    It used to be a highly regarded spot, but now many consider it overrated. They make no substitutions or customization options at any of the locations. When the food arrives, you will enjoy it and eat it without hesitation. That's simply how it is. The drinks are NOT notably strong and expertly crafted. I have decided to stop visiting this place altogether.

    Went for a ladies night out for good food and we found it. We shared 2 steaks which were both cooked perfectly, and it was enough for us to share. I will be returning for the tomahawk, portobello mushrooms and the fried kale salad. It was recommended by the waiter, and it did not disappoint. Something I would've never ordered was absolutely full of flavor. Con's : The bread when we sat down was hard and tasteless As nice as our waiter was, he was busing too many tables and did not come around to check up on us. The bus boys were really good at filling water and cleaning up our table. But the place did lack customer service. They did make up for it with some delicious desserts. They gave us the trio sorbets which was very tasty, but the Rocky Rd., Sunday stole the show. I will be going back. The place was nice inside and out. It was a great place to walk around when finished.

    Celebrated a birthday at E & R. Nice looking place, service is friendly and efficient. Started with the French fry app and broccoli. Ordered the Spencer (?) steak; it's the center of the ribeye. The entree comes with fried potato chips and a stuffed mushroom. The entree was very good, steak was tasty. Received a triple sorbet dessert for the birthday: the sorbet was excellent. All in all, a good visit.

    Had lunch here and it did not disappoint. Service was good and so was the great! I always go for the burger and their burger was great! Got to try the steak and it's good as well. A few more and some crème brûlée. Very good! This location is nice! First floor, hostess desk and the bar then dining area upstairs. Really spacious.

    I typically enjoy this establishment and location. I am a frequent patron when in town. I was deeply saddened with how much this place has changed and in my opinion not for the better. It was a Thursday night easy reservation 6:45pm we were seated approx 6:55pm we dat for awhile before our waitress arrived she was friendly and fun. We ordered simple meal with a cocktail. Our favorite of all time was the ceaser salad with a steak. To our disappointment the salad was terrible 3 stalks of Romain with a pitiful display of dressing. The steak was a ribeye that was overcooked tolerable but mid at best. What the heck is happening. I also noticed that the manger wasnt greeting the tables that was such a classy touch with the previous manager Javier he was fantastic classy and the entire vibe of the establishment was sexy and classy. Now they have kids serving, communication is lacking we also ordered calamari was served Luke warm and not fresh at all. The music was house music and was set rather loud we couldn't have a conversation. Anywho everything changes I guess.

    Came for an early dinner at 4:45pm pn Mother's Day. We had a party of 11 and waited maybe 10mins for our table. We have an elderly family member with our party so the elevator was a must for her. The dining room is upstairs only with a small bar on the first foor. The restaurant is located in front of the fountain and near PKWY tavern. There is plenty of parking, especially underground. Which you can get lost in if you don't remember which elevator you came up from. Our waiter was Juan Carlos, I believe. He was good a waiter and a nice guy. The restaurant felt a little too warm that day not sure if the oven and kitchen just took over the air conditioning but it got very warm in there. My husband and I ordered the hanger steak and ribeye cap. My hanger steak seemed more tender and soft compared to his ribeye cap. Or source, we ordered the protebello mushroom fries (which are a must) and calamari. I also ordered a lemo drop martini which was good as it was a little heavy on the vodka side. Overall this restaurant is a good place for steaks but remember they always seem to cook it on the medium rare side, so for well done or more cooked steaks send it back to the grill for longer cooking.

    Oh first let me say I'm sorry I thought I already posted a review on echo and rig , but somehow it got deleted. I want to give a big shout out to Darren and Jose. Upon arriving, the hostesses were very courteous as I was waiting for my daughter to park the car. They offered me a seat to wait for her as they can see I was disabled upon going upstairs. Once my daughter arrive and being sat we were looking at the menu deciphering what we were gonna have. Jose came over and offered water. He was very kind and throughout the night we watched him working so hard throughout the room, he never stopped with a smile on his face at all times he was pretty blessing, tables, refilling water, and assisting in any way he could what an outstanding team member he is and I hope that the management recognizes that. Our server Darren was extremely knowledgeable and extremely aware of his surroundings. I was absolutely impressed on how he was waiting on another table engaging with these two gentlemen as a woman walked by and he moved his arm backwards and pulled out her chair for her at the table behind him without breaking a beat engaging with the other people, I've never seen a server pull out a chair for a woman which was very impressive. Also, the way he carries drinks on the tips of his fingers. Oh my goodness it was a dinner and a show. And again I hope management understands. what a great server they have with him as he was very informed of very kind, very patient didn't make us feel like we were being rushed just amazing all around. We did speak to a manager there and let her know as well. The food was amazing. I had a steak salad and the artichoke and shrimp. My daughter had some vegan options but all around everything was perfect. Great job guys.

