My family has ordered pizza from this particular location at least a half dozen times, in the hopes that they would improve their quality control & be sure our order is right before we get it. But at least half of those times our pizza order has been incorrect when we get it. And then we have to wait for them to remake it and either go get the fixed pizza ourselves or have them deliver, which takes even longer. It's just a shame that quality control is so lacking that they can't get a simple pizza order correct. Pretty stereotypical take out pizza place! Always tend to a great deal so definitely a bargain for you buck! A thin crust with garlic parmesan sauce and all of the toppings always hits the spot. So while i wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to stop here, it tends to hit the spot when your in a pinch or it's getting late! read more

The food was so-. We've had no etter. Service The store manager (Kim) was argumentative, kept talking over nme. She finally yelled i dont see the coupon on the order. I told her i dont care what it says on your computer. You charged the correct amount for my order. But you left of 2 items from the coupon. At this point she hung up on me. I did call her back to confirm she had. She admitted she did. At that pount she had lost a good customer for Life. So she hung up on me again. I alternate between this place and the Pizza Hut a few blocks east. Neither restaurant wows me on a consistent basis. The food quality is much better at Pizza Hut, although you never know about the management details. Most of the time, management has some semblance of quality control. Other times, about 30% of the time, you have no idea of what your final order may look like. Even at its' worst, Pizza Hut probably outperforms Domino's at its best. My long standing complaint about Domino's is their scrimpy toppings. Pizza Hut piles on the toppings while Domino's specializes in synchronized measuring. While Doninoe's is majoring in the minors, I am spending money with Pizza Hut. I have openly complained about Doninoe's in the past and have never gotten a response. Guess they figure their TV ads will trick enough peeps so they can continue to sit on their weak laurels. read more

I once ordered a pizza here for delivery and I love very close to this dominoes but they made it and delivered it in 15 minutes after I placed the order. UPDATE ON MANAGER AT DOMINOS. She called and apologized to me for the way she acted. She admitted that what she had told me about using credits for free pizza was wrong. That we never had. She said they had been having trouble with the oven and had turned it down in the recent days. I told her I understood and that I got upset because she caught me off guard about the credits we had never used. So all is good on the pizza side of our day. Thank you for calling and making things right. we just had Pizza delivered from Dominos pizza and our pizza was not cooked all the way, nor was the parm bites. So I called up there to see if something was wrong with the oven. The (so called manager dont know her name she refused to give it to me). She said I have credits up there from other complaints and I asked when?? I have credits from making orders on mobile app, but can not even remember when I called and complained last. She said she would credit the pizza this time but would no longer do so. I said are you saying I am doing this to try and get free pizza when I can not even eat what you sent me? So I drive the pizza back up there and tell her to look at it and see if she would eat it. She refused to look at it, the box was still sitting on counter when I pulled away. I asked her when the last credits were put on our account and she said November and December and another time she deleted. Why I asked would you delete the dates? She said she had to make room for todays complaint. OMG, it does not make sense to me. I said if I was trying to get free pizza why was I not using the credits? She said I had, the only credits I have used is the 60 points I get after ordering online. And today I still had 60 its I could have used but didn't. She told me I needed counseling refused to give me her name. So the moral of this story is The purple haired lady that calls herself a manager at Dominos does not like you to call and complain that you have payed for something you can not eat. read more

Let me just say these guys rock. I walked in after my order being wrong at a very busy time. I realized I called the wrong dominoes to correct the order after I showed up to my original dominos to pick up my pizza. Both locations understood and the dominoes at this location made me a new pizza at this location. I am beyond thankful for them doing this especially during a "social distancing time". I always use the App and website to order and get special coupons, $7.99 for pick-up large pizza for example. The pizza is always hot, fresh, and has always been great. My order is always correct. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with bell peppers. By the time it got to my door 35 min later, it no longer was in a circle (pieces had moved all around the box and some slices were stacked on top of each other) there were no bell peppers to be found, but half the pizza was covered with banana peppers. I have lunch here at least 3 times a week. I am hooked on the Specialty Chicken dishes. It is an easy and tasty way to stay on a low-carb diet. Service is great. The dining room is clean and new. I get pizza from here almost weekly. I've had a great experience 9 out of 10 times and the pizza is always made exact to order and in a timely manner. It's the first dominos I've been to that has a dine in area and is very nice inside. Only downside was that last time I was in I saw one of the guys who was handling the pizza dough run the cash register and didn't wash his hands in between. No worries, you can get busy sometimes and not think about it but hopefully not often! read more
