Yet another move with Eco Moving and this was the biggest and longest one yet AND STILL they delivered amazing service. I think this might've been my 4th or 5th time using Eco. All our items made it almost 80 miles down the freeway to our new home safe and sound. Bed frames were assembled again, boxes placed in their right place. Just amazing. This time, I had the pleasure of having Kyle, Jon & Giza as my movers and man, these men work hard and efficiently. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the loaded their truck! Even though they moved quickly, everything was handled with such care. None of our furniture or items were damaged at all! I seriously come back to Eco all the time and I will continue to do so. Thank you to Kyle, Jon, and Giza for the amazing moving day. So stress free and easy thanks to the 3 of you and Eco Moving!

Perfect job! No problems. Fast and efficient. You are in good hands. They were on time and made sure that they didn't go too much overtime.

The move started well and the movers followed instructions well. They were courteous and respectful. One of my accent tables never made it to my new place and one of my craft projects was somewhat crushed much to my dismay but they went above and beyond to acknowledge their oversight and make up for it. Alan was patient and took time to understand my issue and did his best to help in whatever way he could and that means a lot to me. Mistakes happen but overall I would recommend this company

Their pricing and response time is what led me to go with their company. They were able to add an additional pick up location without and hassle or added fees. I moved from a one bedroom upstairs appt to a 2 bedroom home and I could not believe how quickly and efficiently the team worked even with placing the boxes in there room they belong, which is extra impressive in a paid by the hour job. One of the guys was amazing and did all the work while the other guy took 2 hours to take down my bed and 2 hours to set it up at the new place which made the other guy basically move the whole place on his own and took so long, 6 hours for a 1 bedroom... way too long and expensive I would recommend different company with 3 movers. But they did wrap everything they broke one of my cabinets. read more

We contacted Eco Moving because of their great rates and really good reviews. They were quick to respond to my inquire and we quickly set up the time and day. On the day Bekman and Nik showed up and quickly moved us out of our old place and into our new one. And did so with efficiency and ease. Our new place was a struggle do to it being on the second floor with a short landing and they still moved in all our big furniture with no problem. They go the extra mile by making sure all your furniture is wrapped and protected on the move and while bringing it in and out of your spaces. They even boxes up items for us and put it back together when we got here. I definitely recommend Eco Moving and these two. read more

I scheduled eco moving EASILY over Yelp! They had time the same week (which is a holiday week) to help Me move! I almost didn't get movers because I felt was too last minute- but I'm glad I did! They took care of all of my items- wrapped things- including my boxes and baskets that are open top so nothing spilled out. They listened to me when I expressed concern about a couple of older pieces being fragile- which doesn't feel common. They wrapped my mattress so it stayed clean and moved items around after I realized my original layout wouldn't work. They did come with a much larger than expected truck- which is good- and they called me to give me a 25 minute "warning" when they were on their way. I'm so glad I used Eco Moving today. read more

Out of over 10 companies chosen, I chose Eco Moving for my move since I'm very price conscious, on time, and efficient. Scheduling my move was seamless and stress free. Sam and Ben were friendly upon arrival (the truck had plenty of room) and made the packing manageable. I had quite a lot of stuff to move including large appliances and some furniture, which were carefully wrapped and arrived at my new apartment upon arrival. Upon arrival, they asked where I wanted my boxes and removed the wrapping. They even got rid of an old mattress and took it to the dumpster, which was very kind of them! I would highly recommend Eco Moving to anyone who is looking to hire movers! read more

They came right on time and moved myself and my girlfriend from South LA out to Hollywood in the middle of a winter rainstorm and the whole trip went smoothly. These guys worked their butts off for 10 hours moving my family. They used their better judgment against mine and brought 3 guys not the 2 that I was thinking. We had sent out a quote through Yelp and got a bunch of responses. I picked Eco Moving due to their fast responsiveness and reasonable rate. They came out the day of with professionalism. K and his team did a fantastic job being efficient and didn't damage our furniture. They did a 2 bedroom move from a 2nd floor apartment to a 2 floor condo in under 3 hours. Very nice, helpful and were accommodating to our requests, thanks for making moving easy!! We also were able to use the wardrobe boxes for free. read more

