My 2nd time here and the ladies did not disappoint!! My spa pedicure ($27) was done by Lyn and gel manicure + design ($33) was done by Thuy. Lyn did an excellent job in cleaning and shaping my toenails, as well as the sugar scrub and hot stone massage on my legs and feet. It was so relaxing! Lyn was gentle yet effective. Thuy is a wizard with shaping my finger nails, especially since my thumbnails were super short from breakage. I never get nor care for nail designs, but I was feeling festive tonight and Thuy can be very convincing haha. Thuy gave me a simple snowflake design which is super cute! I've never gotten a hand massage with a gel manicure, but Thuy hooked me up with one. She probably sensed I was exhausted and kept my eyes closed while we were chit chatting during the session. So that was a major plus and I felt so rejuvenated afterwards! My 1st time here was also a soothing experience with Lyn cleaning and shaping my nails and Vivian painting them. I wish I took a picture of those nails, but they lasted me over 2 weeks. Van did my spa pedicure and my underarm wax. It was both a pleasant and relaxing experience. I have known Mai for over 10 years. She did my nails at another nail salon before she and Tony bought Eden's & I could not find anyone who did as good a job as she did. I was so happy the day I found her again! Mai is true artist and a very kind person. She has never failed to execute every design I requested and also creates some of her own. She and Tony cultivate a peaceful environment and are truly concerned that their clients are comfortable and happy. I've also noticed that there isn't any turnover in nail technicians over a long period of time; they seem to be happy working there which is a very good sign. Not a pleasant visit this Sunday. I have been coming here for couple months, it's the only place i go to because they do a good job with pedicures and acrylics. However Im not happy with how they treated me. How come only specific customers can pay with their debit card, but others like me have to pay cash? I was ready to pay for 2 pedicure, 2 fills $160 on my debit card, and Tony the owner asked me to walk down the shopping center to retrieve cash, if not, "$5 fee for card". ok, but the customer BEFORE me, paid with her card, and no fee was told to her, and he didn't make her walk after her pedicure to go get cash. We were loyal customers to this shop, but that it ridiculous, making me walk across the street for cash, when no other customer did that. What is wrong with my card? i was ready to pay more than 100 of service, why the $5 fee? After i came back with the 160 in cash, they decide to give me back $5 as a "discount". As a discount? or did his wife feel bad that he made me walk all the way across the plaza, when no one else did that ?? you don't treat customers like that. if you aren't going to accept debit and credit cards, then make the shop specific to cash only, and enforce that EVERYONE pays cash, not just specific customers .. I paid in full, and still tipped. Cash. Nothing bad to say about their work, I just won't be returning. read more

Oh my, where do I begin? Ivy is perfection! She listened and was very attentive to what I said. She gave me advice that helped me make my decisions. I didn't have to point out any inconsistencies in the shaping to fix because there were none! I also love that after I said I wanted a design she took initiative and didn't just put another flower. Flowers are pretty, but sometimes I need a change. I feel so refreshed! This salon is family run and operated. Ivy's mom did my pedicure. The polish is beautiful and she painted a flower I've never gotten before. The salon itself could be updated, although they are only about a year old. Yay! First time here today and I was soooo happy with how my nails turned out. This place is like a mile from my work and apartment so I will definitely become a regular. I made an appointment with Ivy at 5:15. It's a small little nail shop, nothing fancy. She seated me right away and I showed her a picture of what I wanted, ombré acrylics. She was very gentle when filing my nails and shaving it down with that little tool they use; whenever I get my nails done usually the person is too rough or nicks the skin around my nails. She took her time and made sure each nail was perfect and even! I was done at around 6:00 pm. Best full set I've gotten at a nail shop! Total came to $45. Definitely worth it :) read more

*During Covid Time* If you're trying to get your nails done where it's not crazy packed, this is the place for you. I came in around 12pm & originally only wanted an acrylic removal. Kim worked on my nails (unsure if this was their normal removal process or it was just because they had time but it was fantastic). She removed my nails without hurting me (as it should be) & was able to keep my length. This lead me to wanting to get a gel mani so I did. Kim was very gentle throughout the entire time she was working on my nails and even massaged my hand at the end. My nails look great! I'm glad I checked this place out! I started going to Eden's Nails a couple of years ago after trying a few other places in the Campbell area and I cannot rave about them enough. My mom and even my son, who loves pedicures, also go with me and we have great family time together. EVERYBODY at Eden Nails is wonderful. Since they reopened, Tony and Mai are the main nail artists right now, but a couple of the other staff are back now. They have been very careful with COVID