I am so happy to find my new nail salon! Nice and quiet nail salon, perfect for little work breaks for a pedicure. Came here for a quick pedi during my lunch and was more than satisfied! Really cute flower walls and wide selection of gel nail colors. The ladies greeted me and were able to take me in as a walk-in. Jolie did a great job!

I can't say enough about this place! It's clean, the service is quick, and the entire staff's amazing. What more could you ask for? Everyone is so sweet here, they work with you to make sure you leave happy. I never have an issue getting an appointment and don't feel rushed when I'm there. I hate when places book back to back appointments just to see as many customers as possible. Pros: love that you can book online or call in for a short notice appointment without any hassle. They offer nail services, facials, and lashes. I've gone to Dalena for lashes 10/10! Highly recommend coming to this place if you're in San Jose. They also do small parties here for events if you and your girls need a "treat y'self" date!

I've been coming here for over a year now and wanted to give a new update. Let me say it's been amazing! The environment is relaxing and very open. They make it very easy to set appointments online and if for whatever reason it's not working you can always call or text! I usually get dropped off so sometimes I have to wait for my boyfriend outside, but the surrounding area is VERY good! I've never felt "scared" or weird. There's a lot of foot traffic which is nice, and next door they have a store so I usually go there. After setting up an appointment they send you an email and then the day before your appointment they send you a reminder email which I think is very nice since sometimes we all have crazy lives and forget. I go to Karen and she's AMAZING! I trust her with my lashes! I always ask for her opinion as she knows what's best for your eyes shape. It's as if they're my little family. I was able to celebrate a big birthday with Karen as well as let her know my amazing news from my dream job. The staff builds those type of relationships where it's amazing. They don't only do lashes, but do much more! Pedi's, manicures, facials, etc! | HIGHLY recommend.

I visited Dreamality yesterday for a Gel refill service. They did not have a cuticle pusher tool and instead my fingers got hurt as the lady use a nail filer to push back the cuticle. I will not be visiting again.

Fist off I'd like to state that I've tried a few different lash places and Dreamality is by far the greatest !! Not only is their work amazing but also I feel such a warm welcome each time I go with Karen for my fills. She is truly the best, and lashes are her art ( & it shows !!! ). Every time I come , time flies when catching up with her, she is truly passionate with what she does and you feel the sense of relaxation through the entire appointment. Always obsessed with my set after she is done , recommend 100000%

I got my lashes done by Monica and I LOVE THEM! Monica paid attention to detail and made sure to find the perfect lash size for my eyes. I can't feel them at all and they have a beautiful fullness and curl to them! After we were done I was given detailed instructions on how to care for them and was even given a care kit! They make sure to not harm your actually eyelashes! Come here! You won't regret it! read more

"THEYRE SO FLUFFY IM GONNA DIE" That's how I feel every time I get my lashes done by Dalena she's a freakin' magician. I have the littlest Asian lashes but she manages to make me feel like the baddest B after fixing me up The lashes usually take about 1.5 hour and she doesn't make it awkward when I'm tired and fall asleep . It's so clean & chic I love that from start to finish she made me feel so comfortable. I get so many compliments every time Dalena does my lashes and I appreciate her so much for letting me catfish people into thinking I wake up pretty Don't forget to book ahead of time her schedule is pretty full and DONT make the mistake of not booking your fill appointment to avoid having to fix and start everything all over . I love my lash tech and I'd be a naked mole rat without her . read more

I have an amazing time at the salon, Hannah took care of me so well, the customer service is so friendly. At first, I came to get my lashes done, I got a natural volume lashes, Its turn out so nice. Then I know that she also do nail, so I got a manicure and pedicure and it turn out better than what I expected. I came out with less eyelash than I went in. An inexperienced esthetician named Hannah (Delena's sister) did my lashes. I repeatedly had asked for natural look and even showed her pictures of what I wanted but she made look like a drag queen. I had her taken them out immediately. In the process my natural lashes were damaged. Moreover Several times during removal glue went into my eyes and I was in pain. Hannah wasted Almost 4 hrs of my time for nothing. I had a flight to catch and all I could do was curse myself for making the biggest mistake for coming here. I followed the glowing reviews trusting someone experienced will take care of me. But I should have read online that there were no reviews for Hannah and she is not listed on website. She does manicure pedicure and they had a manicure pedicure person so my lashes. Just terrible! I could see I clearly have less volume now. Hannah couldn't talk in English and I am certain she had no certification to do lashes as she did it so bad. I am appalled how can the owner Delena out source her work to her. While I lay there Someone was giving her instructions on the phone on how to her job as Hannah's couldn't speak English. Pls get someone who can at least talk clearly to their clients. They apologized several times but that doesn't make it right. You wasted 4 hrs of my time when i am pressed for time and have a flight to catch. You made me go through pain and anxiety. And on top of that my natural lashes look thinner than before. Stay away from Hannah and this place. P.s: They also moved my appointment last minute by 1/2 hr. Appointment was at 1:30 and and 1:29 I get a text saying there is no room so pls come at 2 pm. May be that was a sign and I should have cancelled my appointment. read more

