Finally a DD in Hollywood! Great location at the beginning of the walk of fame. Its corner spot lends itself to the path of many passersby, which is great for people watching. The free wifi is good for getting work done, but there is more seating outside than inside. Service is good and the donuts are great, as always. read more

Mallory making my sandwich was awful. They had gotten my order wrong- no big deal but I moved to LA 1 year ago today from the east coast and wanted a little taste of home to celebrate, so I said something. Not only did she give me attitude but she gave me a sandwich that was tossed together with a squirt of some weird sauce that she didn't even heat up. I took a bite and it was gross and cold but I was going to force myself to eat it because I didn't want to deal with her making me feel bad again for saying something. But my second bite was just not good so I had to ask to at least heat it. It was so uncomfortable and kind of ruined the experience. read more

The parking here is somewhat terrifying. You have 15 minutes in the structure located in the same building, after that it's $3 per 20 minutes. You have to run like a bunny to grab your strawberry sprinkle donuts and cookie dough ice coffee before you start getting charged. No inside seating. read more

Dunkin is probably my favorite coffee. If you're going to get your coffee to go, then this is the place try and/or frequent. If you want to sit inside, be prepared for Dunkin-branded® "radio" musak that is so loud (which "cannot" be turned down by staff) that you wish didn't sit down to read your morning paper or news timeline. Ordered a dozen and wanted to chose which donuts I wanted but the woman working at the register never asked what I wanted. She just put whatever she wanted in my box and when I asked if I could do specific ones she just ignored me. Won't be coming back. Terrible service. read more

It's been a while since I had Dunkin donuts. We don't have one in the Bay Area so this is the closest location and while we were visiting in LA it was one of my goals to get Dunkin donuts. Came here last night and the workers were very hospitable, friendly and made sure I got the best service. They made so much effort and it made me a happy camper. I didn't get to ask for their names but whoever you were (one young lady and one elder gentleman) Thank you so much for your customer service. It made my first time visit there such a memorable one. I ended up getting 2 dozen donuts, a box of munchkins, vanilla bean coolata, a chicken bacon croissant and 2 free Dunkin donut cups! Although they didn't have the favorite flavor of donut that I have always craved which was the Choco butternut, the lady worker mentioned to me that it was only made around October or November for a limited time which was understandable. The gentleman also gave me some good news that the company is opening a Dunkin donuts store within the next year in SF. Which is great and it would be closer to home for me. Well a customer requested I bring Dunkin Doughnuts this morning. So with a little trepidation I made another visit to my local Hollywood store. The parking still sucks, however I entered the store. I was warmly greeted by the staff and the young lady behind the counter could not have been friendlier. I ordered two dozen doughnuts, a bagel and cream cheese and a coffee. We picked out the doughnuts she gave me coffee rang up my sale ($25.00) and thanked me enthusiastically. Attention all expatriate Bostonians....give it a try!! P.S. The place smells pretty bad. The donuts are almost always dry and don't taste freshly made. Also, when they get your order wrong the staff gets really (noticeably) annoyed and act as if it is your fault. It's realy unprofessional in my opinion. I love Dunkin Donuts but this location is not it for me, I would rather walk a little further for the next one. read more

I like Dunkin Donuts but this was not the usual service. Cashier was nice. I ordered an iced latte in the morning and I have to say they moved soooooo slow. They said it was the machine. Also, the latte was bad. I saw the woman pour a full glass of milk and then the poured half a shot of expresso. It still looked like milk and all I could taste was milk with a hint of coffee. I waited 6 minutes for it. This was the worst Dunkin' Donuts coffee I've ever had. I'm so happy Starbucks was on the corner of vine and Hollywood. I was so excited, finally a Dunkin Donuts in LA, however, this is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. An extremely poor selection, the Blueberry Cobbler Croissant Donut is always sold out. So, I ordered the "Decadent Caramel Latte Square" it was extremely dry (even with filling it tasted old and dry) and it tasted like it was a few days old, NASTY. The Bacon Supreme Omelet Breakfast Sandwich microwaved and it tasted like it was from yesterday, it was just slapped together not appealing at all and the cheese and bacon were missing in action, defeats the purpose of its name. Dunkin Donuts West Coast destroyed my happy childhood memories and turned them into a GROSS NIGHTMARE. I wish I could give negative stars. read more

This is a franchised location and service is spotty at best, I treat it as a order what you want, eat what you get kinda place, they run out of staples on the daily, a coffee shop that runs out of coffee is all kinds of wrong, also the employees are clearly not coffee drinkers, they never let the coffee finish brewing before serving it, resulting in a poor cup of coffee, also they've had problems with the lids on the extra large hot cups for over a week now. Portion sizes are inconsistent, hash browns were 7 per order in January and now there is only 6 per order and the price didn't change, today I ordered my usual hash browns two orders, they were put in one bag, instead of the two, and this last complaint is about customers in line, if you've been in line longer than a couple folks how is it possible that when you get to the counter you have NO IDEA WHAT YOU WANT, and also don't have the app open or your wallet out, you folks are the reason for slow lines, when you get to the cashier be ready, when this location has coffee brewed and is well stoked with, donuts, bagels, muffins, etc it's a great place, when they start running out of staples it's a horrible place read more

Coffee & Donut where perfect ......i went used the restroom ...... Afterwards i went outside & My Family showed up they where at the Cvs next door.... So We all crossed the street...towards the theater there yeah.... So I'm eating My Chocolate Donute out of the bag...& trying to drink my coffee...the entire time I'm juggling the coffee cup. ...it has like a wax film on the small size cup. ....i dont know about the other sizes The hole time the cup just wants to slip out of my hand.... And i got half way down the block...directly in front of the Theatre & the cup slipped out of my hand... And it splashed all over my wifes new shoes.... Eeee€6kkkj ! ^, Idn but are all there coffee cups slippery , boy , maybe its just me . Any how what was left of the coffee maybe a little more than half... i sipped down & my oldest son took the last sipp....at We walked into The Theatre there.... I gave 5 Stars Cause guys behind the counter where very helpfull & restroom was clean , well clean for Hollywood earia.... Yeah ...... Location is great and they have outdoor seating which good too. Coming from the East coast I'm happy to see one of these guys in hollywood. However I've gone several times after 8pm and their donuts are always really stale and they have a little selection. I also felt like their employees are always fooling around and not that professional. Not sure how long they are going to last. The several times I've gone the place is always empty or theres shady people lingering around. There's too many good donut shops in LA for them to actually succeed. So we'll see what happens. I'm giving them 2 stars just because we are both from the East coast. ;) read more

First time here. Donut selection looked good except ordered the donut holes displayed in clear cups. They threw them in a bag with other donuts ordered. Seemed wrong and bad presentation not to mention my other doc it's were crushed from the donut holes spikes into my one bag. I think would have enjoyed without the extra assault. read more
