Hi my name is Carlos I recently bought a used car from them. first of all , they fail to communicate some important información on their benefit . To began they do not care who's financing your car they will send all the information to the banks they prefer even though they know who has higher interest rates, they will choose banks with have higher rates they DO NOT CARE if you paid more . All they want is for you to get approved so you can take the car home, We did all the paperwork we spent hours at the dealership and They intentionally failed to mention that there was only one key to the car, and later I will find out that the extra key I have to pay is $600 dollar , The same day I took the car home I asked them for the second key, they told me to call them back the next day because was already to late, next day I called to asked for the sales person and was impossible to get hold of them they never answered , never called me back and I still not have a second key... Second,I call my bank which I know they have better Rates I got approved by them I call the dealer have them send the information and, apparently they were not to happy with this. AFTER I did all of this FINALLY they call me back to have sing all of new contracts for the financial situation. I ASKED AGAIN FOR THE SECOND KEY they keep saying call back to talk to sales department . AND TWO MONTHS LATER and no response . AFTER the almost two months of having the car I was taking myself into not stressing About DISHONEST PEOPLE , this is what happened when you buy cars at Dublin Kia. Finally ,I was happy at home today Aug 09 , 2024 when I got my set plates from the DMV AND a registration that will expire on OCT 2024 . they charge me $699 for dmv fees and now I have to pay another $599 for a new sticker I guess they intentionally forgot about this also.
