While the shop boasts a wide selection of 24 flavors, the stinginess of the management quickly soured my visit. When I requested to sample a few flavors, I was informed that there was a strict limit of two samples per person. Never before have I encountered such a restrictive policy at an ice cream shop. It seems that the new management is more focused on maximizing profits than providing a satisfying customer experience. The joy of trying new flavors was completely diminished by their parsimonious approach. Even when I purchased two scoops, they were carefully measured, leaving no room for excess. If you're looking for a generous and enjoyable ice cream experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Baskin Robbins Pflugerville has unfortunately lost my business due to their disappointing policies and lack of customer-centricity. The faded store sign is just another sign of neglect and a lack of care for the customer experience. I doubt this review will make any difference.