Just got my volume set with Dalena and my lashes are amazing! The process takes about two hours, but she puts on good music so it feels like it goes by faster. She's very knowledgeable about what she is doing and makes sure the lashes are symmetrical and voluminous. I went in my first time for a classic set for a vacation to Isla Mujeres and I'm so glad I got them because I felt really good without makeup! Most eyelashes were still on and looking good two and a half weeks later so we tried the volume set this time and I'm in love! I will definitely be back and recommend Dalena to family and friends :) She sent me this photo of my lashes, they are both great but looking at the sets side by side, I would suggest you go with the volume set! read more

Looooove these girlies.. they take the time to get to know you, and make you feel comfy while laying there.. Chill music to listen to too. If you don't feel like talking, take a nap. Hehe. The quality of their work is off the hook, I don't know how they do it, but compared to most lash folks I've been to, Dalena & Lillian always leave me looking bomb.. like damn.. who am I?! ive come here a few times and had Sandy do both acrylics and pedicure for me. She did a great job and i absolutely loved every time I came!! The pedicure especially was so relaxing and came out so cute- I will definitely be coming back for her- me and my best friend got them done by her :) (the pic is both of ours). loved the calm and clean environment!! read more

After what seemed like forever trying to find the right lash place, I stumbled upon Dreamality a few years ago and have been coming here ever since! I only trust Dalena and Karen with my lashes. Dalena and Karen always do an amazing job, and they don't settle for less than perfect. I always get compliments on my lashes, and the retention with my sets from Dreamality last way longer than sets I've gotten from other lash places. They've always been super clean and hygienic, but during COVID times I definitely appreciate how much they're going above and beyond in terms of sanitizing and keeping their spot safe and clean. I was really hesitant on getting my first eyelash extension but I am so happy that I came to Dreamality Room! I got my lashes done by Dalena. I told her I wanted something more natural looking and she suggested that I should go with a light short volume set which was perfect for my eyes and had better retention. The whole process took maybe about 1 hour and half for the first time. Dalena is super friendly and is willing to answer any questions I had about the lashes. After we were finished she gave me a kit and some instructions on how to care for my lashes. She also suggested to do a full volume refill if I wanted to go a little bit more dramatic next time. Overall the experience I had at this place was great. The lashes are soft, didn't bother my eyes at all and the place was clean and professional. Would definitely recommend Dreamality Room for anyone who dreams for beautiful lashes! read more

I wish I could give Dreamality and Dalena 10 stars!! After having a not so good experience with eyelash extensions at another place, I was a little nervous to get them again. But I am SO happy I found Dreamality room! The room is quiet and personal so you don't have others staring at you while getting your lashes done. The lashes are PERFECT! You feel like you aren't even wearing them! Dalena is very accommodating to my schedule and was able to squeeze me in for my fill on a day she was already completely booked during the times I could go. Go to Dreamality room!!! My sister and I got our lashes done by Dalena for Coachella and let me tell y'all, I literally would not trust anyone with my lashes, but her!! She's very gentle and caring with my real lashes. I came in to get a pedicure yesterday and it was the best service I've ever received in a salon! Everybody in the shop was lovely, especially Sandy who was the one who did my pedicure. My feet have never looked(or felt) better and I will definitely be coming back. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great manicure/pedicure, make sure to ask for Sandy. read more

