This dealership is the worst. I found a car I loved and I was willing to pay msrp, but Johnny and his manager were only selling it with a 6k markup. I had to walk away. And when I left I noticed they ran my credit anyways for no reason. Now a week later the car is still sitting on their lot and online they lowered the price. I called Sultan and he told me that they would not sell it to me at the price I saw online, that they reduced. I'm very frustrated and I just don't understand why they don't want my business. Normally we go MB or RR and the like, but we were determined to look around, and so we went to A LOT of car brands and dealerships over the last few weeks. We were able to eliminate some pretty easily (too small, not comfy, looked meh). Nothing was clicking for us until we visited Kia. And wow, the Telluride hit the ball out of the park-we love it and believe me, I think it has EVERYTHING you want. But beyond that, the staff was awesome-probably the friendliest we've ever seen. The sales person (Hamid 10/10) the manager (Amir) and the finance guy (Chris) were all great, and not only that but even sales and service people not working our deal were friendly and cooperative with our team. Added bonus, Chris was so funny (we laughed so much with him, really needs to go to open mic night) and on top of that Amir helped us get a great deal selling our previous car and not as a trade in at Kia!!!! Purchased a KIA Carnival in April 2022. The sales team was great and the vehicle is amazing. Comfortable inside, lots of room, great power and easy to drive. The service part has become a challenge. Starting with the PD - they did an awful job prepping the car to leave the lot. Left plastic cover trims all over the outside. Literally still finding plastic to remove on the inside of the car. Took it in for oil changes. First time it was $99 but the next time it jumped in price to $179 - Then we had a broken windshield. Needed help with replacement. Everytime I call service I am connected with service center in another state. Never able to speak to someone at the dealership. Call center would tell me they would send a message but I never receive a call back. Took it somewhere else. Then received a recall notice in the auto door. Called to make an appt and shared I would also like the dom light looked at as it was not coming on when the driver door was opened. Was told I would need two separate appts. I asked to speak with someone in service - took my number - no return call. Called again and was able To make a Saturday appt for both issues. Arrived today at the dealership and was told they would need the car for 2-3 days. Shared my frustration with Service and Russell took my concerns with top customer service. I shared how I have felt that once we drove off the lot Kia Dublin had zero regards to provide any customer service. Russell took the car in today, took care of the recall and the service issue. He also provided to me his direct phone number there in Dublin. His actions today will be the reason we will come back for future service (even though their oil change is $79 more than Concord Kia) I hope the Owner of Dublin Kia sees this and shows some appreciation to Russell. Despite a long delay in getting the part I needed for my Kia Sportage Hybrid Alan Elias, at Dublin Kia, made my experience there a very positive one. Alan put me into a loaner suv, kept the lines of communication always open, would call me and update the status of the repair. Dublin Kia service department will get poor rating from me. I visited them for my 2016 Kia Sedona Power door issue and I think they didn't even little time to diagnose the issue, they saw some old scratches and rejected the extended warranty saying scratched door voids all warranties as something resulting from the scratches might be overloading the door motor resulting it to fail. As suggested by dealer to see autobody, I went to Fremont Autobody and showed them the problem. They said the nature of scratches has no impact on the mechanical issue door is showing. He was surprised that Kia dealer didn't fix it. Over the years I have realized, biggest mistakes buyers make is buying the Maintenance Plans and Extended warranties from these dealerships, which very likely will not honor it in future when needed, showing some fine print. read more

I'd been wanting a Kia Sorento SX X-Line Prestige since they came out a couple years ago. I saw a used one on CarFax for nearly $4000 less than market price and under 40k miles and had to check it out. I spoke to salesman Essa (pronounced EE-ssa), who set up a test drive of a similar model as the one I was interested in was being serviced. I was blown away by the Sorento I test drove and it wasn't even as high of a trim level than the one I was interested in. I'd been driving a Lexus SUV, so I was impressed that the top trim Kia's were just as upscale and comfortable. Essa and his manager offered me a great price, I'd just have to wait a couple days to pick it up as some of the servicing included four new tires and a brand new windshield, among other things, adding even more value to the deal I was receiving. After driving the Sorento for a few weeks now, I can't believe that I have such a nice vehicle! This thing has literally everything. A friend recently got a new Tesla and outside of some gimmicky, superfluous features, the Kia has nearly all the same options, as well as few the Tesla doesn't. I could go on and on about all of the safety, entertainment, and esthetic features, but let me just say that it's my new favorite place to be. Ultimately, I really enjoyed my experience with Essa at Dublin Kia and would recommend to others. My only real issue is that, outside of Essa, not one single person has gotten back to me regarding any subject. They've sent me many emails and texts, but don't seem to have much interest in responding, once you've bought your vehicle.