safety since reopening and I feel very safe there. They have a great selection of colors, great prices, and always helpful. Getting mani and pedis every month or so is one of the few breaks I take from the kids. It's a luxury to be able to not hear kids fighting over toys, stepping on Legos, tattling on each other, etc. I came by in December and got a mani and pedi and was pretty happy with the results. I wash my hands 20+ times a day and need a polish that will last. Eden's Nails Spa has a huge selection of gel colors to choose from. While I was getting my pedicure, the chair massages my back to ease the tight muscles from lifting kids throughout the day. Oh, and a huge plus, they use a plastic cover for the foot soak that they throw after each client! Most places I've been to just rinse it out after. This is so much more hygienic. I came back today and got just a manicure. It's winter and no one is going to see my toes so I can wait until my next visit. Today I saw the same person who helped me last time, Mai, she seemed really nice and didn't talk to others while she was helping me. I just wish that they spent an equal amounts too time massaging my feet as they did my legs but it wasn't horrible. The vibes here are very quiet and peaceful, just like they should be so you can relax. Also tips are cash only!! I wish I knew that before I got started, had to send my boyfriend to go pull out some cash for their well deserved tip. Maybe they can invest in an ATM machine in the future? Came here because the yelp rating and will never come back. I went with my boyfriend for pedicures and got him one of the $40 special pedis. I really wanted him to be pampered and spoiled and instead he got his toenails cut so short that they started bleeding and then stung the entire rest of the service. Every scrub and add on hurt him. Two days later he had a scab on three of his toes and has had to wear bandaids under his socks. He's on his feet all day at his job so it was super upsetting that he experienced this. My toenail polish didn't even last a day, and the polish job was absolute trash. My 6 year old niece could paint my toenails better with her eyes closed. I took off the polish the next day. Oh and my feet, never dry or anything but after my pedicure, my foot was soooo dry that it was peeling. Not sure what that was about but it's pretty annoying that this all happened. Almost forgot!!! The lady who did my pedicure slapped my foot when I accidentally twitched!! Like who does that? I truly have no idea how this place has so many good reviews. I was very happy with this place the woman who does my gel nails is awesome she is currently pregnant can't remember her name. However the man who does my pedicures is not. I told them I have ingrown toe nails and need someone who knows how to cut them correctly and get them out. He didn't get them out last weekend so my toe is killing me. I went back today and was told I was lying and he got it out. I said " excuse me I wouldn't be in this much pain if he did!" They told me to sit down and wait thirty mins they only had one customer and four employees there . I said no I'm leaving and sadly you now have lost my business. No one cared. This is my brand new go-to nail salon! I recently moved to Campbell and I have no desire to go back to South San Jose just to get my nails done. I decided to go to Eden's because of all the great reviews I saw on Yelp. First time I went, Linh did my nails (non-appointment) on my birthday. She's very detailed and did a great and clean job! The massage chairs were great and we were offered glasses of cold water while getting my feet done. Today I came back, non appointment again with Linh, and I was helped out immediately!! They even have jet tubs now so that is definitely a plus. The place itself is VERY clean. I got a manicure and accidentally bumped my nail, ruining the polish, and was embarrassed to ask them to fix it for me. I did anyway and they were actually pushing for me to get it re-done so my nails could look great when I leave. I love that! Love Tony and mai great owners super nice. I always leave pleased with my nails. The salon is super clean and they don't try to tell me what they think I should get. Also the color selection esp the nudes are amazing. I've been about 5 or 6 times and I will keep going back. Tony usually does my nails and they are perfect always. They also give really good pedicures and they give a hot rock massage On top of everything else very worth it. If you're a neat freak avoid this place. Came in for a gel manicure and I was seated right after he had just finished someone else's gel mani. The station was not cleaned, the towel wasn't changed, the tools and water from the previous mani were all there, and he just started my mani. My little skin sheds falling on top of the previous person's. He then took the soaking water dish threw out the water and poured my soaking water in the same bowl, no rinse. As I was soaking he went to help on a pedi, put a pair of gloves on for the pedi then came and picked up on my mani, gloves on. I'm also not sure if he used the same cuticle scissors on me from the previous person. All meanwhile one of the ladies doing a pedi kept blowing her nose wearing the gloves she was using for the pedi, she blew her nose, put the tissues down, and kept working on the toes. I was also going to get a pedi but due to time and seeing what I had seen I decided to pass on it. As for the actual work itself, I'll let you be the judge. read more
