First of all, thank you for allowing indoor service. Something your neighbor McDonald's did not allow. I was able to enjoy a warm place to eat a donut., a Cappuccino and a croissant sandwich. UPDATE* My Reviews Preface: People have different taste buds and preferences. Some may like their food more/less salty, spicy, seasoned, etc. Some may prefer mom-n-pops restaurants, others more fancy or both. Some prefer fresh & organic ingredients, others just want their food to taste "good". As far as customer service,  I think that can be tricky based on people's personalities. So, I'm of the opinion that you try the place your looking to eat at & judge for yourself, unless there are horrid reviews, of course. Atmosphere: N/A have yet to eat inside Dining Set-Up: N/A have yet to eat inside Customer Service: no complaints, adequate. *UPDATE: went through the drive-thru, sat for a few mins, said hello a few times and no response. Drove around, saw staff through the window as well as customers. Double checked hours online, it was still open, so I drove around again, said hello a few times again and finally someone answered me as if I had rudely interrupted their evening. I remained polite, ordered my donuts. (See below). Cleanliness: N/A have yet to eat inside. Timing of Food: adequate for a drive through setting / timely UPDATE* bad experience, as noted above. Food: This is where I had a problem. I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich. It was dry and borderline burnt - had no real flavor. The hashbrowns were seasoned, so that gave a different taste than most breakfast fast food hashbrowns. I also had a sampler of donut holes - they were just okay. UPDATE* Donuts were stale, don't think I'd go here again. Price: For what I got, a bit below average. I have been a loyal customer for a good while now. I've always preferred Dunkin rather than Starbucks due to the fact that it's affordable, great quality of food and beverages and amazing offers. But today I specifically want to write this review as an opportunity for this location to provide better training to their employees. I understand that it can get overwhelming with the amount of customers in the store and drive thru but I waited 20 minutes to get my hash browns and sourdough sandwich that they forgot about, it wasn't until my husband went up to check the status to find out they were about to make it. I also ordered a chocolate muffin and ended getting a blueberry muffin. I don't ever recall waiting this long for my food. The employees don't call out the names for people's orders. Just tried my first iced coffee from Dunkin's Donuts & it was DELICIOUS! Super affordable! Cheaper than what I usually get at Starbucks & it tastes amazing! I also had a few sprinkle donuts as well. I haven't been here in a while as I've opted to go to other places. I've heard rumors that Dunkin' doesn't make their donuts on site but instead ships them in frozen. Based on my last few experiences I'd say they tasted that way. The other weird thing about them is the drive thru menu does not have a listing of the different donuts available. They have everything else you could imagine but not the donuts. So you have try and guess what you want, or have them recite what's available which is not optimal. Either way it's just stupid. You'd have to go inside to get a true assessment of what they have, and for a while they weren't open because of the pandemic. Although the drive thru was a bit slow, we had a very pleasant experience with the location's staff. My wife went tonight to get some donuts for our kids. Usually I wouldn't leave a review on a donut shop because, and let's face it, they're all subpar. Upon entering this fine establishment, my wife thought she was at a Paramore concert due to fine look of these donut hustlers. Now, my wife is pretty hot. So when she entered she was surprised to not be greeted by these mongers behind the counter. It was after 5 minutes they approached her to not say hello or to ask what she wanted but to harass her about whether or not she had a mask. My wife put her mask on and was then followed up with a "oh now I can help you." Wtf is wrong with you self righteous hippies? Are you not privy on customer service and how that works? Someone needs to get this place under control. Quality of the donuts and coffee is not good. I get the sugar free vanilla lattes in which I was told it comes with 3 Shots for a medium and 4 shots for a large. I watched the girl making my coffee , fill my cup 3/4 of the way with ice and milk before they added the coffee and syrup. After she finished, it tasted mostly of milk. Seems like they're more concerned with profits rather than the quality of their products. 2 days ago, I asked for Oat Milk with my 2 medium Latte's in which they charge an extra 80 cents, both drinks were made with regular milk and the taste was horrible. Instead of sugar free vanilla in which I asked for, they gave me regular Vanilla (way too sweet) . I called them up and told them how they screwed up my drink and they gave me a remake the next day. they should have also refunded me my cash on top of the remake for me having to drive 15/20 minutes to get there. It's not worth what you're paying for. Today my wife ordered donuts hold and they were not fresh mostly dry and the icing falling of the surface. You know I know it's early but that's the idea behind having a donut stop. There were so many people in line for the drive-thru nobody in the store so I went in and no one acknowledged me until I stood there for a couple of minutes and then they said I'll be with you in a moment that moment turned into another few minutes. I read previous reviews and I always give the place the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, this location is THEE worse dunkin location I have ever been to. The employees seems to have an attitude and a disregard for good customer service. Typically is the younger crew. Which could be good or bad, in this occasion is bad, you can tell the level of immaturity on their approach. This is a management issue. They don't have any manners, they answer back to you, they laugh in your face, and say sleek remarks. The majority of the time the drive thru is packed. When you peep inside they are usually laughing and playing on their phone not being productive. Good luck in getting your full order correctly. Drive-thru will mess your order up every time. My husband ordered a frap and said no whip cream, I ordered a pepper bacon sandwich on a bagel. They repeated it back to us, the receipt was correct but when he got his drink it had whip and I had some random sausage sandwich? They then asked if we wanted hot sauce or ketchup and we said ketchup, we check the bag and nothing no sauce? One of the best donut places I've been to in a long time! The young lady was super friendly! Helped me decide what size drink I should get and whether it be iced or hot. Straight up awesome! Then she created friendly conversation about my Supreme debit card . She was awesome! I didn't quite catch her name, but I'm pretty sure she remembers. 11/10 will come back to this place and always order my coffee and donuts! They even have comforty seats to sit in. By far my favorite drive thru. Have come by a few times, the most recent being last week. Whenever I visit my parents, I make sure to stop here to get a quick pick me up. They always make the coffee perfect and follow any and all of the little directions. Will continue coming back here.