    Came here for a birthday brunch. What I thought was great was instead of unlimited mimosas - its just $20 for a bottle with pineapple, orange and white peach juice that you make. This is great since its affordable great price and also easy to share (or drink yourself lol!). I had the salmon benedict which is gluten free as its made on potato cakes vs english muffin. Love this! It was a lot of food, I ended up taking half home for later. Our server was Beth and she was nice, just felt that service should've been a bit faster since we were on a time crunch. Apart from that, great experience overall.

    To be fair, the restaurant was short-staffed and they were doing the best that they could BUT definitely not a great first impression to our guests who we brought in from out of town. It took 15 minutes to be served our drinks after ordering, and while the server was most certainly trying to make her rounds as quickly as possible, we didn't place our order for awhile. Not the type of attentive service you'd expect from a steakhouse that proudly posts their high ratings as Vegas's best. 2 out of 4 dishes also came out cold. Womp womp. Our guests were underwhelmed and we while we were happy to finally eat something, it was clear to me that this was not a place our guests would ask to return to the next time they're visiting. It is unfortunate because my meal was actually very flavorful, but I was very embarrassed that I had chosen this place over all the other options we have in Vegas. Hopefully management can schedule correctly, get the kitchen to time the dishes so they are all delivered to the table hot/warm. Chalking up the subpar experience to Echo and Rig having an off day...

    Service was amazing. I can't remember if his name was Darren or Derek and the server assistant Juan! Love the gin drink called the remedy with lemon and lavender. Super refreshing. Appts were okay....butternut squash was VERY dry. Not like the last time I had it. I tried to ask for extra maple to moisten it but it did not help at all. Didn't even eat it. The cauliflower was good. Nice mix of sweet and spicy. Fried spinach salad is one of my faves! Melts in your mouth and I'm not even a big salad person. And then we tried the shrimp and artichokes. When it came out it was not what we expected. But it ended up being delicious!! Restaurant is classy. Cute outdoor section on the second floor. Floors are always slippery though. Careful in heels! ** only other complaint on the butternut squash is no one asked if everything was okay since the whole dish sat there. I literally ate one piece. We also spoke to a manager about the great service, which I did mention how dry the butternut squash was during the conversation. Apparently offering a different dish or removing the dish and taking it off the check isn't a thing anymore if food isn't up to standards. Or even firing up a new one. A little disappointed about that, but it is what it is.

    We had made reservations online the night before and walked in about 1:30 on Sunday after doing the loop at Red Rocks. We were surprised it wasn't packed but it was almost time for brunch to be finished. When you walk in the front door don't let it fool you. As we were taken upstairs to be seated it got loud. Almost too loud actually. I wasn't sure about this pick but my sister-in-law was really excited about it. This place and the food changed my mind. We laced our orders and the food came in a reasonably quick amount of time. It looked great and was equally delicious! Everyone loved what they got. I took a bit of my nieces French toast which was so thick and tasty. How they get that cooked without being soggy is beyond me. My sister-in-law had steak frites which she enjoyed. My son got the Cuban sandwich. They warned him there were a lot of pickles on it and they were not lying. The pickles thankfully are tasty so it was a good thing. The homemade chips were great with it. I had the Short Rib Hash and I can see why it's one of their most popular items. It was amazing. Perfect mix of ingredients with proportionately appropriate amounts of each. The meat was so tender. I was glad they didn't skimp on it. Delicious! Would I come back here again? Definitely! I'm so glad they turned a bit sure about it stop into a happy to be so full meal. I got a piece of their cake to go. It came with mascarpone, espresso and chocolate shavings to put on top after I warmed it. It was very good as well. Glad they package it to go that way. Wouldn't have been good any other way. Kudos Echo & Rig!

    This was the first time I have eaten at echo and rig. My friend hosted her birthday brunch here. The restaurant was very fancy and clean. The waiter was so nice and was checking on us periodically. For a drink, I ordered the seasonal sangria which was an apple sangria. I've never had an apple sangria and it exceeded my expectations. For my entrée, I ordered the Montecristo sandwich. This is the best monte cristo sandwich I have ever eaten. It was the right amount of sweet and the right amount of salty. I would love to come back and explore the lunch and dinner menu!

    I was recommended to have my husband's birthday dinner here by several different people! Reservations on a Saturday night were a piece of cake. The restaurant itself is upstairs, but they have an elevator, so it's pretty easy to get up there. The dining room is lovely; neutral tones, open kitchen, beautiful windows and patio seating as well. We were seated by the windows and our waiter was Juan Carlo. (Highly recommend!) We ordered a crab cake, steakhouse salad, burger, and two ribeye steaks with a side of mac & cheese. They make everything to order so they warn you there will be a little wait, depending on your cook preference for your meat. The burger was gorgeous; the salad was fresh and sweet; the crab cake was good, and our steaks were beautiful! Perfectly cooked, perfectly spiced, and absolutely delicious! At the end of the meal, Juan Carlo brought a sweet surprise for my husband to celebrate his birthday. It was a wonderful experience and my parents made reservations for later next week! Highly recommend if you're up in the Summerlin area!

