Came here on a weekday afternoon and managed to get seated right away. I've heard this place usually has a wait, but I guess we got there at just the right time. I had the Two Egg Breakfast w/ pancake. First things first, the scrambled eggs here were probably the most proper scrambled eggs I'd had at a restaurant (or maybe anywhere). It wasn't overcooked to the point it was just a solid mass of omelet, and wasn't undercooked such that it was a little too runny. Something about it was just right and very fluffy. Also, it felt like more than just 2 eggs. I'd heard the potatoes here were great, but I didn't expect it to be as crispy and crunchy as it was, and I mean this in a good way. The potato was still soft on the inside which was great. On the side, I had an almond flour pancake. It was thick and fluffy and you can really taste the almond, one of my favorite flavors. Great food, great vibes, and great staff. Service here is quick and attentive, and the waitresses here are very friendly! Spicy tomato skillet: One of our favs! It is very flavorful with tomato sauce, and everything goes so well together! I love popping the eggs and eat the tomatoes with the yolk-- *chefs kiss*. Came here on Sunday, they were slammed and their internet was down. Easy enough to assume that the whole restaurant was in panic mode but they kept it calm, cool and still served up some amazing service with some incredible breakfast. My server had an amazing attitude even after receiving some not so nice attitude from guests who didn't understand how much the internet being out could affect the flow of their business. She was calm, cool and collected and made sure to still give her tables exceptional service. She even offered me a Biscuit for being so understanding about the whole situation which was very nice but unnecessary. I sat outside people watching while people were at the farmers market and got to sit next to a couple of regulars with two really sweet dogs. Next time I'm in SF I'll be sure to come back. I had the two egg breakfast and they were cooked to perfection. The potatoes were out of this world crispy and the gluten free almond rice flour pancakes were some of the best gluten free pancakes that I've had in over 13 years of being gluten free. The perfect breakfast before a long walk on a Saturday in the city. You will line up at the register outside, order and then grab a table. You are given a number and the serving staff will bring your meal to you when ready. The wait seemed to be long as we had 5 parties in front of us and it took about half hour on line!!! They have a great COVID set up here! They require you to order at the window prior to sitting down. Then after done eating, you have to bus your own table! Ordering at the window, takes a little bit of time. There were 4 people ahead of us, but it took over 20 min to order. The food came out quickly! As with any great brunch spot there was a line on Sunday, but we put down our names and wandered the farmer's market. We ordered the caramelized custard french toast and the vadouvan curry chickpeas - basically what the couple sitting near the door ordered because it looked so good! It did not disappoint! Came here for brunch because it was the only place open near me for brunch at 10am! They close pretty early at 2pm but they are open from 8am, so it's the perfect place to go for breakfast if you're an early bird. You order in front of the restaurant, then they bring the food to you. When I went, there was no wait and service was super quick which I appreciated because I was so hungry! This is not pricey at all for pretty good food and good service. I got the vegetarian breakfast sandwich, which comes with eggs and avocado and cheese- there's a lot of avocado in it so if you like avocado, definitely try this sandwich! Kinda sad it didn't come with a side of salad or potatoes like most brunch places, but the sandwich filled me up as a light late breakfast/early lunch. The tuna melt was 5/5, so delicious and the cheese went so well with the tuna. The place is super small, and cute, with very friendly staff. I really enjoyed eating here outdoors, it was a sunny day! Would sit inside on a cold day:) Their alcoholic drinks are also decently priced and so yum! I got the lemon mimosa and it was delicious and they gave a hefty amount of it. I've lived near Eats for many years but had never tried it. The hours didn't jibe with my schedule. But today I finally got the chance to dine here, so - check. It's got a nice quality vibe to it, lovely place for a date or meetup with friends. I sat outside, it was a sunny morning, and the server greeted me warmly and guided me to a good table. I ordered their take on chilaquiles, the "tosta-quiles" which had whole tortillas fried like a tostada shell instead of the customary triangular tortilla chips fried up. I asked if I could have the eggs over easy instead of the featured soft-scramble, and no problem. When the dish came, a runner brought it and when she set it down I saw the eggs weren't over easy, they were the default. But other than that it was a lovely dish: lots of fresh, ripe avocado, and a red chile sauce that stains your fingers and a perfect amount of heat. Lots of cheese on top, the garnish made it a lovely dish to look at. Overall it seems a nice place with lots of regulars. I didn't love it because the thing that's central to a breakfast is the eggs and they got it wrong. This hasn't happened to me at Joe's on Geary or Hard Knox on Clement, which are places I could've gone instead. I could've sent it back I guess but the runner and server didn't come back out, I could've walked it in but seemed like overkill. Prices are medium-high (eggs, sausage, potato will set you back $20) so I cut less slack. The average review here is higher so you'll probably have a good experience. I'll probably stick to the places I'm used to. read more

Came on a late Sunday morning after walking through the Clement farmer's market and there were quite a few tables available. My boyfriend ordered the waffles and Mexican scramble to share, and both dishes were SO GOOD. The fresh berries, the cream, the syrup...UGH just perfect. The scramble was equally flavorful and satisfying. I highly recommend splitting a sweet and savory dish if you're able to. This place has one of the best chicken and waffles! The reason I love their chicken and waffles is because they're not too heavy aka light portions, the panko crusted chicken and the mushroom gravy. If you enjoy a lighter and healthier version of chicken and waffles, I'd definitely recommend. The waffles in general at this place are the way to go. My partner got the waffle berries and cream without the cream and thoroughly enjoyed the lightness of the waffles. Really like this breakfast spot in Inner Richmond. You order outside and then wait to be seated. We sat inside because there was a bit of breeze but the food came up really quickly, so we definitely could have eaten outside with a jacket. We got the Bacon Breakfast Sandwich and Tri tip Breakfast burrito. Both of these were delicious and great to split! Highly recommend the burrito - I will definitely come back (or order for delivery) to get this burrito again in the future. Everyone we interacted with was really nice as well. Not a super extensive menu but just enough to provide enough variety, and allow the indecisive people make up their minds easily. Chicken & waffle- Not your typical deep fried chicken with thick crusted batter. This fried chicken is coated with a thin layer of batter that is well seasoned. The chicken itself is not as juicy as I would like. I am not exactly sure what is in the yellow dipping sauce, it tasted a bit tart and I personally did not like my fried chicken paired with this sauce. Waffle is pretty crispy and delicious, perfectly cooked. Spicy tomato skillet- Not too spicy. Actually very saucey under the two eggs. Don't be fooled. This dish comes with 2 pieces of bread, and a side of potatoes, so it is very filling. I found that dipping the toast into the spicy tomato sauce is so delicious. The sauce is so rich and flavorful. I normally don't eat lots of bread but I finished all the bread and still wanted more. Highly recommend this! French fries- Typical french fries, fresh and crispy. Good portion, enough for 3 people. Iced coffee- Seeing so many photos of ice coffee, I decided to try this. The coffee came literally as 'coffee with ice' or Americano. You can ask for milk or half&half and add to the coffee yourself. Pretty bold coffee flavor, not too acidic. Pretty standard, but looks very photogenic. On Sunday mornings, there is a farmers market right outside the restaurant, so be prepared to park further out and walk here. Having said that, it's also a great idea to stroll through the farmers market either before or after brunch on a Sunday. Don't be afraid of the seemingly small interior, the line moves quickly and there wasn't too long a wait. There are actually plenty of outdoor seatings as well.
