Apparently they've been here a year- and I'm so glad to see them open at this location and doing so well! So many delicious drink options- and for the vegans oat and almond milk available alternatives. They have yummy snackies too- new addition is Banh mi! As a Los Angeles native who has been to way too many boba shops, I can definitely say that this place does not serve authentic fruit/milk tea or boba. Their drinks do not have any tea flavor at all, and they also don't use real fruit purées in their drinks. We ordered the lychee watermelon green tea and jasmine milk tea, both 50% sweet. Even though we adjusted our sweetness levels, our drinks were way too sweet. The lychee watermelon tea basically tasted like artificial sugar water or fruit juice, while the milk tea just tasted like half & half or milk. Both drinks were about $6.50-7 which is pricey for what it was! We couldn't even finish our drinks and won't be back. Maybe they should consider rebranding to just "fruit juices and smoothies." Saw this place from the parking lot and thought to give it a try. For some reason, when I went in the shop was really warm as if the ac had broke which is okay since I was not going to be dining in. The seating areas were okay. Kind in mind it's pretty small. It was a bit confusing if you were allowed to stay in because there were signs when I went saying - "only take out" - which again it's okay. I ordered a Thai tea which is my favorite. Yay! New boba shop that's very promising! I was getting off work and I could see the boba Kirby on the wall from outside and that's what drew me in. Walking in I loved the modern but cute vibe, it was nice and clean in there. I walk up the to counter to order and the lady was so friendly and took the time to answer my questions about ingredients with some of the drinks that caught my eye. I appreciated her patience! I ordered one of their valentine special drinks called Cupid Shuffle which was like this strawberry fruit tea and dragon fruit mix with heart shaped jelly inside. My overall opinion was it was good and it was sweet which is to be expected. It has this milky taste that I really enjoyed. Plus the drink itself looked so pretty. I also ordered a popcorn chicken but I wasn't really a fan of this one. It was good don't get me wrong but it was that American style popcorn chicken not that traditional popcorn chicken you would find in a boba shop. Like the one in T4 for example. There's a cute Kirby on the wall here so the vibes here are nice. I really liked their atiso refresher which is an artichoke tea, basil seeds, grass jelly, and a minimal amount of sweetness. It was so good I had to order two! I've had lots of pandan waffles but I haven't quite had it with condensed milk like they serve here. The texture had a mochi bite of chewiness inside and was nice and crispy at the outer corners. I've only been once, but when I went into the store, there was a very strong smell of used frying oil. My clothes and hair smelled like fry oil when I left. The boba teas I ordered were fine - not the best, not the worst. They unfortunately didn't have earl grey tea, which is one of my favorite pairings with boba, but the jasmine tea was still good. The smell was enough to turn me off though - there are enough other good boba places. read more

As I'm sure others would like to know: - Atiso: I was told this is like an artichoke tea with grass jelly, basil seeds, and crystal boba. They were kind enough to give me a sample to try it. It didn't taste like artichoke. It's not bad, but not for me. I prefer fruity teas and boba. - The Dreamer: a vanilla shake. The "clouds" are a marshmallow puff. They were out of both the dreamer and the marshmallow puff when I came in. - Lava drinks: chamoy, like mangonada. - Fruit craze: passion fruit tea with strrawberry & mango bits, lemon slices, popping boba and rainbow jelly. The person in front of me had lots of special requests for changing up flavors and such and they were accommodating. The girl at the cashier checked with her like twice to make sure she got it right. But, for me, I asked to sub out the toppings that came in my drink for boba but then I saw that she charged me for the toppings (+$1.50). I also stepped out to buy some stuff from Dollar Tree (not even 5 min) and when I came back, my drinks weren't ready but everyone else had gotten theirs (one guy and a group of 4 people were after me in line). So, was a little annoyed/disappointed at that point. My experience had started out good, but didn't end so well. I got the fruit craze drink with regular & mini boba instead of the popping boba and rainbow jelly it originally comes with. The mini boba was mushy and overcooked. But, I gotta say, I'm just happy they have mini boba as an option because it's rarely offered nowadays. The regular boba was ok. Both bobas are very lightly sweetened, so def not a honey boba. I forgot to ask for less ice, so I hope they can add ice and sweetness adjustments to their menu so I don't forget. The drink is heavy on the ice. The sweetness level was fine, but I typically get 70-100% anyways. The inside is cute with a couple places to sit. I saw that another Yelper said that you could order online. I had to search for Dream boba on Google to find their website, which will then take you to a different site to order online. However, online order wasn't available. Right now, my recommendations to the business would be: - claim the business on Yelp so you can add hours, or post a pic of the hours from a personal account. - don't overcook the boba. - add descriptions to the drink menu! - add ice & sweetness adjustment options to the menu. - try to make drinks in the order they were taken. - get some real popcorn chicken. The picture they had of it looked like some frozen, breaded stuff bought from a grocery store. I originally wanted to try it, but after seeing the pic I already knew I wouldn't like it. Nonetheless, I'll def be back. I now live in the area and this is the closest boba shop, so it's my best option anyways. But, they also have lots of drinks that I would like to try and I'm sure they'll get better with time & experience. I truly hope they do well. read more

Stopped by to try this new boba shop in the neighborhood. I got a jasmine milk tea, 75% sweet with boba, it was a solid choice. I also tried their chicken eggrolls, which the cashier confirmed are homemade. The eggrolls were delicious!! I believe they're Vietnamese style, from what I could see/taste, it had chicken, wood ear mushroom, carrots, onion, clear vermicelli noodles and maybe taro pieces inside.
