My cousin raved about Dutch Bros so we had to get it before leaving Arizona. I'm more of an iced tea person than a coffee person. To my surprise, they had so many tea flavors to choose from! I felt so overwhelmed however the guy helped us out! Drink: -Palm Tree Iced Tea: This reminded me of Starbucks' Passion Tango Tea. You can taste the passion fruit in this and it was not as sweet. If you want it sweeter, I suggest letting them know before hand. Also, I would get less water since it seemed a bit watered down to me. However, the medium size lasted me the whole car ride back to Cali. -Caramel Iced Breve: My mom enjoyed her iced coffee. She told me it had the right amount of sweetness and the coffee flavor was excellent! She's a huge coffee drinker and she's picky when it comes to her iced coffee. Glad she enjoyed it. -Double Iced Mocha: My cousin's all time favorite drink from here. I tried it but it was just too strong for me. However, that should be a great thing for coffee drinkers. It's a drive-thru chain known for specialty java and espresso drinks, plus teas and smoothies. This place is always crowded. We visited this place on November 10, 2019. What is not to say about this place, although they usually have a long line they're really quick! From what I've seen, they always have someone outside, taking your order so that by the time you get to the window, it's ready! We love anything Carmel! But we plan to try more things from the menu. My friend mentioned it was my birthday and TJ immediately had the whole Dutch crew embarrass me with a loud happy birthday . He even gave me a free birthday drink! Several hours later I received messages from Chase indicating three charges at Chipotle and one from GoPuff, a food delivery service, a total of approximately $125. Chipotle is within sight of the Dutch Brothers location, too coincidental. I believe my card was skimmed by one of the employees. I returned to the location and spoke with an individual who identified himself as the manager ... who would not give me his name after several requests. I question whether he was a manager. Dutch bros never fails me! Came here the weekend before Christmas and they were having $2 cold brew, any cold brew! Well of course I had to go. My sisters came and so did my friend from out of town (he had never tried it). We got the annihilator, cocomo, white mocha and the kicker. I used a gift card to purchase the drinks--and apparently--there was no balance on that card!!!!! Which was weird because we bought it at this location. Anyway the gal managing the front was so very kind and helped with overriding it and giving us the $5 that was supposed to be on that card. Dutch bros always have upbeat and friendly staff. Look for the Windmill Dutch Brothers has found the friendliest, most energetic emoloyess to work at their shops, considering they have to be up so early in the morning. Their service at Dutch Bros was great; every employee was like a long lost friend. Their coffee and smoothies at Dutch Bros are delicious, but I think it's the customer service that will keep me coming back for more. I had the Mango smoothie and my nephew had the not so hot coca, both drinks were delicious. My smoothie was light, sweet, and refreshing (would have taken a picture but I drank it to quick). If you want your drink customized just ask, Dutch Bros will take care of it. I like that Dutch Bros has "less hot" options for kids (my nephew liked the fact that the hot chocolate didn't burn his mouth). You might want to give Dutch Bros a try if your in the area. read more

Had a bit of an issue trying to get in the parking lot because we came from opposite direction than we should've, but super impressed right away! Even for being open only a few hours which is usually a nightmare, it was super easy, no major line at the walk up window or in the drive thru. The drive thru is great with extra long lanes that intersect into one and just as you expect amazing employees to greet you. This Dutch location is right on the corner of 95th and Glendale Ave behind Gordon Biersch Brewery and across from Tanger Outlets. I started drinking Dutch Bros Coffee when I was in college and needed something to keep me awake during exam week or if my roommates and I just wanted something to drink late at night. This was the only the place near us that stayed open later than other coffee shops. I usually order then Annihilator cold brew with Almond milk. It is soo good!! The flavor of chocolate and macadamia nut is something I have never tried before coming here. I have tried almost all of the drinks with my roommates and they are all good drinks! Anthony, the guy taking the orders in the drive through line let 2 cars go ahead of our spot in line, he was not alternating taking the orders as they normally do.
