This is our second time trying Dilly D & we very much enjoyed our sandwich, cheeseburger, & chicken nuggets. However, we ordered curly fries & zucchini sticks with this order. I was very disappointed with the zucchini sticks. Very little zucchini & lots of breading. Not worth it. Also, not pictured were the curly fries that were unseasoned & seemed a bit stale. If we go back will definitely order sandwiches & burgers but will pass on the sides. read more

Such a great addition to the Promenade! We stopped by on a Saturday evening with the family for wings, burgers, and shakes, and everything was absolutely delicious. The staffs were so nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We'll definitely be back again and again. We checked out Dilly D at PV promenade, and I was definitely impressed. We tried a bunch of stuff kinda based on what we saw others eating when we got there. We got: Double Smash Burger, Bacon Avocado Burger, Nashville Fries, Wings and chili cheese fries. The double smash burger was definitely my favorite. Just very nicely done with great texture and flavor. The nashville fries with the cheese sauce for dipping was also really good. Wifey loved the avocado burger, and it had a good amount of veggies to balance things out. My daughter loved the chili cheese fries and she paired it with here strawberry shake. The wings also should be mentioned, they were great. Had a really good kick, maybe too spicy for some, but it was just right for me. I also got a Ice Matcha Cream top at the end to cap things off and wash it all down. Overall, really solid spot. We'll definitely be coming back. read more

Yay for a new local spot in PV! We stopped in for the first time today and really enjoyed it. Our table ordered a fried chicken salad (well-portioned and satisfying), a turkey burger that looked fantastic, and a classic cheeseburger (not the smash version--though they do offer one). The cheeseburger was excellent: really flavorful meat and a bun with a nice light crunch that held everything together well. Service was a little on the slow side, but nothing unreasonable--and it seems like they're still getting their rhythm since they're newly open. The staff was friendly, the space was clean, and the overall experience was very positive. Always excited to support a new neighborhood spot, and we'll definitely be back to try more of the menu! Yum! Great burger place and their prices are very reasonable. Their burgers are about $9 and are delicious! They have a good selection from wraps, wings to burgers with fries. Friendly service - place your order at the front and they hand you a buzzer for when your food is ready. Free refills on drinks when you go to the counter. Kid meals seemed a great deal at $9 inc a side and drink. Inside had about 8 tables but you can utilize the outside seating too. Clean, modern decor. read more

A little pricey for what you get, but maybe par for the course in today's economy. Food is good for fast food. The only problem I have is service. I've been several times already as I'm at this mall 2-3x per week. It can take quite a while to get food, especially if even a little busy. Took more than 20 minutes on one occasion. The tables are often dirty. I'll give it another month or so to get into their groove and improve the service standard. They really seem to be doing great business, which is refreshing to see at this mall. read more

Went here on a Sat night Although it was quite crowded, the wait wasn't too long. The food was quite good. I would definitely go here again. I had a wagyu smashburger. It was a little salty but it was still very good. I've been back several times to try the salad. By far, the salad with the pesto mayo is my favorite here. read more

We got a cheeseburger, a turkey burger, curly fries and onion rings for $30. I would skip the onion rings next time. The burgers were good but on the smaller side. We liked the brioche buns. Decided to try Dilly D after getting a recommendation for the smash burger. Food was decent, customer service...not so much. Walked up to the register to order but there was no one there. Several employees walking around but none at the register. Finally someone comes to take my order, not very welcoming and it felt like he'd rather be anywhere but there. I ordered the smash burger, made it a combo (fries and a drink), paid then waited a bit. I ordered it "to go", my buzzer rang and the bag was ready but no drink. I asked for the drink and was told no drink was ordered. I told the employee that I ordered the combo. He checked again and I guess there was a mistake when they entered the order...the drink was not included. The employee asked if it was a coke I wanted, I said yes, figuring he was going to get it for me, but then he proceeded to ring up a coke at full price. Seriously? The reason I ordered the combo was for the price savings on all three items. I figured since it was their mistake they would just comp me the drink, but no, he wanted me to pay full price. I said forget it and walked out. It would have been a nice gesture to comp me the drink considering it was their mistake -and- the fact that I was clearly agitated...but no, not today. Wow. This place seriously impressed me! The smash burger is hands down one of the best I've had -- perfectly crispy edges, juicy in the middle, and packed with flavor. You can tell it's made fresh. The Wagyu hamburger is next level delicious, super tender and rich without being greasy. The fries and onion rings were both spot on -- hot, crispy, and not overly salty. And the spicy Nashville chicken sandwich? Absolutely incredible. The heat is just right, and the flavor is bold without overpowering everything else. I'll be craving that one again. We also tried the BLT and the turkey club, and both were fresh, stacked generously, and tasted like they were made to order (because they are). Nothing felt pre-made or sitting around. The ice cream shakes were thick, creamy, and honestly perfect. A great way to finish the meal. The place itself is super clean, which I always notice and appreciate. The staff is professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Service was smooth from start to finish. They also offer Saturday and Sunday breakfast, and it's just as tasty as everything else on the menu. Parking is easy -- I usually park in the underground structure -- and it's conveniently located right across from Talbots, so it's simple to find. My family and I have been here twice now since it opened. The restaurant is very clean and has a playful vibe. The service staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The smash burger was delicious. This was my first smash burger experience, and I will definitely get one again. The bun was perfect, the pickles were extra tasty, and the meat was quality. We also had the wings and chicken tenders. The wings had several sauce options but we went with the original which got positive reviews from our family's harshest food critic. The kids chicken tenders were large compared to most places and to me a represent a good value when considering the drink and side in the combo meal. We also had the cream soda which was delightful and not overly sweet. The milkshake my daughter had was also a hit. Stopped by this place after going to the bowling alley next door. Was hungry and this placed looked like it had a lot of options for our family. I got the smash burger and kids got the wings and shakes. If you get wings don't forget to try all of the different dipping sauces. The sweet chili was my favorite! I have tried their smash burger, fries, chicken wings, fried chicken salad. My only complaint with the food was the fries. It was over seasoned and so salty it was not edible. The chicken wings with the Korean dressing were better than I expected. The food took almost 15 mins to get. That's a bit long for a fast food place. We walked to the bowling alley in the plaza and looked around inside. When we got back. We still waited until the pager rang. I would rather wait longer if the food is made properly. Hopefully they can correct the amount of seasonings on the fries and shortens the wait time. I will try this place again and will revise this review accordingly. read more

So happy that Dilly D is finally open! The restaurant is bright, fun, and welcoming. The owners and staff were all super kind and attentive and the food was all delicious! The cheeseburger was great quality and I was so happy that they had fried zucchini! My kids loved their nuggets so much that they went back and got another order. The milkshake was thick and creamy and we also loved their watermelon slushie. I think that Dilly D's is the perfect addition to the mall and will be a big hit with families! I love that there is a new burger place in the PV Promenade! the store is very clean and the staff is very nice. I was there during the week at noon and the place was not very crowded. The smash burger was ok, I wasn't impressed and I think it would have been much better with a different bun. The bun wasn't my favorite, kind of crumbly and bland. Chicken nuggets were ok, I wouldn't order again. They did have the best onion rings though! The onion rings were excellent in my opinion. Went in on a monday night. About 25 minutes for the food but it was quite busy. Food was great. Service still does need some work. Cashier was nice but we had asked for some extra dressing for my wrap multiple times. Not sure if we got charged for it, would've been fine if so, but after getting home. The extra dressing was not in there. I noticed other customers around me, having to send back food because they "clearly didn't ask for cheese on the burger" and there still was.
