Started with an espresso martini, a smoked Old Fashioned, and the fritto misto to share. Everything was really good. Then we split the lamb burger and the shrimp risotto for lunch. Both were excellent, although I think the risotto edged out the burger. Our server Mike made the whole experience. Before he even brought us water, he showed up with a bowl for Onyx. Come on, that's an instant five stars in my book. We ended up talking wine with him for a good part of the afternoon. He had us sample a few different pours before we landed on a Nebbiolo we loved. Later, after another conversation about wine, he brought over a taste of a white we'd never even heard of because he thought we'd enjoy trying it. It never felt like an upsell. It just felt like talking with someone who genuinely enjoys wine and likes sharing it with people. Relaxing patio, great food, excellent cocktails, and genuinely memorable service. We'll definitely be back, and Onyx probably will too.

The food was beautifully presented and the wine pairing was superb. Definitely recommend having them pair your wines. The grilled shrimp was a great start. The sparkling rose made the shrimp taste even better. The goat cheese ravioli was probably my favorite savory dish of the evening. The sweet sage-maple syrup-tomato sauce was fantastic. The Sancerre was pleasant with it, although I thought the ravioli itself was more impressive than the pairing. I had to order bread so the sauce wouldnt go to waste. I ordered the lamb medium rare, but it arrived closer to medium, and initially it was somewhat underseasoned. After adding salt and pepper and getting some of the thyme from the plate into the bite, the lamb became significantly better and worked better with the Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The creamed spinach underneath was delicious on its own, but I didn't enjoy it with the wine. Interestingly, the absolute highlight of that wine pairing was the braised garlic. The sweet, mellow garlic and Châteauneuf-du-Pape were wonderful together. Dessert was the highlight of the entire pairing. The lavender ice cream was outstanding, the Chantilly surrounding it was light and delicious, and the strawberry sauce wasn't overly sweet. The Sauternes was excellent with the dessert, particularly with the fresh strawberry. This was the pairing where the food and wine truly made each other better. Even though I was one of the last diners of the evening, I never felt rushed. My server was very attentive and social which I love. It was very romantic and yet comfortable enough that dining alone wasnt awkward. I'd happily return.

I'd recommend making a reservation further in advance if you prefer an earlier dinner. The dining room is somewhat small, but it is nice and quaint. Service was good and the ambiance is pleasant. Entrees and sides are a bit pricey, but the quality is there. Looking forward to trying the sister restaurant, Local Provisions as well!

What a wonderful experience! The restaurant is a very, quite spacious and very welcoming. It's right next to a lake and so the setting was lovely. We had an indoor/outdoor room with doors that opened to the outside. I had a raspberry lemon martini with a sugared glass rim. Very nicely presented. They have a very varied menu and they also have a large gluten-free menu. We both had the lobster bisque as a starter and then we both ordered the fish tacos. The soup was filled with lots of lobster meat and was delicious. The fish tacos were made with cod and the waiter mentioned that the slaw had some habanero chile in it. I asked if it was spicy and he said it might have a slight kick, but was not spicy. He was absolutely correct and in fact, if he hadn't mentioned the habanero I would not have picked up on it at all. It was really good. If you order bread, (and you have choices on type), you are charged I think a dollar per order, but that is donated to help people who are food challenged. We were full from our dinner, but we could not pass up an order of key lime pie for dessert, which we shared. It was a hard choice because they had a special dessert which was chocolate peanut-butter pie. I wish we could have had both. Their other desserts also sounded great. By the way, a portion of their revenues from desserts are also donated to help those who need food assistance. I was very impressed that they do that. I want to mention that the wait staff was also great. Friendly, attentive, but not over-bearing. I can't say enough about Sweetwster Tavern. If I find myself in this area again, I will definitely be back.

Nothing exceptional but good quality, good food And a fair amount of steak in mine for $16. I wish I could say the same about the service or lack there of provided by the two young female servers. For starters, they have zero communication skills. They drop things at the table and just stand there without a word. I did not receive the Vietnamese coffee that I ordered until I asked for it nor was I asked whether or not I wanted it with whipped cream - there's was no description on the menu so I wasn't aware it came with whipped cream. When we placed our order we asked for extra cilantro and received no cilantro at all. Once the runner delivered our food no one came over to ask how everything had turned out, if we needed anything else etc. The lack of communication, lack of attention to detail and quite frankly complete lack of personality turned a pleasant afternoon meal into a disappointment. It's a shame because I saw several other things on the menu that I'd like to try but I'm not interested in being in that unpleasant atmosphere again

Wife, 2 y/o, and I never been to a Red Lobster so didnt really have much to go off of. The interior was a "dated", after seeing the Red Lopster interior change on TV, i was hoping to see the new interior, so that was a bummer. Ms. C was our waitress. We had the corner area, probably about 7 tables? It was around 1145 so not many guests were there. Our child has allergy concerns so before we ordered, Ms. C brought the allergy booklet out and confirmed all our orders the Shrimp, lobster, salmon, potato and broccoli. Jambalaya shrimp and sausage. She recommended not to give our kid the biscuits (allergy concerns) so instead brought out fruit for him. Not requested but such a generous offer and showed her above and beyond care for our kid. Our big concern was the food being salty ( as most Cajun seafood places are). Food wasn't salty, perfectly seasoned, juicy lobster and shrimp. Salmon wasn't overcooked, Orzo rice was amazing. Ms. C was attentive, genuinely caring, and professional. We are a Red Robin or Texas roadhouse fan. But this Visit put Red Lobster on our top list. Family of 3, Lobster shrimp, salmon, Jambalaya, biscuits, fruit, great service for under $70 for a sit down restaurant? in this economy. Rare. We will be going there again. Thank you Ms. C for a great experience.

We have been there many times we ordered the fish and chips and it was 2099 I think per dish so we spent $42 on two pieces of cod that was really tough in the center the fries were cold and coleslaw. You really need to check your dates on it because it was mushy and it was sour now I did not get sick but if you're gonna charge those prices, you really need to make sure that the quality is up to par because this was not a good dinner. I'm sorry to write this, but I so am being honest.

This is actually one of the better places to eat in the mall. I was in the mood for some teriyaki…read moreso I came here. I ordered the chicken teriyaki combo. This was basically a pile of veggie fried rice, with stir fry veggies, with teriyaki chicken on top. I was right around 6 bucks. Once you put your order in, a person scoops either fried or white rice into a Styrofoam container, then pushes it down the line. The next person is cooking up the veggies. Once that is done, they put it over the rice, then push it down to the next person. This person is cooking up the meats. Once the meat is done, they put that on top and you are done. They actually have a pretty good production line ready. They don't cook too much up at a time. I guess they want it to be as fresh as it is. When I was in line more and more people started to come up, as it was dinner time. So they had more of everything cooking so the line could go fast. Taste wise, it was pretty good. Nothing fancy, just plain and simple food. They did give you a lot of rice, and to be honest, the box was pretty heavy. Not too bad for 6 bucks and change. For mall food, it met my expectations. Don't expect this to be a 5 star meal, but for the price, it was good enough =)
