I had to greet her first then she repeats my order and then grabs my drinks about 2 minutes later which were all watered down. My double blended drink was about 2 inches melted from the bottom up. My regular drink tasted very watered down. My add on was also not given to me so I payed extra on-top of the my tip for the service that was trash. read more

I know this Dutch just opened but it needs some serious training. The lines were awful but to be expected. I don't think I've ever been to a Dutch bros and it didn't have a line. They have two line entrances at this location and the girl that took my drink told me to stay in my lane and follow the blue bmw in front of me, if they move I move. So I did just that until the other girl working the OTHER lane told me to stop in the middle of going up to the window and told me her car was supposed to be next but She hasn't even taken her order yet! And I already paid and there was no one at the window.... so that seemed a little weird Let's get to the coffee; My drink was absolutely awful. And so inconsistent. One minute it was sweet chocolate milk flavor and the next it was absolutely burnt tasting. The young girl at the window didn't even say hi to me, which was weird because people at Dutch usually have no sense of personal space and are usually half way in my car. This is my least favorite Dutch location. Some of the staff aren't so friendly and they pay no attention to the drive through line...we literally waited patiently as we watched the Dutch worker wave 3 cars before us that actually came after us. The employee questioned "how were you next?" When I advised her I did not appreciate the fact that she is allowing several cars to go in front us. She said "well we really can't tell who is next." I am so happy to see the consistency at all the locations in Arizona, super friendly staff and the coffee is always delicious, I love the iced 911 breve with a splash of vanilla, yummy! This location in particular is quick and I appreciate that. I do wish the pricing was a bit lower as it used to as I could afford to stop by more in the past, besides that I love my cup of coffee! All these "negative" reviews are silly to me. It is a place you stop daily, I am sure there are more positive experiences than maybe that ONE off experience and you people only post when you are not 100% satisfied...? Usually I love this place but today I met a new employee (the grown white man with a mullet that wears a snapback, yes unfortunate) who took my order, after I had just woke up and picked my brother up from school, called the POLICE on me because he believed I was impaired (??). I did not like the menus they had in the drive thru they didn't really have many options so I googled the menu. I decided on the eclipse frost since I hadn't ever been to a Dutch bros before. The service was fast and friendly. I did not like the drink however. It tasted like pure sugar and hurt my teeth! It certainly was not what I expected, I ended up throwing the entire drink away and was quite disappointed that I wasted $6. I am hesitant to try it again since it was such an awful drink. This location needs help already!! Very new, but very bad. First, the location is awkward. It's in the middle of a tiny strip mall, which doesn't make sense. You'd think a drive thru would be on a end. Then it has an awkward two-lane split but no place to merge. You just have to wait or cut in line. They had the typical long wait due to heavy volume. NBD but at other locations they send out a Bro to take orders as soon as cars start to stack. I was in line (a car was backing out of one of the faux order lanes) a good 10 minutes without moving before they sent out a bro. Then, he didn't let me pay, he only took my drink order. So I had to wait still to pay. Then, after I made to the window and paid, I still waited a solid 5 minutes for them to make my drink. And it was the worst version of my regular drink I've ever had. I came to this location a few days ago with my mother for the very first time ever for both of us. We had an unbelievable experience. My mom wasnt sure how to order what she normally would and when she received her drink it wasn't what she expected. Devin who was a lead that day remade the drink for her and let her keep the other after making it right. So then feeling very appreciative i tried to pay and he refuses our money. He said that Dutch bros gives love out with every cup and that being kind was more important.
