This location is a mad house, phones ringing off the hook, customers mobbing the place and just busy. The staff handled these very well and professional. I did have to wait and extra 20 mins for my order so I got to observe quit a lot. Everyone one of the staff were engaged and productive on there station. The customers here are idiots though, most were ok but some were just ridiculous. read more

Tonight I ordered a medium pepperoni pan pizza with extra cheese and the pepperoni cheesy bread. The pizza had very limited pepperoni and no extra cheese. The pepperoni cheesy bread had no pepperoni except one on top of the bread. I have to say this is the WORST pizza I have ever eaten and I've had a lot of pizza. So, Domino's that I thought was on track for a successful makeover is sorely disappointing. I've given this location plenty of business. Almost every time they make it wrong. After today I'm done. Ordered double chicken, found out it only gives me an extra two ounces. I'm going back to the Mom and pop places. PS. With a terrible pizza jones today, ordered my first Domino's in probably 20 years. It was a delivery ordered from their on line menu. The system worked better than many, and the options were spot on. My pizza was a hand tossed custom with Italian sausage (huge chunks of ground sausage), chopped fresh tomato, triple mushrooms, onions and parmesan cheese. It was superb. Delivery was a little slow which was expected since many local restaurants will not even deliver to the northern most "sailboat country", C section areas. I don't blame them. It takes sometimes ten minutes to drive the two miles from my house to Palm Harbor Parkway. But, that's the price of paradise and Domino's is now part of the paradise equation. ok i love the pizza and garlic knots that will forever be good but the garlic parm wings were a big disappointment It wasn't tossed or the taste of garlic parm it was like ranch just poured on top those wings sat and was thrown away other than that you guys are awesome!!! customer service to the delivery but those wings baby are not it!!!! read more

I don't know what these other folks are complaining about. Two of the best pizzas we've had in a long time. Easy on-line order, text updates, fast delivery to our hotel, and the pizzas were still hot. Even the delivery guy Michael was fun. Haven't had Domino's in years! Then our church was selling cards for a fundraiser for the school so we had to try again. YUM!! Big difference from year's ago. Excellent! Best pizza ever, even if the workers r not. idk why this pizza is the best, but I guess those corporate guidelines actually work this time (for pizza anyways). To the review about too little chicken: that is probably true, but keep in mind that that is the ONLY topping complaint I've ever heard of b4 n my life about Domino's Pizza. Not typical. Usually excellent in every way, with no problems. Delivery ppl do thier job OK. Wish I heard better things about the workers from others, but good enough when it comes to the best pizza in the world. Prices r only average or even a bit high. Only place with better prices and OK pizza would be Pizza Hut. I won't risk going or getting pizza anywhere else than those 2 places or '5 Star Pizza' (which is OK like Pizza Hut), after seeing the reviews (& tasting) 4 pizza joints on Yelp & other places. So I just left this most awesome review for them last week when I ordered pretty much my usual. I never leave comments it's just not my thing. But I feel like when credit is due it should be shown BC it's deserved, so I left the review. But I sooo wish I wouldn't have. Last night everyone got home very late as we have jobs we cannot leave from when the clock strikes a certain time unless there's no patients etc. So it was like 12 midnight and we placed an order. Bc I order once a week I germ free pizza frm the accumulated points. So I used the free pizza while online placing the order which btw...is the only way u can redeem ur free pizza. U have to do it online. So I placed the order. I always do the ...what used to be 5/5/5 deal. Now it's $5.99 for the deal but they have a few things to choose from. Anyhow so my total said $27.33 or something like that. I know we had 30$ and said we would add another 5$ plus the change for the tip BC it's late. So the guy gets here and now it's almost 1am. He said the order is more then $40. I was like no we had the free pizza. So I asked him to call the store. The very RUDE and unprofessional manger lady tells me no this is not the total she don't know where I'm getting this info from and practically all but calling me a liar. She said even after taking off the free pizza that $27 something Wouldn't be the total. So I did the math and even said to her Idk what math she is doing but yes that definetly is what I came to just like the website said. So I actually took a screenshot of the price and sent it to my husband and a phone BC he was going to be getting the door when I jumped in the shower. She was sooooo rude. Like seriously .....instead of losing a sustainer who orders at least once a week why wouldn't u just give them the benefit of the doubt and let it be that? I had screenshots of the payment due. Usually we pay right away with a card but this time we did cash. I couldn't get on the website to show the driver while I had my iPad at the door. 5 dogs barking , my daughters newborn now crying BC he is awake from the dogs. Finally I said look just take the food back and we now will all go to bed hungry BC it's now after 1 am and everything in this town is closed but we wouldn't order anywhere else this late anymore even if everywhere was open. So she said that's fine and hung up. I handed back the delivery drivers phone BC he called there on his cell. I gave him the food and said I hope u guys enjoy it and not throw it out bc we were all going to bed hungry. Unreal. Idk who she was. She had to be new or from another location. But wow. This place I order from so often BC they WERE awesome. Clean, friendly, fast, so nice. The order was always the way we wanted if. I couldn't say enough nice things. Then thjs. Wow. So I certainly won't order from there no more and risk my food getting spit on or something bc this chick was that type of person I feel. So sad how more then 15 years we ordered from that location and one cranky bitch can mess that all up. Wow. Aside from that incident with that lady....I still feel they are 5 star worthy.
