The couple in front took forever to order so we stood next in line for a little under 10 min.. we noticed there were several people outside of the small shop waiting for their orders. As we were in line to offer, several people came inside and asked the employees at the counter about their order status. We waited 30 min for 2 iced drinks!! Someone ahead of us was still waiting on her ONE iced coffee. I ordered an iced tiramisu latte and my brother ordered a matcha. My drink tasted like watered down milk. My brother's drink didn't taste like proper matcha. It's a shame because the place and location is nice. But staff doesn't greet you or seem friendly or even approachable. I also really wish that they listed their nutrition facts online. For such a health oriented company it's shocking that they don't, and especially a company of decent size. The smoothies contain dates, nuts, etc. So although they are good ingredients they can be high in fats, so it's important to know. Our smoothie also has coffee as well which we enjoy, but knowing the caffeine content would be appreciated. My last order also had huge white frozen balls that were unblended in it which was odd, I'm not quite sure what they were. If the price was lower, we would come here much more often.
