We put in an order for Thanksgiving 2025. We ordered 4 slabs of ribs and 4 lbs of brisket. The ribs were okay, but the brisket was BURNED and DRY. Some people tried eating as they said they didn't want to offend us, but I said, "we're not offended, we didn't make it!" They laughed, said thank you and threwin the trash from their plate. Today Dickeys came to my workplace to provide lunch. This is the 2nd time I patronized them ( not sure which location it actually was but this one is closest). They NEVER have what you want. Today, they don't have chips. The potatoes are pre-pepped so they don't have any extra butter to serve or sell. She tried to charge me full price knowing we get $5 off. I would have preferred to go to McDonald's for fries to eat with my lunch. It's unfortunate that the owner or operations team is NOT customer driven or they would REPAIR their broken system. I've tried this location multiple times, and overall, their brisket is delicious--juicy and flavorful most of the time, though it was a bit dry on a couple of occasions. They do have some inconsistency with the smoked turkey, which isn't ideal when it's listed on the menu but not always available. Portion sizes are generous--easily enough for two or even three people. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, and the restroom was clean and well-maintained. That said, it could benefit from some modern upgrades like touchless faucets and soap dispensers. Parking is plentiful, which is a big plus. read more

Like always I was greeted upon entering, I was here last week for my usual lunching but they did not have ribs at the time because someone came in and bought a few racks so I substituted ribs with another meat.