This was my first move, all by myself. Eco Moving made it a piece of cake. There were two guys, a truck, and it only took an hour and a half to move me in. It was seamless and easy for me. The guys were nice and respectful. I called in the morning to make sure that I had a reservation and the girl who answered was very respectful. Also, there was excellent customer service, she confirmed the time, and the movers came promptly. The window was 8 AM to 10 AM, and they came at 9 AM as promised. I would choose Eco Moving again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! By far the worst moving…read moreexperience of my life. This company was subcontracted by American van lines to fulfil our contract with AVL. To make a very long story short, we were verbally promised delivery within 7-10 days, latest was July 10th, of the pick up date. That did not happen. They even blew past the 20 day delivery window in the contract. Our delivery did not show up until July 27th. All the while we were receiving harassing texts demanding the rest of the payment or else they would turn around. And when the truck did finally arrive, only the driver was present to unload it. We paid for loading and unloading services and were basically left on own with the driver to unload. I have a physical disability and was unable to help, so my partner bore the burden of five grueling hours of unloading a 26 foot moving truck with the driver. We contacted the company after an hour or two passes and still no other movers arrived and were told that, in fact, they WERE there! They even argued with us saying that the movers confirmed they would be there in 45 minutes, 2 hours ago. And yet. No movers. Also the driver used a slur in front of my partner and I about a group of people that I belong to. Absolutely disgusting.

Scheduling with Molly was easy and straightforward. She sent me a booking email with all the pertinent info, confirmed, and sent my deposit. She suggested a 9-10 am arrival window but I requested 9:30 specifically due to street sweeping at the pickup location. My only (very minor) gripe initially was the movers contacted me around 8 am (thankfully I was awake) to say they would arrive at 8:30. Normally this wouldn't have been an issue but being 9 mo. pregnant with a 2 year old made this difficult. They were very understanding and they waited until our agreed upon time even though they did arrive much earlier. I hired 2 movers for 3 hours but ended up needing them for a little over 4 hours. We have moved many times in the last few years and did not take more than 2-3 hours but it was the quality of the move that was different. They wrapped everything, which we didn't do with previous moves, and they did it quickly and carefully. They were organized and were in constant communication throughout. My husband and I were still packing boxes and putting things away but they moved pretty seamlessly around us in a moderately sized second floor apt unit. The drop off location was a back house on ground level but located on a street with an incline and only had direct access via a narrow alleyway. They maneuvered through all these challenges and had everything in the house within an hour and with nothing damaged. Even though I underestimated the time needed, there were no hidden fees in the final cost so I paid what was due + tips because they were great and easy to work with. Thank you Ilya and Ali!! Do NOT use Eco Moving Company. Our recent move was an absolute disaster and a costly example of extreme unprofessionalism. The move was scheduled for 9:00 AM but the crew showed up 45 minutes late. Despite everything being fully boxed and ready to go, the first group of movers was clearly inexperienced and worked incredibly slowly. The situation escalated when, after two and a half hours, we found one mover sitting in the truck attempting to order lunch while still on the clock. We contacted management (Molly), which resulted in them firing a mover during the job. This internal chaos forced us to wait for a second crew, holding us back over 6 hours. The replacement crew didn't arrive until 5:00 PM, and the entire move did not finish until 1:00 AM the following morning. To top off this nightmare, the movers' careless placement of items at our new home resulted in our TV being broken overnight. Eco moving is amazing! We had two movers helping us moving out of a storage full of stuff and furnitures to a 1 bed loft apartment. Although we've boxed and wrapped everything already, they were still really careful with our stuff and even double wrapped some of the furnitures! They made the most efficient move with no rest in between. Our loft has a really narrow stairs which was impossible to carry the mattress and dresser up. They had the tools/ropes ready to pull those upstairs instead. We couldn't make this happen without them. Make sure you provide all the necessary information to them prior to move date. Wow! You should check out the website of this company. The idea of Eco-Moving is incredible and simple at the same time. They pick up unwanted clothing and fabrics during moving and send to a textile recycling company. We were very impressed with how efficient and professional the team was. They are very HARD workers. They do very well with specific direction. Very nice people too and pleasant to interact with. They were courteous and friendly. They worked very hard from the beginning to the very end. We had much more stuff to move then they expected but they worked extremely hard, and to speed up the move, they got an additional help and even a second truck. Sergei was soooo awesome. He arrived exactly at 9am to help me and my 13 year old move. He seen us trying to help move boxes and told me that I do not have move anything, that is what he is here to do. He was fast and efficient along with his partner.
