It came out clumpy, none of my toes were fully covered at all, she barely filed them and there was polish all over my toes that she didn't clean off. I have been coming here for a while and never had a complaint but lately it has not been very good. The main front desk lady redid them for me and they turned out ok. I love the decor and design of the place but way too expensive for the inconsistency. The pictures is what they look like now after the lady redid them still pretty bad but believe it or not better than they were. I'm so irritated won't be coming back.

They went above and beyond to accommodate us, my mom has a scooter and we had a dog with us, all of which was no problem. They offered us COMPLIMENTARY drinks including fancy cocktails so we had Aperol Spritz's which were DELICIOUS. Same time mani pedi which is my fav set up for time efficiency. They did a fantastic job removing old acrylics and kept my natural nails strong and healthy so I could get build Gel on my natural nails! I opted for a Ombré French with chrome but they seem very knowledgeable and comfortable with many various designs I showed them. My mom got exactly what she wanted and they were so patient with her discussing all of the different colors and French options with her. (I think she was the owner as she answered the phone several times while doing my nails). Then she cut my cuticle on my thumb so deep it was bleeding and wouldn't stop. I only hope the instruments were sterilized. The area still hurts two days later. I should have stopped her and did my nails myself which I generally do. Not the enjoyable experience I expected. And the polishing job was so bad, bubbles formed. Complete waste of time and money, leaving me with pain and a mediocre manicure.

I've been religiously getting my nails ever since I can remember and I have never found a spot that I love as much as Dream Nails. I've always kept my nails natural since they're already strong and long but that also meant I couldn't get fancy designs or even ombré like the girls who get acrylic. I was afraid acrylic would ruin my natural nail. My first time at Dream Nails, Katie assured me that gel-x would not ruin my natural nails, so I decided to spoil myself and try it out. I absolutely LOVED it. Katie is the literal sweetest and I will never want anyone else to do my nails now. I have had Nancy doing my nails and waxing for over 17 years! I met her when I first arrived in South Bay and have faithfully followed her to 3 locations. She did the waxing and nails for my wedding, through my pregnancy and has followed my family as she has shared hers. These days my daughter comes too for a mani/pedi and I do my waxing with Liz who is fabulous. The staff are always courteous and friendly and I feel at home. Prices are very reasonable and I go every 2 weeks as I have done all these years. I could not recommend them more for your everyday needs. read more

I had been going to this place for years and really enjoyed the staff and services. Usually opted for an extra foot massage (30 minutes)with gel mani & pedi. Usually would end up paying $60. Prices were reasonable. Now under new management and my last visit got a mani & pedi with 15 minutes foot massage. Mani was a gel and not powder. Was charged about $100.
