Staff is great! They know me mostly in the mornings before work. I get me my regular "IRIE dutch soda".

I never leave reviews. But today was such a horrible experience that I felt the need to. I am an avid Dutch lover, been going to Dutch since before we had any in SoCal! Anytime I visited family up in Fresno I always stopped and got my OG gummi bear when getting into and leaving town. Today on my lunch decided to grab a drink, ordered like normal, then asked if they still had stickers. The employee told me no(with the most annoyed voice ever) but ok no harm it happens. But while waiting for my drink I see the other employee who is taking orders give out stickers. When I approached the window I asked about it. And he proceed to again tell me no. I explained that I saw the employee who did not originally take my order give them out. He says I should have gotten into her line instead. He explained that I can go back in line and order another drink and hope I get her to take my order for me to get a sticker. I know it's sticker but the amount of rudeness and attitude was unbelievable. There are groups on Facebook and IG specifically about these sticker drops, so it's not a private thing. So for both employees to be annoyed about me asking put me off quite a bit. Hopefully this Dutch comes up with a better plan for stickers or at least some plan to give it to those who ask. read more

First time I try Dutch Bros. The place is small but gears towards efficiency. No indoor seating. To go order from the window or drive thru. Which is great and fast. The coffee itself is average in my opinion. A great choices with others coffee's company around. read more

This is a cute little drive through coffee shop! They open about 3 months ago and is quite popular. There's also a window where you can order from the parking lot. We got the double torture with half sweet. The coffee is really smooth and half sweet is sweet enough. I really like it. I also got their Palm Beach and it's refreshing. Great service today in Rialto. The very nice young lady in the drive/thru helped me decide on whether I should stick with my usual golden eagle or try the coconut mocha drink. Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes in line because everyone knows that this is the spot. I would highly recommend blasting your A/C while waiting in the drive thru as the line does go by quickly. My favorite drink here is the Caramelizer freeze, it's similar to a Starbucks frappe, but way more delicious! The rialto location is my favorite location in the inland empire they are always so friendly and never get my order wrong. The line goes by so quickly here, and trust me ive gone to many other locations multiple times and this one is best out of them all. 10/10 definitely recommended they also don't play their music all crazy loud outside like other locations so it's not overstimulating while you wait. read more

Stopped by this new Rialto location of Dutch Bros Coffee while in the area and was super excited to get my Dutch Bros fix. As expected with most Dutch Bros locations, the drive thru line was super long. I was surprised since this was a middle of the day on a weekday, but I know Dutch Bros has a large following. There were a lot of staff (maybe 5) taking orders in the drive thru to help with moving the long line forward, but the pace of movement was SUPER slow. At some points, they all even stopped taking orders and were just talking to/laughing with each other while the line continued to pile up. The drive thru area has two lines that later combine into one at the pick up line and, to be honest, it just seemed like there was a backup in production to the point the inside was having difficulty handling the large number of orders. There was an option to order at the walkup window, but I'm not sure if that wait was shorter. From the time I pulled up to file in the drive thru line to when I received my drink, I had waited a little over 40 minutes. The line definitely was deceiving when I pulled in as I would not have willingly chosen to file in line if I knew it was going to take that long. As much as I wanted to be completely disappointed with this whole experience, my drink was crafted well. I deviated from my usual Dutch Bros order and went with a White Chocolate Lavender Cold Brew. The drink was delicious! I was happy that though they may have been extremely busy, the quality did not suffer. I know the location is new, so I hope that in the coming month or so, they may be able to hire more staff inside to help make drinks and improve their production time. I currently would not recommend this place if you are in a rush, but if you are willing to wait, the product was good. read more

Located between Sonics and Texas BBQ Steakhouse, on Renaissance Pkwy. Can't miss it, it's the one with long lines! LOL We didn't mind waiting because my family wanted their iced coffee to top the night out. They had two lines that merged later into one. There were at least three to four people standing outside in the cold and drizzling rain to take your orders. We ordered 3 Annihilators, which is chocolate macadamia with oat milk and I had the Fire Lizard tea, which she strawberry, banana and peach flavors with a black tea base. You pay immediately afterwards which was convenient with a swipe of your card. However, when you got to the window, we still had to wait awhile because our drinks were still not ready. The employee at the window was very entertaining asking lots of questions to keep us distracted to the fact that our drinks weren't ready. He did an excellent job! Kudos to you even though I don't know your name! They picked the perfect person to keep us smiling and laughing. As for the drinks, we've had Dutch coffee before and that's why we came to this new location closer to us. My family loves the flavor of chocolate macadamia and I thoroughly enjoyed my tea. We will be back when we don't mind waiting again and hope to be entertained by that same employee. read more

I ordered a hot Carmel pumpkin Brûlée Breve. Also ordered the same for my aunt in a blended Freeze. The hot was really good not spectacular, but good. I enjoyed it but my aunts cold was better than my hot that freeze was delicious. I actually enjoyed the freeze to the point where the next day I went and bought my own. All of the employees I've encountered here are sooo kind! Particularly Litzy and Ariana, they're always very friendly and offer great recommendations.
