Meh! The guy who took my drive thru order wasn't polite and didn't tell me my total. After waiting 25 mins for my shake and dipped cone, I pulled up and was offered someone else's order. Upon telling them that wasn't mine, they asked what I ordered and how I was paying. Still, no total given so I asked. Then the girl asks if Id like my dipped cone in a cup "because our ice cream is soft". I said, "umm, I guess if you need to". But no, actually. I want my cone on a cone. Then she says, "the ice cream held up! Here you go" and hands me a dipped cone with about 50 holes dripping with ice cream and chocolate shell and wrapped in a wad of paper towels. I drove home with an entire right hand and lap, carseat full of ice cream. My 3 stars is ONLY for the very rude lady over the speaker during my order. I ordered a flavor blast cone and it is one of my favorites since I was a child. When I said "I'd like to get a flavor blast cone" she says "so you wanna start with the flavor or what?" Then when I say "oh yeah I am sorry I'll do a bumble gum" she goes "size?" And the menu states 'regular' for medium so I stated "I'll take a regular size" and she says "um there's small medium and large. There is no 'regular' here. So again, what size?" Which I responded with "ok my bad that's not what the menu says but I'll do medium" and then she goes on to say "k now go to the window" which I stated and made sure she heard "there's no reason to be rude to your customers but thanks" and went to the window where a very nice gentleman helped me for the remainder of my order. Just very inconsiderate and rude towards the customer. Idk if it's just me that's had that type of attitude during an order but next time I'll be demanding the manager and if that was the manager then I'd be VERY disappointed. read more

First time coming here since I saw a ad that looked like they had good shakes. My pumpkin pie shake was really good and came out like 15 minutes later which I didn't mind. My boyfriend also ordered food and a shake. Food actually came out before my drink so pretty quick and then we waited and waited and it was about 30 minutes after we ordered and still no shake and I had to ask about it which I am assuming they forgot cause they took my receipt. And finally got the shake. I wouldn't mind waiting that long if it was busy but it really wasn't since we got the food way before. Dude's, I love to support the local guys but paying $24+ tip for 2 burgers, 1 large fry and 2 milkshakes, I'd want that burger to be hot and fresh, not a cold patty that was cooked when it was convenient. I also ordered a chocolate malt, "choc" was written on the cup, the young gal says, "Here's your chocolate shake." I asked her, "Oh, I ordered a malt, is that a malt?" Ordered through Grub Hub. Mine was a keto style burger with mayo, fiance's was supposed to be without mayo. They flooded his with mayo. He ABHORRS mayo. Went to lunch today at dude's. Paid fourteen dollars for 2 corn dogs, small fry and a drink. Both of the corn dogs were burnt. I took them back and they made 2 more. Told me that they were better. I went there for lunch today, order 3 burgers, 3 drinks 2 Fries. Paid for the with a 18% tip. Waiting for our order. Meal came with only 2 burgers and 1 fry. Went back to to the window to show them and explain my order was short, waiting at the window while employees are working with NO acknowledgment after five minutes , one employee won't even turn around and acknowledge. This was my last time going to Dudes. It just bad all the way around now. Thought I would surprise the kids and get them milk shakes. This became a $36.13 mistake. Ordered three medium milk shakes. Two mint chocolate chip and one cheesecake. I also asked for a Big Dude burger. Pulled around. They ring you up first, which is normal except that want a tip at the same time. How are you to know if you want to tip until after you receive the food/service? So I have woman staring at me asking if I want to tip, but just sitting there staring at me. Sure, throw 10% on there. Nope. You can not tip the people at Dude's 10%. The LOWEST tip amount you can partake in is 18%. 18% and you have no idea what the **** the food/service is going to be like. So I tipped 18%. Again, another mistake on my part. They bring out the mint chocolate chip milkshakes. Two white milk shakes with black spots in it. "Our mint chocolate chip is white, not green," was what they told me. My two children (One child was home and not with us) tell me it doesn't take like mint anything. I tried a sip. It was vanilla ice cream with chocolate chunks. I set the milkshake on the ledge of the take out window. I had to order my daughter another medium milkshake to get something she'd drink. I asked for the receipt and they gave me the receipt imaged below. No details, just the totals. Very helpful. Paid for the 4th milk shake (First they told me $5.80 something, then the price increased to $6.37. I was a little shocked they didn't ask me to tip again.) and left the... whatever we want to call vanilla and a **** pile of large chocolate chunks shake there with them. $36.13 for three medium milk shakes and a burger. BTW, ate the burger. Thing smelled very good. Taste wise, not so much. Ate half before a horrible after taste ruined my appetite. So, three milk shakes (with a 33.3% accuracy rating on getting the flavors right) and a moderately rotten/funky/whatever burger. TLDR - Don't go there. Like, ever. read more

I was ready to give this place a great review, because the food was delicious, but when I gave them my credit card they didn't offer a receipt, later that day I checked my my online banking and these guys over charged me! the bill was supposed to be $20 but they charged me $35, which it's only $15 so I wasn't going to go back and make a big deal about it, but just be careful that they don't do the same to you. The staff is very friendly, and was very apologetic when I brought my order to the window to be remade. I wanted a regular hamburger, no onion, no pickle, and no cheese. My burger had been made with onions, and with pickles. My spouse was in the car eating their burger, originally ordered as a basic deluxe with no cheese, which had also been made incorrectly to a level that suggested sabotage: so much cheese. I had to tell the kind staff member four, no five times, that I wanted a regular hamburger, no onion, no pickle, and no cheese. They repeated it back to me, every so often coming back and running it by me again - wrong every time, and I would gently repeat what I was wanting. A regular hamburger, no onion, no pickle, and no cheese. I was handed my burger in a bag, and lo and behold when I opened it in the car, there was a layer of onions where there should be no onions.
