This place is disgusting. Not only did the pedicure suck, but I ended up repainting my toenails because they were horrible. The guy at the front, with the disgusting teeth was standing outside smoking, throwing LIT cigarettes on the ground! Even when I was leaving I smashed his lit cigarette on the ground outside. There were people outside dining and the disrespectful, nail salon employee or maybe he's the owner, did not care how nasty and disgusting he is. There's tons on cigarettes on the ground directly outside of this business. So dirty, the outside, the bathroom and even the salon itself seemed grungy feeling. Good or bad, it depends on the technician you get. I've tried this salon 3 times now. First time, I got cut bleeding. Second time, she did it fast but not thoroughly. Third time, I got "Kelvin" I was impressed how he worked in detail and looked like he liked his job. He took his time and was really fluent and intuitive on what he was doing. I think I may have found my go-to nail salon here in Vegas. First off, the picture of the menu price are still up to date. $10 to remove my previous set of white tips. $25 for acrylic nail and the male nail technician was nice enough to not charge me any additional $$ for a simple gold glitter tip design. (see pic attached.) I did not get his name but the male technician was really welcoming and friendly. We made general talk about Las Vegas since we both are So Cali natives. He was detailed and most importantly, GENTLE with my entire nail process. He made sure all 10 acrylic nails were looking fresh and at the right length. I came in for a fill and had one broken thumb nail. I was charged $55, unpolished. Because I have long nails apparently. And the one repair. Also the first time she replaced my thumb she cut it way too short, and extremely crooked, and wanted to cut all of my other nails to match it. I said it was crooked too. The worst experience. I called ahead of time for a gel pedicure abs to soak off acrylics and get a gel mani. I was seated in the pedi massage chair and waited for 45 minutes almost an hour before someone started on my toes. Finally done with that, they were trying to rush me out until I mentioned I was supposed to get my nails as well. They got me in for my nails, the lady rushed on my color because another nail tech and client were waiting for the same color. I left and was able to finally look at my nails. There is polish all over my skin and areas of missing spots of polish on my toenails. My finger nails, are super sticky and very uneven. I have never been so disappointed and so upset. I always have a hard time time finding a decent nail salon. But I get desperate sometimes so I decided to give this place a try, I did not have an appointment only because with work I never know what days I'll be off. So I went in knowing that I would probably have to wait which I didn't mind since I knew I didn't have an appointment. When I walked in, I noticed three ladies in their chairs and they weren't busy. There weren't any customers either, so after a few stares one lady approached me and asked me to pick out my colors. She started working on my nails, after I told her what I wanted. She ended up filing my nails too much because my fingers were in so much pain afterwards, I couldn't touch anything without it hurting. And she cut me a couple of times which she didn't even apologize for. She messed up on my pinky so she decided to cover it up with "crystals" and not charge me for it. The only reason I didn't want her to do that was because they don't use Swarovski crystals so they look cheap and they fall off. They charged me $45 and I tipped 5$. They seemed ok, but not even a week later one of the nails fell off. Completely off my nail, it wasn't broken or chipped so I decided to super glue it back on, since i definitely wasn't gonna go back and pay to get it fixed after just five days! But then 2 mordays go by an another one fell off!! They honestly didn't even last two weeks.. I do appreciate the fact that they took me without an appointment though! but I definitely won't be returning. read more

I've been coming to this location for pedicures for over 15 years, this is the third owner since I've been coming, I really wanted to post a positive review. The new owner, Annie, seems very nice and she has made some nice improvements asthetically (though i think the lights over the pedi stations are too bright) sadly the service has gone down hill. Half of the massage chairs don't work and those that do are old; this is half of the experience for me. I haven't seen a female technician here (besides Annie, who is so pleasant) in months (maybe they don't work weekends) and the males are not personable, they seem put out to be providing the service and are by no means gentle (he somehow filed the back of my calf raw) . I firmly believe that the leg block should be offered during callous removal so I dont have to hold my leg up, I didnt come for an awkward workout. I am sad to say I will not be returning which is disappointing as this has been my spot for so many years and it is literally less than a mile from my house. read more

He realized what he did and then he put glitter on top to hide it. I told him this is not what I requested but i just paid and left because i was in a rush. This was in Saturday Ocrover 6th. Today is only the 9th and all my nails are seperated from the fake nail he glued on. Now, I have to take these off because I dont want anything in there and start building mold. I turned to yelp to find me a good place nearby, and it led me here. The pictures looked like good nail jobs and they had 4.5/5 stars so I thought.. how bad could it really be? I gave them a call and they were able to take us right away, which was nice considering it was a Saturday afternoon. I got a gel manicure and my friend got the same + a regular pedi. They were welcoming over the phone and when we walked in the salon, offering us the standard water bottle, and took us back right away. My nail tech (I can't remember his name) was very nice and actually talked to me, unlike other places. He made decent conversation and was gentle when working on my hands. He seemed to clean my nails thoroughly, but did not seem very experienced with a drill or applying polish. The shape of my nails are incredibly uneven, my nails are bumpy, and he did not clean the edges AT ALL after applying the polish. It looks like a 5 year old painted my nails. My friend's pedicure came out decent, but same thing happened with her gel mani (with a different tech). I don't think I will return, but kudos on the great customer service! read more

I give my pedicure 5 stars! But my manicure only 3. A lady came in while she was doing my manicure and said she was in a hurry so mine was then very rushed. As you can see by the picture, she didn't even cover each nail with the clear top coat. She even hit one of my nails while she was rushing and just tried to paint over and smudge it smooth again, which didn't exactly work. At the moment, I thought whatever, it's regular polish so I'll have to repaint them in a few days anyway. But every time I look at them, I'm annoyed that I paid anything for this. read more
