I came on the morning of forth of July, and my experience today was so very welcoming and it was so calm. Katie, was working the window, and she made sure to ask if I needed a cup holder for my drinks and offered if I wanted napkins for my half dozen donuts as well. She was attentive and very kind. There was also a gentleman taking my order for my donuts on the mic in the drive thru and he was so very kind and made me so happy, I never felt rushed. Gone are the days of fresh donuts I picked up a dozen on Saturday about 3pm. Got home and wife, daughter and myself all had 1. And they were hard on outside. Also its down to a tsp of jelly in one corner. By day 2 the hardness is moving to center like its alive. Are they trying to live up to name by having you dunk them in order to bite them? Despite the doughnuts always being "wet", I order here daily at 5am. Its a simple order (2 doughnuts and a regular milk). 50% of the time, they get it right. When I finally had enough after returning home and realizing they gave me chocolate milk, I called for a refund. The so called "Manager" said nothing could be done unless I drove back to the store. I went tonight and ordered 4 donuts. They were just thrown into a bag upside down. When you have chocolate on top of donuts and they're upside down, they're all stuck together. This is by far the worst drive food meal experience I've ever had. This hot mess started at 8:00am when I set out for a quick breakfast. Through the drive through I ordered: 1 sweetened green tea 1 Carmel iced latte with almond milk 2 toasted plan beagles with cream cheese 2 chocolate frosted donuts What I received is: 1 black tea unsweetened 1 plain iced latte with whole milk 2 plan beagles not toasted no cream cheese thrown in a bag 2 chocolate frosted donuts with the frosting sides smashed together making one donut bald when separated. After I drove away and took a drink of the latte I realized it was made with milk, being lactose I sat through the drive through and asked them to remake my drink. They of course did, but then charged me 50 cents for the almond milk. They messed up my entire order and then tried to charge me 50 cents, when I wasted 14 bucks? This was so nuts to me I told the lady in the drive through "my entire order is wrong, I'm only asking for the coffee remade and you are trying to charge me?" To this she shoved the coffee at me very irritated and left the window. Her rude attitude was especially annoying because she left me with no straw. I am a big fan of Dunkin's in other locations. This location is not up to the good old Dunkin name. This place has disappointed me every time. It always puzzles me how I can get my donuts quickly, yet the wait for a medium coffee can take up to twenty minutes. Yet the trio behind me, who happened to order a special coffee drink with their large donut order was served and out the door while I am still waiting for my plain old black coffee. How they prioritize is beyond me. As a rule I avoid this place because I can't get in and out for just coffee. How sad for this place to not know how to take care of its customers. read more

Same story as others. I carry a mask because I actually respect business's property rights. When we walked in though there were about 5 dudes talking and on laptops maskless, no food or drinks to be seen. Needless to say my mask stayed in my pocket. When my wife, daughter, and I got to the counter the person behind the counter with pink stickers on his face said we had to wear masks for service, so my wife went to the car and got hers. THEN, while we were picking our donuts another woman walks in maskless and asks for her to go order AND NO ONE SAYS ANYTHING ABOUT MASKS; they tell her her order is not ready and say nothing as she stands there on her phone maskless waiting. That kind of pick and choose is B******T, not business owner's rights. Today 9/24/23 I went to Dunkin Donuts in Menifee California around 830 AM. I was not the only customer there as I had my family with me and other customers standing in line. The Manager (I believe her name is Liliana or Lily) was being so obnoxious and rude to her worker at the front counter where all of the customers were listening and watching. Apparently one of the worker switched shifts with another worker and the employee forgot she switched and showed up. She actually agreed to leave but the Manager jumped all over the employee that was going to work and was blankly be rude and talking shit to the employee in front of all the customers!! The girl looked like she wanted to cry and asked should I go home and the Manger said "go home". I'm a frequent customer at this store and the Manager always has a straight face, she doesn't smile what so ever, not friendly and no customer service skills. Not sure how she even got this role, but clearly the Manager role does not suit her. The other day I over heard the employees talking and one said that the workers aren't allowed free water while on duty. I told the employee to walk to McDonalds and get free water since Dunkin Donut is hard up to charge for water. The few employees that I've encountered are awesome and friendly even the gal that got yelled at and went home has been so sweet to me and my family when we go in. Dunkin needs to replace the Manager with a better suited person for the job. The Manager sucks and corporate needs to be aware. read more

Dunkin' gave me the same experience as other people stated. I had walked in with 6yo daughters. We waited a few minutes before we were even greeted in a empty store. Only to be asked to put a mask on. I kindly explained that I did not have a mask with me and if they could provide one(my kids had one on). So what I took out of this was that customers are not worth the Pennie's to provide a mask to buy the over priced products they serve. My boyfriend and I often find ourselves in the Dunkin' drive-thru when we need a quick pick-me-up. We've never waited long, donuts are fresh, and the drinks aren't half bad! I prefer their regular coffee and iced coffee over the specialty drinks, personally, but don't have any complaints. This place is more of a daily stop for us, where we grab a treat mid-day or on our way out of town. The workers are friendly and prices are a little lower than other local coffee shops, which is a plus. I'd give this place five stars if the special drinks were more flavorful (this is based on their holiday 2020 variations, not bad, just not as rich and sweet as we like), and if Dunkin' wasn't closed after 2pm on several occasions. Although this may anger some people, Starbucks and Pete's plain black coffee is terrible, I will admit that Starbucks had the best Frappes( or maybe it's just cause they got so much sugary goodness). I typically like Dunkin but this location is the worst. The baristas are clueless, lack personality and they make it so obvious that they don't want to work there. My drinks are always filled up to the brim that they spill in my car. It's like they don't even think while they're making the drinks. And that is why Starbucks will always rule! To the obnoxious individual who responded saying "it's just fast food honey", uh no it's not. It's Dunkin' (previously Dunkin Donuts) it may just be fast food, but that is a terrible excuse for lazy, sloppy people who could give two shits about good work ethic.
