Dutch Bros ruined my coffee shop experience forever. I literally never wanna go anywhere else again. The person who took my order (Jazlyn) for real talked to me like we've been friends for forever! It was also my first time here and she made the experience sooooo easy and recommended me so many drinks that I wish I could have ordered all at once, but just means I'll have to come back and try them all! She was seriously so nice and helpful. Also the people at the window were all super friendly. Honestly, everyone you interact with is just the best. Their customer service skills are on point. The drink I got was the Eclipse (low key got it because of Twilight) and it was so good! It's a passion fruit peach black tea. Just get it and also you're welcome. Can't wait to come back! First time at a Dutch bros. We are coffee and tea drinkers cold or hot. I had a London fog and it was the best I have ever tasted. I am a Starbucks drinker that orders at least 4xs a week. May change to Duch bros but none are within 30 miles of where I live. We had whole family so there was none drinks and everyone loved theirs. We ordered flavored tea, black tea, smoothies, fraps, hot coffee iced coffee. Not one complaint from a group ten. This was our first stop on our week long RV road trip. read more

For everyone that didn't know, Dutch bros is big in our surrounding states (Oregon, Arizona). Now that it's here, and the locations are few, YES YOURE GOING TO BE WAITING IN LINE. You have new staff, people are still learning the ropes & making errors, GET OVER YOURSELVES! This spot on bear valley is already super popular! The staff is so bubbly & friendly which is what you hope for after waiting for 30 mins. In our case the card reader for our girl taking orders stopped working. Dutch is my preference over Starbucks. The coffee itself isn't spectacular when you compare it to small cafes, but the ability to customize is much appreciated. My go-to is always either a Chai or a Bob Marley. The staff is usually pretty friendly and the drive isn't horribly slow, even when it's busy. It's far out, but I tend to favor this location and its service over the VV location. read more

Realllly bummed about my last visit. I am a loyal Dutch Bros customer. I've been to a good share of them up and down the west coast. I'm from Washington State where it's very common, but I live in LA where the closest Dutch bros is 3-4 hours away at this location. I've been a few times since they've opened and no issues until now. I got a few drinks for myself and to bring back to my family so I asked for no ice. They then gave me all the drinks half full. They said they did it so that ice can be added later but this is just a rip off. I asked for no ice so my drinks wouldn't get watered down. If I had ordered these drinks hot they would not have done this. I've never seen anywhere do something like this. Not even Starbucks... This is such a cheap move, and a huge disappointment. We will see if I come back to give them my patronage, and I'll tell my other Dutch bros fans to beware this rip off. read more

Dutch Bros has great coffee and tea. However, at this specific location, each time we go we have to sit in line forever. Not because their are a ton of cars but because the kids running this place talk way too damn much. Lol. These kids need a crash course with In N Out staff. They'll show them great customer service but they'll teach them to keep the line moving. We sat in line at 9:30 at night for 30 mins for some coffee! The newest coffee shop in the high desert. At least it's not a car wash again. lol! This location is located at the NW corner of Bear Valley Rd and Navajo Rd in the Stater Bros shopping center. There are two lines for drive through that merge into one. At least during the pandemic there is an employee who works outside who takes your order. One time I did ask if there is always someone out there and they replied yes, so I'm assuming this is how they take orders. I didn't see a menu board that you pull up to so that's something different. The employees are friendly and are encouraged to make conversation with you. At least that's what I experienced at the pickup window. She asked me about my rearview mirror and where I got it. Seemed kinda forced and awkward, but at least she was nice. Wait time was minimal even though there are a lot of cars at times. The drinks in my opinion were nothing special, however they were not bad at all. Nice to have a change from the usual coffee shop. My particular favorite are their muffin top baked goods. The wife and I have tried their chocolate chip and orange zest (or something like that). Both are pre-packaged and taste very fresh and are not too expensive. There are many other coffee shops in the area, and it is nice to see a variety of them popping up in Apple Valley. I believe they are building one in Victorville too closer to the 15 freeway. Overall, I would recommend you stop by and give it a try. read more
