I have faith I will like them better once they get a lil more experience. Been here twice and both drinks were kinda nasty. The last drink I ordered was the banana split I believe it was called It had chunks of ice it was more ice texture instead of almond milk textured. I usually make coffee at home but I was out running errands and decided to get dutch bros. I am so glad I did! Jahir, the young gentleman, who took my order was honestly the sweetest and refreshing to talk to (especially in this hot weather). I ordered a caramelizer and Jahir educated me on white beans?! Service is good, but waited in the drive thru line for 55 minutes for 1 drink...and then the drink was not the one I ordered. Drinks are good but not worth the wait. Needs better management. Or at least have a way to get out of line to leave. Wouldn't recommend coming through the drive thru. Not sure if going to window is better. read more

First the wait is over an hr and you are stuck in the line, they should have an emergency exit, second by the time I got to the front only 1 car moved every 7 min. Third time I come to this location. Always a long wait for no reason. This time around, the line wasn't even long yet, I waited 30 mins for my drinks. One of them was even wrong. The staff seem all confused. I saw one of them redo a drink multiple times. It seems like they need more training. The car in front of me was at the window and they had to wait 10 mins more for their drinks. While I was waiting and was the second car almost at the window. They kept bringing drinks out and giving them to the cars behind me. I was confused since I ordered before everyone behind me. It was like that for 10 mins until it was my turn to be at the window. Waited 5 mins just for one of the staff to finally come up to the window and give me my drinks that were just behind the window. It seems like my drinks were ready since along time before I arrived and nobody bother to check. One of my drinks was not even correct. Worst experience at a Dutch bros. It seems like this location has a training problems or might be under staff. I been to busier locations and never waited more than 15 mins and the line was longer. read more

I love Dutch Bros. I visit them often in Arizona. I understand this location is new. But there were only three people ahead of us at the walk up window. The drive thru was backed up. We have waited over 30 minutes for two ice teas. Still waiting. They must place the drive thru orders higher priority than the walk up window. This used to be a great Dutch Bros location , but not anymore. They are SO SLOW. I watched 5 cars leave the line and at least one had already paid for their drink. My drink was wrong again but no way am I going back to wait another 40 min. I have have given this location a few chances because it started off great, but no more. I've gone to this Dutch Bros everyday since it opened. The first day (Friday) they were not busy at all. The broista let me sample their mocha chocolate milk which was very nice. Second day (Friday) not busy. Third day (Saturday) was PACKED because it was dog day. The car line was long but moving. But cars were spilling out into the main road as they couldn't fit in the drive thru lanes. Fourth day (Sunday) still pretty busy. Fifth day (Monday) was moderately busy. I'm shocked how long people will wait in their cars for a $5 drink. Yes its the hot new thing but dang gas prices are high. Sixth day (Tuesday) I went twice. Once in the early afternoon and once around 6pm. Late morning early afternoons are much much less busy than after 4pm. Seventh day (Wednesday & day I'm writing this review) was the craziest of all. I went around 7:30pm. The drive thru line was the longest I've ever seen and barely moving. I heard the drive thru wait was one hour. The small parking lot was packed. People actually started honking at each other because they were mad and couldn't leave the parking lot because the drive thru line was so long it was blocking the exit. Driving giant monstrosities doesn't help. And us at the walk up window were not too happy either. Some people had been waiting over 40 minutes for their drinks. One girl was trying to buy a gift card and the employees had no clue how to do it. The poor girl was standing there for 10 minutes with her credit card ready to pay with no avail. Meanwhile the walk up window line grew and grew. I must have waited 15 minutes just to place my order. I don't mind waiting because I knew what I got myself into. But we were not a pleasant crowd. They need more outside seating just for people to sit and wait. They had two fold out chairs on Tuesday but I didn't see them on Wednesday. My legs did start to cramp up from standing so long so they really need to add outdoor seating and they have plenty of space to do so. It is concerning the drive thru line on their property can't fit all the cars that show up for drinks. The cars spill out into the main road which is dangerous for cars not going to Dutch Bros but just trying to drive by to get to the hotel, apartments, or shopping center nearby. Dutch Bros should have a direct entrance from San Bernardino Ave and not only from the auxiliary road that runs parallel. Every visit except for my first one the employees were not trained on the specifics of the drinks. I had a few questions about pricing, sizing, and syrup amount and every time they had to go ask someone else because they did not know. I understand if they aren't the ones actually making the drinks. But they should have the ability to look up this basic info on their iPad. The pricing! They have barely any pricing displayed. All they show is pricing for a few medium sized drinks on their menu board. To make it worse there's nowhere you can find the pricing online. If you want to know the price for any drink that isn't a medium, you need to ask the employee directly in person. In the Dutch Bros app it should at least show you the pricing for your location exactly how Starbucks does. The Dutch Bros app makes me miss the Starbucks app. The Dutch Bros app is worthless. It just shows you the names of drinks and their flavors and nothing else that's useful. The fact they hide pricing in 2023 is scummy especially with the insane inflation we are all experiencing. I've only done walk up orders so I can't say much first hand about the drive thru experience. But from observing it, looks miserable unless you are with friends and having fun while your car runs in the 100°F weather. As for the drinks, the golden eagle is good but you can get it at Starbucks for cheaper. The breves are good but the small and medium breves have the same amount of espresso (2 shots) and syrup (1oz) so the only difference is the amount of half and half you are getting. So if you want a stronger tasting drink, get the small. The large breves offer double so 4 shots and 2oz of syrup. They measure syrup in scoops so one scoop is 1oz. The breves are just lattes made with half and half instead of milk. I was worried the half and half base would make the drink too heavy but it was pleasant and not overbearing. The chocolate milk is very good but sweet. The soft top is overrated and not very sweet. I ordered it with my cold brew and they barely put any in my drink. You get much less than pictures depict. Starbucks cold foam is much better. The cold brew itself is nice and not too acidic. I like it much better then Starbuck's version. The freezes are SO sweet. Just be aware of that. Next time I get a freeze it will be half sweet. And yes you can get any drink 1/2 or ¼ sweet. read more