    I believe you can request certain commonly used oils but that is very specific and related to your health so I would absolutely give them al call.

    It's priced per steak /cut of steak per certain ounces. I think we had the baseball steak with sweet whiskey sauce it's was very good. I believe it cost under 35.00 sides are sold alacart but, do feed at least 2 to 3 persons

My filet was cooked perfectly, though I think I'd order it without the onions next time so the steak can really shine. I also added the fully loaded baked potato, and whatever lardons they use on it were incredible. It may have been one of the best loaded baked potatoes I've had. We couldn't pass up the appetizer add-on and tried the deviled eggs with Wagyu and caviar. The Wagyu version wasn't really my favorite, but the caviar deviled egg was absolutely impeccable. Dessert finished the meal with a crème brûlée and the Oreo tiramisu. The Oreo tiramisu was a bit too heavy on the sweet cream for my taste, but the crème brûlée was perfectly executed with a crisp caramelized top and silky custard. I was actually able to make sure he'd come and even get him to dress up a bit by telling him we were going to a special Yelp Elite event...and it worked! Lol! The atmosphere, style, vibe, service, and even the bathrooms are all worth mentioning. I ordered the Tennessee Sidecar, and it was easy to drink. My favorite cocktail is a classic Sidecar, so I really enjoyed this twist on it. My husband and I shared the Tomahawk for Two. The menu didn't mention that it came with any sides, but it was served with cooked carrots and asparagus in the same pan as the steak. Since we didn't know that ahead of time, we also ordered the whipped potatoes and broccolini. The presentation was beautiful, but unfortunately the tomahawk lacked flavor. My husband and I both ended up adding salt to our steaks, and that's honestly never happened to us at any steakhouse before. The steak itself, however, was cooked perfectly. The carrots, asparagus, and broccolini were all decent, but they also needed a bit of seasoning in our opinion. The standout side for us was definitely the whipped potatoes. Those were delicious! One dish that really caught our attention at the table was the Surf & Turf. It was served with melted butter in a small bowl that sat over an enclosed flame, which made for a really nice presentation. I included a video. As for dessert, I have to admit my husband and I were disappointed. After seeing photos from other reviews that mentioned getting a large slice of rich chocolate cake, I was expecting my husband to receive a nice slice of their chocolate cake for his birthday, too. Instead, he was brought what they called a "Green Velvet Cake," which tasted like a cheesecake-cake hybrid. I'm sorry, but it was very underwhelming. It honestly made me think it was a cake idea from St. Patrick's Day. Not only did it look unappealing to us, but all of that bright green food coloring wasn't exactly appetizing either. We also expected there to be at least one birthday candle, but there wasn't. My husband ended up sticking a toothpick into the cake and pretended it was a candle, which at least gave us a good laugh. I'm also hoping that "birthday dessert" wasn't something we were charged for. Overall, the ambiance is beautiful, the staff was friendly and attentive, and I even loved the bathrooms. Each restroom has its own private sink inside, which was thoughtful and that I really appreciated. (Photos included!) That said, the food my husband and I ordered simply didn't live up to our expectations, especially for a steakhouse at this price point. Because of that, we probably wouldn't choose Smith & Wollensky again for celebrating a family birthday. If we did return, we'd definitely be ordering something different.

Dynamite shrimp, most at the table liked these, they were spicy and the flavor was decent, but I just felt like the sauce made the breading a bit soggy and it wasn't a favorite of mine. Pork Belly - This had a buffalo sauce on it, which I wasn't too excited about at first, but it worked better than I expected. Wish it was just a little crispier but it was tender and I enjoyed it. Oxtail risotto - this one had mixed reviews from the table, I really enjoyed it. The flavor was good. There's only a small amount of meat and it's shredded into the risotto. Overall the consistency was a little weird, very thick and almost sticky/dry, plus the dark color. They had a steak on the menu and the flavor was great, one of the pricier menu items but it was a good share. My wife ordered a burger without the bun. She said the patty was well over-cooked and so it was pretty dry. They don't offer gluten-free buns or bread - bummer. The service was generally prompt, but seemed uncoordinated at times. For example, it seemed our waitress was also handling a very large party outside on the patio, and randomly the hostess would bring us a drink refill (hostess stand was right beside our table). That's good in a way, they are all a team, but she also picked up my plate and silverware after only the first appetizer - mind you they bring everything out as it's ready, so don't expect the whole table to eat together, you are expected to share! When I asked if she could replace my silverware, she grabbed a fork and knife and handed to me, but they weren't rolled in a napkin or anything, just barehanded me some silverware... anyway, I thought that was odd. Overall, the food had some bright spots and perhaps worth a lunch if you are downtown. I probably wouldn't seek it out again, but I'm not mad about the meal we had either.
