This sweet treat place is in the Yes Plaza in Rowland Heights. Was able to find parking up front…read morebut also parking available in the shopping center. It's super clean inside. Walked in and the workers were friendly and greeted us immediately. They have fridges with assorted drinks and small cartons of their yummy flavors! We tried a scoop of the Vietnamese coffee and the mango sticky rice shake! Both were delicious!! The ice cream's texture was perfect and the flavor tasty! Not too strong, just enough! The mango sticky rice shake has mango ice cream and coconut ice cream, my two favorites and it was creamy and so good!! I don't think they have bathrooms. A couple tables for seating. Will definitely be back to try other flavors!!!

Very small shop. Had different flavors which is cool. I liked the black sesame. The Lychee flavor…read morewas meh and kind of too sweet. The mango flavor was definitely too sweet and artificial tasting. This is our second time here. Tried different flavors this time and still just ok. Also, we are from Hawaii. We say lychee. Like it is spelled. I hate when someone tries to correct me and say leechee. In Hawaii, it's lychee, not litchi. Wikipedia: Lychees[a] (/lati/ LIE-chee, US also /liti/ LEE-chee). Lychees might originally be from China but here in the USA...the best are from the Big Island in Hawaii. I'm Chinese, but from Hawaii. It's rude when mainlanders think they know more about my culture than I do. If it's spelled lychee - it's lychee. If it's spelled litchi, then you can say it your way. Total turn off customer service with okay ice cream.

Delicious! This…read moreplace is kinda like Somi Somi without the fish bread but the option of cones instead. I got the taro and cookie monster swirl after trying samples of the two individually. I also tried milk, which was more of a vanilla flavor than a fresh milk flavor like I was expecting, but still good. Out of the 3, my favorite was the taro - it has a strong taro flavor and not too sweet, but I always like to get a swirl. Cookie monster is good too, tastes like oreos. The color combo of purple and teal was hard to resist for me as well. Mochi topping was decent, pairs well with the flavors. I thought the leaf on the spoon was cute. There's no seating inside but there is a decent shaded area outside with a few tables. The service honestly stood out to me! The girl working seemed like she was still in training and referring to another guy there, but they were both very friendly, and the girl was really sweet. She definitely made my day better. I'd come back to try milk and strawberry!

Was in the mood for something sweet so we decided to give Bubble N Cone a try. Upon entering,…read moreyou're greeted by a wall of colorful flavored cones which was cute and impressive. There was about 12 flavored cones in total including flavors like matcha, lavender, salted blue corn and birthday cake. We decided to get a cup of the taro cookie monster flavored ice cream in a matcha cone ($6). The price was reasonable for the portion size, but unfortunately the ice cream tasted just okay. I got notes of taro but the ice cream was very icy and tasted pretty artificial. The shop offers unlimited toppings which I appreciated and also decorated your spoon with a cute little leaf hair clip - very random, but also kind of cute and funny. Despite all the gimmicks however, I just wasn't impressed with the ice cream overall. Bubble N Cone is located in the Market World plaza next to Paris Baguette. Parking was ample and fairly easy to find on a Saturday afternoon.

A nice freezer of ready-made ice cream cakes ($29 a $79!). Sadly, one of their freezers was not working (dark) so more like ten-15 flavors were available. Ice cream was nicely scooped/presented as always, although like most things, the price has gone up...a little over $5 for a single...I noticed that pre-packed containers were $15. Inflation hahaha! All in all, a fun place that reminds me of my childhood. Fun fact: their spoons are still the signature pink color!

As I walked in, I noticed one of the freezers with ice cream was out of service and there wasn't many flavors left. Only 5 flavors to pick from! There was a huge long line and some customers ended up leaving because they didn't have the flavors they wanted. There was only one employee and she looked stressed with the big line working all alone. She said it was her last day because the owner is never here and there is no help. She even said they don't have dipped chocolate cones or waffle cones because they only make a couple at a time (they don't make them everyday) because the owner doesn't like to waste things. So not many options here! I wouldn't come back and the prices are more expensive here then other Baskin Robbin's. Save your money and go to another Baskin Robbins.