This review is strictly on costumer service. I pulled up to the drive through and there was 3 cars waiting and a 4th was getting their order taken. Before I even made it behind the last car, a guy taking trash out tells me sorry we're closed. I asked what time do you close? He says 10pm,then he kept walking. I looked at the clock and it's 10pm on the dot. The drive thru wasn't blocked off and there was 1 car in front of me getting their order in. All I was getting was an iced latte. My question is,was it really that hard to get 1 more order in? To make one more drink! One more. Besides the fact that I would imagine that if they're so strict about time and closing. One would think that they'd block off the drive trough with the cones. Besides the employee taking that last order saw me and walked away ignoring me,avoiding eye contact in case that heaven forbid I'd try to order. I get this place appeals more to younger people,the whole Broista concept and all that. But costumer service goes a long way. And even though I pulled up at 10pm,this whole bussines of slaming the door on your face was pretty rude. This place feels like a bunch of kids running a place without any adult supervison. Ironically enough,the guy taking the trash out is one of the oldest. By the way I stop by every single night to get my coffee for the next morning. I usually see the same crew. I'm looking forward to seeing the same guy next time and say hello. BTW I turned around just to go back to him and as he was trying to tell me I was going the wrong way,I rolled down my window just to let him know he was being ridiculous. My wife and I have been visiting Dutch Bros. since we discovered them in Arizona. We were overjoyed when they opened one in Yucaipa, and even more so for the one in Redlands. Their customer service is always great. Friendly, smiling, and communicative staff. Overall, it's a great vibe. Now, let me get into why I'm writing this review. I always order the same drink, green tea with peach flavoring and light ice. At first, it was good. Great balance of tea and flavoring. However, the last three or four times, it's tasted like water with a hint of peach flavoring. I drive off, and it's a toss of the dice. Will it be good, or will it be watered down peach something or another. Dutch Bros. you have good employees, but please teach them consistency! If I want watered-down garbage, I'll go somewhere else. I wasn't a fan of Starbucks, but you're making me one. Lol! read more
