Even though this DB is always SUPER busy. They always have amazing customer service. No one is ever grumpy and they will all secede to my daughter's crazy whims if possible. My family and I were at the Glendale location at 4 pm. I know this location is busy, but the girl that help us was extremely rude. I ordered three drinks, ice tea, rebel, and peach smoothie. It took 30 minutes to get my drink and when my drinks were ready I told the girl I ask for lite ice on the rebel and tea drink. Then she took the lid that was on the drink and used it to fling ice out of the drink right in front of me. I ask for a new drink and said I can take more ice out, which was already lite ice. The glass was filled with ice. By that time I just wanted to leave. So I left and she had a lot of attitude when saying bye. Sticking your dirty hand and flinging ice out of a drink like that in front of a customer is uncalled for. My wife and I go to Dutch Bros at least twice a week. So glad I didn't blow my own money and had a gift card. Here are the issues: 1. Overpriced 2. Long line - 20+ minute wait 3. We're in a pandemic with Covid on the rise and they had multiple people near my car taking my order that could have been done safely from ONE complete menu board. 4. No way out of the long line if you want out. Trapped. 5. Multiple, incomplete menu boards that do not show the items online. This is the biggest issue after Covid cluelessness. 6. Prices shown are so small - I have 20-20 vision and had to squint...but the name of the items on the incomplete menus are readable! 7. $4.50 for a weak Chai with barely any toppings - they ask if you want the toppings - why the h%^* do they list them and then ask if you want them when you order? If I didn't want them, why would I order it? 8. Company purely out for profit vs. safety of employees and customers. 9. No cash accepted. 10. Person taking order asks: how can I help you? How would someone new to this place know what to order if they do not provide a COMPLETE menu to look at prior to ordering! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! read more

Let me start by saying I am a coffee snob. I do frequent Starbucks BUT can do without as long as it's good coffee. I tried this because all the hype..i will say it's ok. I only tried it once and it was the chai tea one. It was flavorful for sure. I prefer dark coffee (hair on your chest coffee as my mom likes to jokingly say) this did not give me that "ready for the day" energy like my dark roast favorite does. I had to get another cup mid day to feel awake(I'm typically a one cup a day). I was recommended to try another flavor I will post a second date update soon! read more

First of all let me start by saying I love Dutch Bros. Way better than Starbucks. But this location, lets just say that if you want to wait 30-45 minutes for coffee then this is the place to go. I went in this morning for two Golden Eagles and as usual there was a line but not too bad. Waited for about 40 minutes for my coffee with a fussy baby in the back seat. I'm not exaggerating, it was that long. From the moment I got in line to the moment I got my coffee, it took that long. And i thought, "well maybe they're short staffed." I never complain on yelp. I think most of the time people complain about restaurants, you can definitely sense how one-sided it is. Not here. I was late to work today. Had to be there at 8:45. I got in line at 8:20. The fact that it takes 25+ minutes to make 8 DRINKS is beyond me. Either get some more employees to make the drinks, or fire the ones who aren't. Lesson learned at least, make sure your next 45 minutes are free when you enter the line here. read more
