My sister ordered the grasshopper, which h is a blended drink.their website says it is made with mint and dark chocolate. It had no mint, no dark chocolate. So happy this was opened in Ca even better right up the street from my house. Dutch bros is the same wither here or out of state. Staff is always very warm and friendly and what to hell and share great suggestions. At this location everyone is so nice and have a smile ready to help you. I recently tried the strawberry lavender lemonade it was refreshing and delicious now this was a refresher to those other guys to learn how to make refreshing drink with lemonade should taste like. (Like what I did there?)only sad thing it is seasonal. The mangonada lemonade is great too, the strawberry chamoi is a game changer. It is sweet but not overpowering and you won't go into a sugar coma after. You can't go wrong with the classics iced Golden Eagle or Annihilator you will love. The soft top is a nice addition if you want something like whip cream. They can also make most of the menus items sugar free as well. For a sweet tooth the Flap Jack Mocha or Snickers Mocha is great and yes it taste like a blended candy bar. I can go on and on but go try it for yourself. Once again, the employees working the line at Dutch Bros get it wrong. They should be called Dutch Dinghies since they can't keep track correctly. I arrive in line and a white car in the left line got service before the truck on the right side who had already been waiting; just because the white car is closest to the door doesn't mean you service them first. Also this truck had been waiting on the right for some time before the white car pulling into the line. A while later a truck shows up on the right side of me which would be the fourth vehicle and I'm already waiting as the third vehicle in line. However, for whatever reason the girl in the picture decides to help the fourth vehicle instead of taking my order although I've already been waiting in line. How upside down is your reasoning you should be attending the cars in the way they arrived instead of going reverse; what the pumpkin is wrong with you? Are you dense? Get your logic together. I do not have one around me so when I go to the IE for work, Dutch Bros is a MUST! I got to the one in Rialto and have yet to be disappointed. The drinks are always amazing and service is always great! I wish I had one near me but I guess not having one gets me excited to always go back on my way to work out there. Highly recommend to anyone that hasn't tired it before. It's like Starbucks, any place that sells slushy's put into one place! I just wish they gave out stickers weekly!!!!! Waited 1hr in drive thru. I was running late, after 45min I asked for a refund and to exit. You are trapped in the drive thru so by the time I could exit they told me to wait for a manger for a refund. Then the manager told me I couldn't get a refund because I ordered thru the app not my card so I would have to wait for a gift card to be issued. Then they said they'd make my drinks in 5min. The people in the drive thru have no idea what is going on, I pulled in and 3 cars in the second line were helped before I was helped, AND when the lady was FINALLY done with the one (1) car in front of me, she walked back inside. That's like 3 orders taken for people who arrived AFTER me. If your entire business is going to be heavily reliant on drive thrus you have got to be more effective. The wait is ridiculous, and their workers are incompetent. They just opened and still don't have their sh*t together. The person who took our order was very kind and polite. What was the problem was afterwards. A Tesla drives up disregarding all the lines and cut in front of everyone who did make the order. As they drove up to the pick up window. He claimed he got on the wrong lane and claimed the lady taking the orders wasn't there. Lies. The girl taking the order was wearing a bright vest and was visibly seen by everyone. Instead of being told to get back in line, the girl at the front laughed it off, giggled, and was flirty with him. She took down their order and made everyone else wait who did have the order placed and respected the rules and regulations. If I was the girl at the pick up order I would have informed them they needed to get in line and wait just like everyone else. As we pulled up, we told our complaints and how unfair it was we all had to wait. All she did was giggled and said she was sorry. Also when my mother was peaking Spanish she cut my mother off and didn't want to ask her team if someone spoke Spanish. Shows what kind of employee she is: doesn't want to assist customers. My husband was stoked to try this place we both love our coffee and whenever a new spot pops up we make an effort to go. The line was long but they did a good job at moving it at a decent pace. We both got the golden eagle and it was okay . . . Mine tasted water down but my husbands was better which was strange because we got the same exact thing.
