They were so nice to me and in a very short time, I left with two full tires and a refreshed love for this amazing bike store and their crew.

I ordered my tire and tube and brought it in with me. They were welcoming and told me to bring the bike on in. I was helped by Luca who took down my info and told me he could have it ready in 20min! However I continued to run errands so told them it wasn't a huge rush. Luca called me back in just under an hour to let me know my bike was ready. Great customer service, great service, efficient and reasonably priced. I'm recommending them to all my coworkers with e-bikes that commute with me and live in town.

Roscoe 7 Gen 4 in a cool Army olive green color as a bonus. It actually fit my short little legs being a small size with 27.5 inch wheels. When I came back with my bike rack and my wife, she had questions for Matt regarding an electric cruiser. He directed her to an Electra Townie, with a paint scheme that looked like the clouds at sunset in Hawaii (she's Hawaiian). This bike checked all the boxes for her as well. I had a tune-up recently and was charged an arm and a leg and my bike ended up worse than when it went in. On top of that, the shop lost a frame bolt, which made it unsafe to ride. They told me they'd reimburse me if I purchased the part, but once I did, they said they couldn't reimburse me. So I spent more money to fix their mistake. Again, I used to love this place, but I won't be a returning customer.

That price felt reasonable, so I asked what exactly it included. The policy was explained to me along the lines of: "We can usually cover the cost of parts within this price, but occasionally there are outliers where additional costs may be necessary depending on the repair." Honestly, I found that even more reasonable. We live in a world where tech manufacturers care less and less about repairability and seem to believe you're better off just buying a new device instead of fixing the one you have. Asus itself charges a minimum diagnostic fee of $99, and that doesn't even include shipping. At that point, I can only imagine what the communication and turnaround time would look like. After a few days of diagnostics, it was explained to me that I would need a new keyboard. Most of the keys simply needed a little work to get functioning again, but unfortunately my "C" key was completely done for, which was obviously out of their control. A replacement keyboard was ordered from a relatively local supplier, but it arrived defective, so we had to pivot to another option from China. What really impressed me was that they returned my laptop to me while we waited for the new keyboard to arrive. That wasn't even something I had considered as a possibility. Even though the repair wasn't complete yet, I greatly appreciated being able to use my laptop in the meantime. That is absolutely not something you'd get from the manufacturer. The estimated arrival time for the replacement keyboard was about a month, but it actually showed up in only about two and a half weeks. I was psyched. I dropped my laptop off in the morning right when they opened, and it was ready for pickup by the end of the same day. Best of all, I was told there would be no additional charges beyond the original quote. Both of the gentlemen behind the counter were thoughtful, considerate, and professional throughout the entire process. The pricing was highly reasonable, the communication was excellent, and I got my laptop back in perfect shape in a timely manner. Highly, highly recommend.

Years ago I decided to give Triathlons a "tri" a trusted friend recommended Echelon Cycle and Multisport, I walked in eager,excited and with a fistful of money and met Kevin and Mariko. 10 minutes and several questions later they suggested I shop for a starter bike elsewhere and If I find myself enjoying the sport when it came time to upgrade to come visit them again. Echelon is he best bike/triathlon shop in Sonoma County. Everyone there is incredibly genuine and they are only interested in finding the best value and best fit for you. I have delt with most of the bike shops in Sonoma County and Echelon is the best fit for me. They have a very relaxed style and you feel like family. I recently had a frame problem with my Cervelo and they promptly got another upgraded warranty frame and built the bike up and charged me far less than originally quoted. He always wanted to sit on the ones we saw parked and stand on the running boards. We finally went into our local store (San Francyclo) and took one for a test drive with our son on the back. It was pretty much over as soon as he saw it and I think it's fair to say he's in love with our new Spicy Curry. He regularly says "Wow, this is so fun!" which makes us smile every time. We can bike him to and from daycare (2.5 miles) on it and with the pedal assist I almost feel guilty it's so easy. The hills are no problem and we're passing folks on regular bikes. We went to my work yesterday and rode down the wiggle. He couldn't stop talking about everything he was seeing. The Yuba is a solid bike and we like that the wheels and tires are fat and built to withstand San Francisco's diabolical roads and potholes. You can add all kinds of accessories to suit your needs. We added the Yepp mini for our son and the soft spot padded seat. We can actually easily fit the three of us on the bike and it's just as easy to bike around. If you're thinking about getting a Yuba I'd highly recommend it. It really is so fun.