They call it Dreamality Room for a reason. Dreaming for gorgeous lashes? These girls will give you whatever style you're looking for. Dalena and Lillian are great and work meticulously on your lashes. I can't stress it enough how hard they work and how much they take their time with you. Not only do they have great personalities, but they make sure you're comfortable every step of the way. Their prices are reasonable for their work because unlike other lash artists in the area, they use high quality products and are wonderfully trained and have their credentials backed up. I've had bad lash extension experiences before which is why I am very picky on who I choose to do my lashes, but these girls have my full trust. I've been getting my lashes done here many times and every time I leave, I leave feeling beautiful. If you want beautiful, luscious longer lashes. This is your place! read more

Worth every penny! 10/10 would recommend! I found out about Dalena through my sister, who also gets her eyelash extensions exclusively from Dalena and Lilian. I got them done before my trip overseas and the lashes stayed on well after I came back 2 weeks later. I was still getting compliments on them at work 3-4 weeks after. I went back to Dalena to get them refilled after 4 weeks and most of my lashes had fallen. Dalena is so accommodating and refilled them at the original refill price, even tho it took longer than a regular refill. Unfortunately, I live out of the area but would not hesitate coming back for a full set again. It's worth every penny! read more

I can't say any more great things about dalena she's such a harder worker and boy does her work show. I went from a disaster show to FAB lashes in the quickness she brings me life there is such a bad rep on lash extensions because "they pull your real lash" but I had a bad job from another lash artist and with her my lashes have filled in and gotten longer even with the extensions. She takes care of you and educates you on how to care for your lashes I love her and she's so down to earth and humble I went in as a customer and I walked out with a new friend thanks dalena. read more

Here's an updated review, I recently went in again to get my lashes done thinking it can't get any better from my last visits but it really did!! This time she did a volume set for me and this by far had to be my favorite set of all. Dalena is definitely the best lash artist in San Jose! She made my first experience with lash extensions absolutely amazing. She's extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions in great detail! I've been going to Dalena for about 3 months now and I couldn't be happier with my lashes! I've been getting lash extensions since 2012 so I've experienced my share of good, bad, and ugly. Lillian's service is great. She uses quality products and is meticulous with her application. I spent 15 days in SE Asia and was in the water (salt water, swimming pools) almost everyday, amidst the humidity. Because of the quality of the products and Lillian's technique I was still able to go an additional week after I was home before needing to get a lash fill! I came with one idea showed her a picture she explained to me how many lashes were on that specific picture, she asked me what I wanted and showed me another picture and they turned out perfect exactly what I wanted she's super friendly gives you a kit with instructions of how to care for them. definitely coming back. Dalena never disappoints! I have been going to Dreamality Room for a while now, as Dalena is the only person I trust with my lashes. She is a perfectionist and always does an amazing job! I went in for a volume set this time, and it looked perfect as usual. Also, if you are looking for something more natural and low maintenance, I would highly recommend a lash lift! The lash lift is a quick and easy process (it took Dalena only 30 mins), and it lasted me for more 8 weeks! Dalena was amazing! I came in 15 mins late for my appointment but she still took her time to do my lashes! I have a very sensitive eyes(by sensitive I mean super sensitive!!) but when she was doing it, it didn't seem like she was touching my eyes! She had a very light hand! I almost fell asleep. I also came in unsure about which type of lashes I should get so she helped me figure it out. It was also my first time getting done so she explained every step of what she's doing which was very comforting cos I wanna know what's happening. And I didn't have to talk! If I have a question she'd answer it but other than that I didn't have to talk! She also gave some home care kit which was really nice! She's really amazing!! read more

I want to start off by saying that Lillian is so sweet! She let me know what's going on and asked if I had any questions for her. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed! I was so skeptical to get a fill at first because my first experience wasn't so great and I was pretty scarred. Boy was I wrong, Lillian did an amazing job!! I'm so glad I found her! I had my lashes done from the one and only Dalena and I have to say she did a wonderful job! I love how she told me every little thing there is to know about lashes since it was my very first time. She's amazing! I would recommend anyone and everyone to come to the shop for your lash extensions. I was very skeptical about it only because I was afraid that it would tug on my real lashes but she just told me lashes normally falls off on it's own and she advise me not to pull on them whatsoever. I had a very natural look with a lot more of a curl to it. She doesn't add any too close to the edges of your eye so it didn't way them down. She offers a cleaning tool and list of how to care for them. They lasted for a long while surprisingly! The ambiance of the room is nice& clean, very calming as well! read more

