Best Dominos ever. Ordered at 11:30 on a Friday night and it arrived quickly, and was fresh, hot and delicious.

Sheeeesh.. I came to the location, ordered my pizza . I waited in my car for the 15-20 minutes... when it got to 25mins I came inside. Pizza wasn't ready. it was 930pm. Place didn't appear busy. I inquired on my food and the young blonde thick lady walked away.. .. comes back 7:57 minutes later and says it's coming . Another 10 minutes and one of the cooks bring the pizza, doesn't open the box. I assume my pepperoni pizza is correct... I grab my food, leave .. drive a few blocks and want a bite . I have two cheese pizzas. An hour later I get what I came for . Blah at these kids . I could do without the attitude, because I didn't order incorrectly. read more

Finally a Dominos that has a great seating area. The location is on the line of Newport and Middletown. I frequently online order here.

I order takeout here every few weeks through their app and although my order got confused one time, it resulted in me getting a bigger pizza instead of my small, personal one (no complaints here!) the pizza is always made well and gets delivered in usually a half hours time. read more

Domino's I have to give them credit the new garlic crust is a plus in my book. I've found them to be really good when the change first came out, but I'm finding many locations to slipping into the habits of the old recipe, which I find to be a bit on the greasy side. This would not be my first choice, but they do tend to have great specials. It seems like Domino's sends me text messages at least once a week on them. Note to marketing team, change up your text specials to be a real deal I can't pass up not just the same old stuff. read more

Dominos sucks. Called for food, 2 hours later no food. If you want food don't call them, you won't get food. Not sure they even make food, might be a scammer place, takes orders and doesn't deliver food. Lady on the phone said they would bring food, but am I eating food? I honestly don't enjoy complaining or handing out solitary stars, particularly when it comes to fast food franchises because we all should know to expect there's going to be issues. It's not haute cuisine. I don't think I've ordered Dominos since the Clinton admin but I had a coupon and just wanted a quick pizza for the World Cup. Anyway, who would have thought it would take the regulation time of a soccer match for the pizza to reach me..90 minutes to deliver. AND the order was wrong. Stephen Hawking in a blizzard would have moved faster than this place. How difficult is it to deliver one pizza 3 miles away? I complained to the driver but I also didn't blame him and I still tipped him. He told me this location is staffed by "kids who just stare at their phones". Honest answer, but never calling them again. To be fair the manager did call me to make things right but it's really not that important. But 90 minutes is a record wait for a pizza not coming from Brooklyn. read more

We picked up our order here one night after feeling too tired to cook. I was so excited to get home and eat because I was starving. We ordered two regular pizzas and one with gluten free crust because my daughter has a wheat allergy. We made it all the way back to the hotel on base just to realize the pizza we were given for her was not gluten free. I had to taste just to make sure before she took a bite. I never want her to end up sick or dead because of a mistake I overlooked. As a parent I was quite frustrated at first because she was really hungry and couldn't have any of the other pizza. I called the store and they immediately fixed the issue, free of charge. We waited maybe 20 minutes on the gluten free to arrive and all was well in our little hotel room. read more

Was surprised that two large pizzas with two toppings and a medium cheese came out to $37. Bad service and slow delivery for mediocre corporate pizza. One of the best Domino's we have ordered from. The price is great and it is always hot and fresh. We do the pick up so I cant say how their delivery is. The staff is always nice and pleasant when you walk in. Its our go to when in a late night pinch for a snack. read more

The food here is pure trash. They always seem to under cook the food. You somehow have to ask for your food to be well done just to get it cooked at the right temp. The customer service is good but that is not what I go for. Going to this Domino's you might as well just throw your money away because that is what you are doing when you get home and throw the pizza away. But of course you are stuck going because it is the only one on the island of other trash fast food chains. You're the only Domino's DO BETTER. Put some love in it. I have to write this place a review! Amazing! What can I say?!? Came to Newport for my bachelor party this past weekend. 5 of us lots of fun each night! Saturday night 1am like every day bars and clubs closed. Was craving pizza badly (yes was tipsy/drunk).. pizza places close at 2 but there were lines out the door. Didn't want to wait with my state so went back to the house to continue drinking. At 1:50am my best man looks up dominoes just to see if they are open(they close at 2 also). He places an online order and says pay upon receipt (nothing to lose). Online order confirmation says 27-47 minutes delivery. 3am hits and we give up on the pizza and order status doesn't update. No big deal we expected that to happen ordering so late. We go up to or rooftop deck and keep drinking. At 3:30am we hear a car turning the corner, we look down and see a dominoes roof top. One of us has to run down 4 flights of stairs drunk to pick it up! No idea who the nice lady was delivering but she apologized to us for being late as if it were her fault we ordered at 2am!! Needless to say my pizza craving got satisfied that night and was the perfect icing to the cake on the last night!! I recommend this place to anyone!! Awesome people!! read more

Ordered 2 pies for delivery, one regular crust & one crispy.......a mistake as crispy does NOT travel well, HARDLY crispy. More importantly, it was clear different individuals prepared each one. Regular pie had a nice amount of each topping all over the pie. It looked great and was cut pie style. Crispy pie actually lacked a topping. Toppings that were on pie were skimpy, not distributed evenly and pie was not cut pie style.....clearly not my pie! Very dissapointing for a $12.00+ pie with taxes, erc,etc before tipping delivery. All the toppings had slid completely off the pizza, it was either dropped or Vin Diesel was driving the delivery car. It was also under cooked which I'm assuming contributed to the extremely quick delivery time. Not a great experience. read more

Good pizza joint. The pizza is what would expect from a chain joint and delivery is fast. Online ordering is cool too.

Usually good, however sometimes the delivery takes FOREVER. Customer service is fine.

We order from this Domino's a lot. My son loves it. It's hit or miss as to whether our ordering instructions were followed, but, I will say, they've gotten better. If you complain enough, they get the hint. Delivery is always quick, and most of their drivers are friendly. We've had a couple that definitely shouldn't be dealing with the public. Take out is usually great. They're fast, and very friendly in store. We've had issues, but they've all been resolved by a manager fairly quickly. Will continue to order from them. read more
