for the first time here and they loved it. One ordered a beef brisket plate like I did and the other ordered a mashed potatoes plate with some pulled pork. What dropped a star is cause, the beans I got were clumped up and they was too much fat on my brisket. I don't mind a little, but it was a lot where I had to spit it out.