Absolutely love my lashes. I came in hoping for something not too crazy but not too natural and got exactly what I asked for. Dalena was extremely professional and didn't even complain when I kept moving due to my little cough. I reached out to the owner to politely share my experience, but instead of addressing it, she blocked me. I only realized this when I tried to book another appointment with Kelsey. Really disappointing customer service. Even if you find a nail tech you like, it seems like booking and management can be an issue. They are always very friendly and accommodating for a walk-in appointment. The salon is hygienic and clean. They also have a very nice selection of gel polish colors, especially cateye colors. I recently had an ingrown toenail (my first ever in 33 years) after my latest visit but the owner was quick to help communicate this with the nail tech doing my pedicure so it doesn't happen again. This made me feel very understood and respected as a regular customer here. The owner also tries to remember the regulars at the salon and always offer a warm welcoming, which is very nice of her. They offer a discount for cash payments, but also accept Venmo (even for tips) while credit card has a small charge. I think their prices are very reasonable and definitely cheaper than the last salon I went to before switching to Pedi Nail Lounge. There is a large shared parking lot in front so plenty of parking nearby. I also like that there is a coffee shop (Blvd coffee), food spot (Chispiro's) and Lucky Grocery store right next door that makes the location extremely convenient for me. 5/5 , definitely recommend if you're looking for a new nail salon

That's the reason I keep coming back. Unfortunately, the scheduling and appointment management have become really frustrating. Almost every time I book with a specific technician, I don't actually get the person I requested. On top of that, even with an appointment, I regularly wait 30-45 minutes past my scheduled time before getting started. What should be a normal appointment turns into me being there for close to 3.5 hours. I also feel bad for the technicians because they seem overbooked and overwhelmed. The salon accepts so many walk-ins that the staff barely gets a break, and it affects the overall experience for both customers and employees. I truly want to continue supporting this business because the work itself is excellent, but I hope management improves scheduling, honors technician requests, and stops overbooking appointments.

I do not think they keep track of appointments and, if they do, I simply cannot imagine how. I have tried texting and the response I get every time is "ok", even if I ask a question in my appointment request. I've tried making an appointment online and the appointment slots are always available and open, which can't be true. While in the salon, I've seen them answer the phone when someone calls to make an appointment, they are always on speakerphone, and I have never seen anyone write anything down after the phone call, they say ok and then just continue to work. Out of the 5 or 6 times I've been here I have only been seen at the time of my appointment once. Once! I am often waiting 30-45 mins and I stay because I have a very tight schedule and make appointments on the only days I can. I'm currently sitting waiting for my 5:00 appointment and it is 5:40 and there are 5 others also waiting, though I don't know what time their appointments are or were. (At 5:06 my manicurist asked me to wait 15 mins and I said fine....but I ended up leaving at 5:45 because she was doing someone's pedicure.) I have always been happy with the services I've received here and their prices are reasonable, which are the reasons for the 2 stars, but I simply will not be back due to their constant lack of respect of "appointment times".

Dalena (so weird to say my own name) was amazing! I came 20 minutes late due to work & I was her latest client 6pm. I felt so bad, but she told me it was okay. She asked for what I wanted & she delivered just that! After she was done, she STILL made sure I liked it and added/fixed a couple more to one of my eyes because she was not satisfied, even tho I was. I freaking came in late & she still took her damn time & made sure my eyes looked bomb. It's been two weeks since my lash extensions were placed and it still looks good! I hate going to get my hair, nails, etc. done because I have to make conversation, but Dalena made it so easy. She would talk to you if you talked to her. She would bring up very easy conversion topics. If you were quiet, she would let it be. I almost fell asleep! If I had any questions, I would message her and she responded within a matter of time. :) read more

So in love with my ombré nails! I been going to Cindy for YEARS. She recently just moved over here. This area is much better than the other places she used to work from. This area feels safe and right next to a grocery store. Cindy is professional and been doing this for years. She's very kind and always tries her best to replicate a picture I show her. I been coming here for a couple years now for my nails. Jolie and Lynn are always on time and they never rush me out. I recently tried lash extensions with Hang and i never knew lash extensions could be so comfortable! It's a long process but worth it to save time getting ready in the morning.
