The quality and execution were nowhere near the standard we had come to expect from CBI. In fact, the experience was so underwhelming that we ended up leaving hungry and going home to eat. For a venue with such a strong reputation, it was genuinely surprising and disappointing. We're hopeful this was an isolated issue and that management can get things back on track.
